Nicolo Napoli je „novi” trener rumunjske Craiove! Vijest je koja, na prvu, s nama nema nikakve veze. Zanimljivo je, pak, što je talijanskom stručnjaku ovo čak osmi put da preuzima isti klub. Da, osmi...

- Ostavi nas više na miru! - jasno su poručili navijači što misle o nadolazećoj osmoj epizodi Napolija u Craiovi.

Ima i Hrvatska svojih rekordera, trenera koji su se više puta vraćali na klupu istog kluba. Prvo ime zasigurno je Davor Mladina koji je krajem prošle godine započeo svoj šesti mandat u Hrvatskom Dragovoljcu. Prošao je Mladina s klubom iz Sigeta „sito i rešeto”, a sada su ga opet pozvali u pomoć da pokuša spasiti sezonu, izboriti opstanak u prvoj ligi koji se nakon 20 kola i samo sedam osvojenih bodova čini kao nemoguća misija.

- Mene zovu uvijek nakon sedam, osam utakmica kada kola krenu nizbrdo. Zadatak mi je da izborim opstanak. Nekada bi mi to pošlo za rukom, a nekada ne, ali svaki put sam podignuo momčad i ostavio je u boljem stanju nego što sam je našao – priča nam Mladina.

Žao mu je, kaže, što uprave s trenerima nemaju više strpljenja.

- Treneri rijetko odlaze zbog svog rada, nego većinom mi platimo za sve probleme u klubu. Ali naviknuo sam na to. Evo me šesti put u Hrvatskom Dragovoljcu. Mislim da i to nešto govori. Očito mi vjeruju. Ma, mene su više puta zvali u gotovo svakom klubu gdje sam bio trener. Dvaput u Široki Brijeg i Lučko, tri puta u Cibaliju. Kada odlazim, uvijek ostavim otvorena vrata.

Mladina je mišljenja kako za trenersku budućnost u Hrvatskoj nema straha.

- Ima kod nas kvalitete, mladih i školovanih trenera. Samo im treba ukazati više povjerenja, ali i dati nešto veće ovlasti. Imamo mi još puno Dalića, to ti garantiram životom!

Što se Hajduka tiče, prvi nam je na pamet pao Zoran Vulić. On je na klupi „bijelih” bio u pet navrata. Posljednji put 2018. godine.

- Pet puta sam bio, ali mogu reći da su me četiri puta zvali. A to znači da nešto vrijedim. Gotovo svaki put sam osvojio trofej ili igrao finale Kupa, a nikad, osim zadnjeg nisam ostavio ekipu ispod drugog mjesta. Jednom su mi „namazali dasku”, a posljednji put sam poslužio samo kao „bypass” do novog trenera – kaže Vulić.

Kada „gori”, klubovi često pribjegavaju prokušanim rješenjima, „vatrogascima” s iskustvom. Sezona uglavnom bude u punom zamahu i nema mnogo vremena za graditi momčad iz temelja. Treba spasiti što se spasiti da.

- Ako svaki put napraviš rezultat, mislim da to dokazuje da imaš kvalitetu, a onda nije čudo što te zovu toliko puta. U mom slučaju, to je uglavnom bilo kada situacija nije bila bajna. Pet puta sam bio na klupi Hajduka, a samo jednom sam poveo momčad na pripreme. Uvijek bi me dočekala „tuđa” ekipa. Nikad nisam imao priliku sve posložiti po svom guštu.

Nije Vulić jedini povratnik na klupu Hajduka. Među onima koji su dolazili u četiri navrata su i legendarni Tomislav Ivić te Stanko Poklepović Špaco. Ivić je prvu momčad Hajduka vodio u svom prvom mandatu od 1973. do 1976., a posljednji put 1997. Špaco je za kormilom „bijelih” posljednji put bio 2015. Pamte se i četiri puta Pere Nadoveze.

- Čast mi je da se i moje ime nalazi na toj listi s tako velikim trenerima. Sve nas je Hajduk više puta poželio za trenere. Ponavljam, mišljenja sam da ta činjenica govori sama za sebe. Ne zove se nekoga nazad slučajno četiri ili više puta – zaključio je Vulić.

Spomenimo i nekadašnja dva Dinamova stručnjaka. Miroslav Ćiro Blažević i Vlatko Marković sjedili su na klupi „modrih” u četiri mandata. Proslavljeni Ćiro bio je i u Hajduku 2005. godine...

Nicolo Napoli je „novi” trener rumunjske Craiove! Vijest je koja, na prvu, s nama nema nikakve veze. Zanimljivo je, pak, što je talijanskom stručnjaku ovo čak osmi put da preuzima isti klub. Da, osmi...

- Ostavi nas više na miru! - jasno su poručili navijači što misle o nadolazećoj osmoj epizodi Napolija u Craiovi.

Ima i Hrvatska svojih rekordera, trenera koji su se više puta vraćali na klupu istog kluba. Prvo ime zasigurno je Davor Mladina koji je krajem prošle godine započeo svoj šesti mandat u Hrvatskom Dragovoljcu. Prošao je Mladina s klubom iz Sigeta „sito i rešeto”, a sada su ga opet pozvali u pomoć da pokuša spasiti sezonu, izboriti opstanak u prvoj ligi koji se nakon 20 kola i samo sedam osvojenih bodova čini kao nemoguća misija.

- Mene zovu uvijek nakon sedam, osam utakmica kada kola krenu nizbrdo. Zadatak mi je da izborim opstanak. Nekada bi mi to pošlo za rukom, a nekada ne, ali svaki put sam podignuo momčad i ostavio je u boljem stanju nego što sam je našao – priča nam Mladina.

Žao mu je, kaže, što uprave s trenerima nemaju više strpljenja.

- Treneri rijetko odlaze zbog svog rada, nego većinom mi platimo za sve probleme u klubu. Ali naviknuo sam na to. Evo me šesti put u Hrvatskom Dragovoljcu. Mislim da i to nešto govori. Očito mi vjeruju. Ma, mene su više puta zvali u gotovo svakom klubu gdje sam bio trener. Dvaput u Široki Brijeg i Lučko, tri puta u Cibaliju. Kada odlazim, uvijek ostavim otvorena vrata.

Mladina je mišljenja kako za trenersku budućnost u Hrvatskoj nema straha.

- Ima kod nas kvalitete, mladih i školovanih trenera. Samo im treba ukazati više povjerenja, ali i dati nešto veće ovlasti. Imamo mi još puno Dalića, to ti garantiram životom!

Što se Hajduka tiče, prvi nam je na pamet pao Zoran Vulić. On je na klupi „bijelih” bio u pet navrata. Posljednji put 2018. godine.

- Pet puta sam bio, ali mogu reći da su me četiri puta zvali. A to znači da nešto vrijedim. Gotovo svaki put sam osvojio trofej ili igrao finale Kupa, a nikad, osim zadnjeg nisam ostavio ekipu ispod drugog mjesta. Jednom su mi „namazali dasku”, a posljednji put sam poslužio samo kao „bypass” do novog trenera – kaže Vulić.

Kada „gori”, klubovi često pribjegavaju prokušanim rješenjima, „vatrogascima” s iskustvom. Sezona uglavnom bude u punom zamahu i nema mnogo vremena za graditi momčad iz temelja. Treba spasiti što se spasiti da.

- Ako svaki put napraviš rezultat, mislim da to dokazuje da imaš kvalitetu, a onda nije čudo što te zovu toliko puta. U mom slučaju, to je uglavnom bilo kada situacija nije bila bajna. Pet puta sam bio na klupi Hajduka, a samo jednom sam poveo momčad na pripreme. Uvijek bi me dočekala „tuđa” ekipa. Nikad nisam imao priliku sve posložiti po svom guštu.

Nije Vulić jedini povratnik na klupu Hajduka. Među onima koji su dolazili u četiri navrata su i legendarni Tomislav Ivić te Stanko Poklepović Špaco. Ivić je prvu momčad Hajduka vodio u svom prvom mandatu od 1973. do 1976., a posljednji put 1997. Špaco je za kormilom „bijelih” posljednji put bio 2015. Pamte se i četiri puta Pere Nadoveze.

- Čast mi je da se i moje ime nalazi na toj listi s tako velikim trenerima. Sve nas je Hajduk više puta poželio za trenere. Ponavljam, mišljenja sam da ta činjenica govori sama za sebe. Ne zove se nekoga nazad slučajno četiri ili više puta – zaključio je Vulić.

Spomenimo i nekadašnja dva Dinamova stručnjaka. Miroslav Ćiro Blažević i Vlatko Marković sjedili su na klupi „modrih” u četiri mandata. Proslavljeni Ćiro bio je i u Hajduku 2005. godine...

Nicolo Napoli je „novi” trener rumunjske Craiove! Vijest je koja, na prvu, s nama nema nikakve veze. Zanimljivo je, pak, što je talijanskom stručnjaku ovo čak osmi put da preuzima isti klub. Da, osmi...

- Ostavi nas više na miru! - jasno su poručili navijači što misle o nadolazećoj osmoj epizodi Napolija u Craiovi.

Ima i Hrvatska svojih rekordera, trenera koji su se više puta vraćali na klupu istog kluba. Prvo ime zasigurno je Davor Mladina koji je krajem prošle godine započeo svoj šesti mandat u Hrvatskom Dragovoljcu. Prošao je Mladina s klubom iz Sigeta „sito i rešeto”, a sada su ga opet pozvali u pomoć da pokuša spasiti sezonu, izboriti opstanak u prvoj ligi koji se nakon 20 kola i samo sedam osvojenih bodova čini kao nemoguća misija.
