Opet dobre vijesti iz Rijeke: gradit će novi kolodvor! Split gleda. Ipak, Riječani su plasirali jednu veliku neistinu, kažu: ruši se stari, najružniji kolodvor u Hrvatskoj! Lažu ka pasi. Najružniji kolodvor u Hrvatskoj je bez ikakve konkurencije - splitski. Ako to uopće i jest kolodvor. Više sliči na nekakvu favelu, sklepanu od late na željeznim stupovima i kioska uz koju pristaju autobusi. U gradu koji se kiti perjanicom predvodnika dalmatinskog turizma, prvi kontakt putnika koji dolaze busevima ili još većih mazohista što dogmižu feratom je neprocjenjiv. Očaj i rugoba kakve nema.

Stani pa gledaj

Rijeka je prošle godine prodala kolodvor na Žabici, tvrtki dobro poznatoj i u Splitu, “Best in parking” koja drži parkirališta na najboljim pozicijama u svim većim hrvatskim gradovima, a na našem Manušu grade Small Mall, projekt koji stalno diže buru u lokalnoj javnosti. Rijeka je kolodvor, dakle, prodala za 11,3 milijuna eura, a prije par dana oglašen je i početak radova. Kolodvor će se izgraditi u dvije godine prema projektu arhitektonskog studija 3LHD, investicija je to od 70 milijuna eura, imat će 14 perona, 800 parkirališnih mjesta, od kojih 150 za građane, susjede po povlaštenoj cijeni, te osam tisuća kvadrata komercijalnih prostora. Osim kolodvora, izgradit će se i novo prometno rješenje pa će rivu osloboditi od automobila, rekonstruirati Trg Žabica i obnoviti komunalnu infrastrukturu. Grad Rijeka ugovorom je zadržao pravo prvokupa garaža i budućeg kolodvora.

Nakon što su Riječani ovog ljeta probili tunel od luke do izlaza iz grada, tri kilometra i dvjesto metara dug i vrijedan 60 milijuna eura, koji je riječke građane stajao nula eura jer su im ga platili EU i država, a završen je u samo tri godine i lijepo će se spojiti na jednu od najskupljih hrvatskih zaobilaznica koja je otvorena 2009., a onda se spremaju na polaganje nove željezničke pruge Rijeka - Zagreb - Mađarska, i pride ovaj grad želi (i dobit će) i modernu putničku, gradsku željeznicu.

Stani, Splite, pa gledaj. I Split planira svoj tunelić od tristotinjak metara iz najzagušenije luke na Jadranu, evo bit će već i šezdesetak godina. I Splitu bi dobro došao novi kolodvor (a njegov je također privatni, osebujnog i uvijek zabavnog Mate Jujnovića). I Splićani bi se vozili brzom željeznicom, jer su u tom smislu šupak svemira s brzinama i kvalitetom dostignutima još u Austro-Ugarskoj.

Ali Splitu ne ide, pa ne ide. U usporedbi sa sivom Rijekom taj gizdavi Split je smiješan sa svojim projektićima: stupić ondje, pješačka zonica i kvartovska garaža ovdje, popločavanje ulice tamo, dvi šentade ovamo. Stvarno za pokrit se škartocom po glavi.

Opet dobre vijesti iz Rijeke: gradit će novi kolodvor! Split gleda. Ipak, Riječani su plasirali jednu veliku neistinu, kažu: ruši se stari, najružniji kolodvor u Hrvatskoj! Lažu ka pasi. Najružniji kolodvor u Hrvatskoj je bez ikakve konkurencije - splitski. Ako to uopće i jest kolodvor. Više sliči na nekakvu favelu, sklepanu od late na željeznim stupovima i kioska uz koju pristaju autobusi. U gradu koji se kiti perjanicom predvodnika dalmatinskog turizma, prvi kontakt putnika koji dolaze busevima ili još većih mazohista što dogmižu feratom je neprocjenjiv. Očaj i rugoba kakve nema.

Rijeka je prošle godine prodala kolodvor na Žabici, tvrtki dobro poznatoj i u Splitu, “Best in parking” koja drži parkirališta na najboljim pozicijama u svim većim hrvatskim gradovima, a na našem Manušu grade Small Mall, projekt koji stalno diže buru u lokalnoj javnosti. Rijeka je kolodvor, dakle, prodala za 11,3 milijuna eura, a prije par dana oglašen je i početak radova. Kolodvor će se izgraditi u dvije godine prema projektu arhitektonskog studija 3LHD, investicija je to od 70 milijuna eura, imat će 14 perona, 800 parkirališnih mjesta, od kojih 150 za građane, susjede po povlaštenoj cijeni, te osam tisuća kvadrata komercijalnih prostora. Osim kolodvora, izgradit će se i novo prometno rješenje pa će rivu osloboditi od automobila, rekonstruirati Trg Žabica i obnoviti komunalnu infrastrukturu. Grad Rijeka ugovorom je zadržao pravo prvokupa garaža i budućeg kolodvora.

Nakon što su Riječani ovog ljeta probili tunel od luke do izlaza iz grada, tri kilometra i dvjesto metara dug i vrijedan 60 milijuna eura, koji je riječke građane stajao nula eura jer su im ga platili EU i država, a završen je u samo tri godine i lijepo će se spojiti na jednu od najskupljih hrvatskih zaobilaznica koja je otvorena 2009., a onda se spremaju na polaganje nove željezničke pruge Rijeka - Zagreb - Mađarska, i pride ovaj grad želi (i dobit će) i modernu putničku, gradsku željeznicu.

Stani, Splite, pa gledaj. I Split planira svoj tunelić od tristotinjak metara iz najzagušenije luke na Jadranu, evo bit će već i šezdesetak godina. I Splitu bi dobro došao novi kolodvor (a njegov je također privatni, osebujnog i uvijek zabavnog Mate Jujnovića). I Splićani bi se vozili brzom željeznicom, jer su u tom smislu šupak svemira s brzinama i kvalitetom dostignutima još u Austro-Ugarskoj.

Ali Splitu ne ide, pa ne ide. U usporedbi sa sivom Rijekom taj gizdavi Split je smiješan sa svojim projektićima: stupić ondje, pješačka zonica i kvartovska garaža ovdje, popločavanje ulice tamo, dvi šentade ovamo. Stvarno za pokrit se škartocom po glavi.
