Održana je treća sjednica Nadzornoga odbora GNK Dinama, a iz kluba su predstavnicima medija dostavili zapisnik u kojemu se u 4. točki napominje da je razriješen član Uprave g. Krešimir Antolić.

Sjednici su nazočili Miroslav Rožić, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora; Nikola Polak, član Nadzornog odbora, te Andrej Meniga, član Nadzornog odbora.

Nadzorni odbor je četiri sata raspravljao o aktualnim događanjima u odnosu na odredbe Statuta, a nakon rasprave jednoglasno donio sljedeće odluke:

1. Izvršni odbor je 8. 12. 2022. raspravljao i izglasao odluku prema kojoj "klupska uprava dobiva zadatak u dogledno vrijeme zaposliti odnosno imenovati sportskog direktora". Navedena odluka je protivna Statutu kluba jer Izvršni odbor kluba prema odredbi članka 36. Statuta nema ovlasti za donošenje takve odluke, a nije ga ni ovlastila Skupština da donese takvu odluku.

2. Skupština je većinom glasova svojih članova na sjednici održanoj 12. prosinca 2022. donijela odluku o razrješenju člana Uprave GNK Dinamo. Umjesto da provede jasnu i nedvojbenu odluku Skupštine Izvršni odbor je na sjednici održanoj 19. 12. 2022. pristupio glasovanju i većinom glasova odbio je provesti odluku Skupštine. U članku 49. stavak 1. Statuta navedeno je da su članovi Uprave kluba odgovorni Izvršnom odboru i Skupštini kluba. Skupština kluba je tražila razrješenje člana Uprave i Izvršni odbor je bio dužan izvršiti tu odluku u skladu s odredbom članka 35. točka 1. gdje je kao prva i najvažnija zadaća Izvršnog odbora navedeno da "provodi odluke, zaključke i preporuke Skupštine". Izvršni odbor je ovim postupanjem grubo prekršio odredbe Statuta jer je odbio provesti odluke Skupštine kluba.

3. Izvršni odbor odnosno dio njegovih članova je postupanjem opisanim u točki 1. i 2. ovog zaključka doveo do stanja da očito djeluje protivno volji najvišeg tijela upravljanja Kluba - Skupštini, da krši prava većine članova Skupštine ne uvažavajući njihov glas te da svojim djelovanjem i javnim istupom dezinformira cjelokupnu javnost.

4. Nadzorni odbor poziva sva tijela upravljanja GNK Dinama i njihove članove, kao i zaposlenike Kluba da se pridržavaju odredbi Statuta Kluba, a svim suradnicima kluba skreće pažnju da je člana Uprave gosp. Krešimira Antolića najviše tijelo upravljanja Kluba svojom odlukom razriješilo dužnosti.

Održana je treća sjednica Nadzornoga odbora GNK Dinama, a iz kluba su predstavnicima medija dostavili zapisnik u kojemu se u 4. točki napominje da je razriješen član Uprave g. Krešimir Antolić.

Sjednici su nazočili Miroslav Rožić, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora; Nikola Polak, član Nadzornog odbora, te Andrej Meniga, član Nadzornog odbora.

Nadzorni odbor je četiri sata raspravljao o aktualnim događanjima u odnosu na odredbe Statuta, a nakon rasprave jednoglasno donio sljedeće odluke:

1. Izvršni odbor je 8. 12. 2022. raspravljao i izglasao odluku prema kojoj "klupska uprava dobiva zadatak u dogledno vrijeme zaposliti odnosno imenovati sportskog direktora". Navedena odluka je protivna Statutu kluba jer Izvršni odbor kluba prema odredbi članka 36. Statuta nema ovlasti za donošenje takve odluke, a nije ga ni ovlastila Skupština da donese takvu odluku.

2. Skupština je većinom glasova svojih članova na sjednici održanoj 12. prosinca 2022. donijela odluku o razrješenju člana Uprave GNK Dinamo. Umjesto da provede jasnu i nedvojbenu odluku Skupštine Izvršni odbor je na sjednici održanoj 19. 12. 2022. pristupio glasovanju i većinom glasova odbio je provesti odluku Skupštine. U članku 49. stavak 1. Statuta navedeno je da su članovi Uprave kluba odgovorni Izvršnom odboru i Skupštini kluba. Skupština kluba je tražila razrješenje člana Uprave i Izvršni odbor je bio dužan izvršiti tu odluku u skladu s odredbom članka 35. točka 1. gdje je kao prva i najvažnija zadaća Izvršnog odbora navedeno da "provodi odluke, zaključke i preporuke Skupštine". Izvršni odbor je ovim postupanjem grubo prekršio odredbe Statuta jer je odbio provesti odluke Skupštine kluba.

3. Izvršni odbor odnosno dio njegovih članova je postupanjem opisanim u točki 1. i 2. ovog zaključka doveo do stanja da očito djeluje protivno volji najvišeg tijela upravljanja Kluba - Skupštini, da krši prava većine članova Skupštine ne uvažavajući njihov glas te da svojim djelovanjem i javnim istupom dezinformira cjelokupnu javnost.

4. Nadzorni odbor poziva sva tijela upravljanja GNK Dinama i njihove članove, kao i zaposlenike Kluba da se pridržavaju odredbi Statuta Kluba, a svim suradnicima kluba skreće pažnju da je člana Uprave gosp. Krešimira Antolića najviše tijelo upravljanja Kluba svojom odlukom razriješilo dužnosti.

Novi potres u Dinamu! Nakon četiri sata drame Nadzorni odbor razriješio je Krešimira Antolića

Održana je treća sjednica Nadzornoga odbora GNK Dinama, a iz kluba su predstavnicima medija dostavili zapisnik u kojemu se u 4. točki napominje da je razriješen član Uprave g. Krešimir Antolić.

Sjednici su nazočili Miroslav Rožić, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora; Nikola Polak, član Nadzornog odbora, te Andrej Meniga, član Nadzornog odbora.

Nadzorni odbor je četiri sata raspravljao o aktualnim događanjima u odnosu na odredbe Statuta, a nakon rasprave jednoglasno donio sljedeće odluke:

1. Izvršni odbor je 8. 12. 2022. raspravljao i izglasao odluku prema kojoj "klupska uprava dobiva zadatak u dogledno vrijeme zaposliti odnosno imenovati sportskog direktora". Navedena odluka je protivna Statutu kluba jer Izvršni odbor kluba prema odredbi članka 36. Statuta nema ovlasti za...
