Radničkom nogometnom klubu Split je po drugi put ove godine doneseno rješenje o obustavi postupka predstečajne nagodbe. Trgovački sud u Splitu navodi da je razlog tome više od 30 dana kašnjenja s isplatom plaća radnicima, uz napomenu da će se postupak nastaviti voditi kao da je podnesen prijedlog za pokretanje stečajnog postupka.

Prvi put je takvo rješenje, koje je bilo nepovoljno da Slavena Žužula, ukinuo Visoki trgovački sud RH. Tako se postupak predstečajne nagodbe nastavio. Zato i ovog puta treba pričekati što će o slučaju nekadašnjih prvoligaša kazati viši sud.

Poznati splitski odvjetnik Tomislav Krka, koji zastupa klub iz Parka mladeži, kaže da je RNK državi platio sve doprinose za mirovinsko zdravstveno i invalidsko osiguranje, koje se odnose na plaće, dok je obavezu za isplatu dospjelih neto plaća za pet zaposlenika kluba preuzela građevinska tvrtka Skladgradnja, koja je dioničar kluba.

- Radnici su pristali da im neto plaće, umjesto kluba, isplati Skladgradnja i oni više nemaju potraživanja prema klubu - kaže odvjetnik Krka.

Tako će se RNK žaliti na rješenje splitskog suda o obustavi postupka predstečajne nagodbe, odnosno to rješenje nije pravomoćno. Napomenimo da kad se govori o zaposlenicima kluba, to se ne odnosi na igrače, te da je Fina prije tri dana zatražila stečaj Skladgradnje zbog dugotrajne blokade računa.

Radničkom nogometnom klubu Split je po drugi put ove godine doneseno rješenje o obustavi postupka predstečajne nagodbe. Trgovački sud u Splitu navodi da je razlog tome više od 30 dana kašnjenja s isplatom plaća radnicima, uz napomenu da će se postupak nastaviti voditi kao da je podnesen prijedlog za pokretanje stečajnog postupka.

Prvi put je takvo rješenje, koje je bilo nepovoljno da Slavena Žužula, ukinuo Visoki trgovački sud RH. Tako se postupak predstečajne nagodbe nastavio. Zato i ovog puta treba pričekati što će o slučaju nekadašnjih prvoligaša kazati viši sud.

Poznati splitski odvjetnik Tomislav Krka, koji zastupa klub iz Parka mladeži, kaže da je RNK državi platio sve doprinose za mirovinsko zdravstveno i invalidsko osiguranje, koje se odnose na plaće, dok je obavezu za isplatu dospjelih neto plaća za pet zaposlenika kluba preuzela građevinska tvrtka Skladgradnja, koja je dioničar kluba.

- Radnici su pristali da im neto plaće, umjesto kluba, isplati Skladgradnja i oni više nemaju potraživanja prema klubu - kaže odvjetnik Krka.

Tako će se RNK žaliti na rješenje splitskog suda o obustavi postupka predstečajne nagodbe, odnosno to rješenje nije pravomoćno. Napomenimo da kad se govori o zaposlenicima kluba, to se ne odnosi na igrače, te da je Fina prije tri dana zatražila stečaj Skladgradnje zbog dugotrajne blokade računa.
