Zadnje kolo HNL-a prije zimske pauze je u tijeku, velika većina očiju će bez sumnje biti uperena u najveći hrvatski derbi.

Ali, Dinamo i Hajduk na scenu stupaju tek u nedjelju, dok će i danas hajdučki puk pažljivo pratiti jednu utakmicu HNL-a. Utakmicu Rijeke i Rudeša, sve zbog jednog igrača, koji je nedavno izbačen iz momčadi.

- Kako je slogan ovog kluba ‘Krepat ma ne molat‘, a ne ‘Igra tko ima vremena‘, gospodin Selahi će na tribinu. U Hrvatskoj je demokracija, svatko ima pravo izabrati što hoće. Ali stvarno, koliko sam se ja osobno borio za tog dečka toliko se ne bi borio za svog sina. No, dođe i trenutak kada neka stvari moraš prelomiti - rekao je nedavno trener Rijeke Sopić.

Pozadina izjave je jasna: šaputalo se prošli mjesec da Selahi ne želi potpisati novi ugovor s Rijekom, zainteresirani su i Hajduk i Dinamo. Za kaznu je 24-godišnji veznjak izbačen iz momčadi, uz prilično oštre riječi trenera. Ali, sada bi po pitanju ponajboljeg Rijekinog igrača moglo doći do velikog preokreta.

Prije par dana održana je noć HNK Rijeke, druženje i domjenak igrača, zaposlenika i navijača kluba, a prisustvovao je i Selahi, tada je pričao s Miškovićem, a na sve se opet osvrnuo Željko Sopić:

- Trenutno je situacija takva kakva je. Predsjednik je sa Selahijem razgovarao, vidjet ćemo hoće li se u međuvremenu nešto dogoditi ili neće. Ako bude u sastavu znači da su se dogovorili i obrnuto - rekao je Sopić u najavi današnje utakmice.

Rijeka i Rudeš igraju s početkom u 17 sati, znači otprilike sat vremena prije će se znati Selahijeva budućnost u Rijeci. Bacite oko na sastav momčadi s Kvarnera, uočite li Selahijevo ime, Hajduk će ovu zimu morati tražiti pojačanja drugdje.

Selahi je na Kvarner stigao u ljeto 2021. kao slobodan igrač i ubrzo se nametnuo kao jedna od konstanti u Rijeci. Nogomet je počeo igrati u Belgiji gdje je bio član mlađih kategorija Anderlechta i Standard Liegea, a u redovima potonjih je zaigrao za seniore odakle se otisnuo za Nizozemsku gdje je bio član Twentea te proveo jednu godinu na posudbi i u Willem II.

Dosad je u Rijeci upisao gotovo 100 nastupa, točnije ima ih 91, a ove sezone propustio je samo dvije prvenstvene i jednu utakmicu u Kupu. U taktičkim postavkama Željka Sopića, prvenstveno ispretumbanima dolaskom Marka Pjace, isplivao je Selahi kao jedan od najvažnijih igrača tog sistema, koji spaja obranu i napad iza Tonija Fruka i Nike Jankovića.

Istaknuo se kao igrač sistema kod Sopića na poziciji šestice, a pokriva i poziciju osmice. Njegove defenzivne karakteristike u broju osvojenih i presječenih lopti, kao i osvojeni dueli po utakmici, svrstavaju ga u vrh veznih igrača HNL-a, dok u napadačkom dijelu nije na toj razini.

Zadnje kolo HNL-a prije zimske pauze je u tijeku, velika većina očiju će bez sumnje biti uperena u najveći hrvatski derbi.

Ali, Dinamo i Hajduk na scenu stupaju tek u nedjelju, dok će i danas hajdučki puk pažljivo pratiti jednu utakmicu HNL-a. Utakmicu Rijeke i Rudeša, sve zbog jednog igrača, koji je nedavno izbačen iz momčadi.

- Kako je slogan ovog kluba ‘Krepat ma ne molat‘, a ne ‘Igra tko ima vremena‘, gospodin Selahi će na tribinu. U Hrvatskoj je demokracija, svatko ima pravo izabrati što hoće. Ali stvarno, koliko sam se ja osobno borio za tog dečka toliko se ne bi borio za svog sina. No, dođe i trenutak kada neka stvari moraš prelomiti - rekao je nedavno trener Rijeke Sopić.

Pozadina izjave je jasna: šaputalo se prošli mjesec da Selahi ne želi potpisati novi ugovor s Rijekom, zainteresirani su i Hajduk i Dinamo. Za kaznu je 24-godišnji veznjak izbačen iz momčadi, uz prilično oštre riječi trenera. Ali, sada bi po pitanju ponajboljeg Rijekinog igrača moglo doći do velikog preokreta.

Prije par dana održana je noć HNK Rijeke, druženje i domjenak igrača, zaposlenika i navijača kluba, a prisustvovao je i Selahi, tada je pričao s Miškovićem, a na sve se opet osvrnuo Željko Sopić:

- Trenutno je situacija takva kakva je. Predsjednik je sa Selahijem razgovarao, vidjet ćemo hoće li se u međuvremenu nešto dogoditi ili neće. Ako bude u sastavu znači da su se dogovorili i obrnuto - rekao je Sopić u najavi današnje utakmice.

Rijeka i Rudeš igraju s početkom u 17 sati, znači otprilike sat vremena prije će se znati Selahijeva budućnost u Rijeci. Bacite oko na sastav momčadi s Kvarnera, uočite li Selahijevo ime, Hajduk će ovu zimu morati tražiti pojačanja drugdje.

Selahi je na Kvarner stigao u ljeto 2021. kao slobodan igrač i ubrzo se nametnuo kao jedna od konstanti u Rijeci. Nogomet je počeo igrati u Belgiji gdje je bio član mlađih kategorija Anderlechta i Standard Liegea, a u redovima potonjih je zaigrao za seniore odakle se otisnuo za Nizozemsku gdje je bio član Twentea te proveo jednu godinu na posudbi i u Willem II.

Dosad je u Rijeci upisao gotovo 100 nastupa, točnije ima ih 91, a ove sezone propustio je samo dvije prvenstvene i jednu utakmicu u Kupu. U taktičkim postavkama Željka Sopića, prvenstveno ispretumbanima dolaskom Marka Pjace, isplivao je Selahi kao jedan od najvažnijih igrača tog sistema, koji spaja obranu i napad iza Tonija Fruka i Nike Jankovića.

Istaknuo se kao igrač sistema kod Sopića na poziciji šestice, a pokriva i poziciju osmice. Njegove defenzivne karakteristike u broju osvojenih i presječenih lopti, kao i osvojeni dueli po utakmici, svrstavaju ga u vrh veznih igrača HNL-a, dok u napadačkom dijelu nije na toj razini.
