Od jučer je kavu moguće popiti i u zatvorenom dijelu kafića. No, iako su mnogi tu odluku priželjkivali, s obzirom na to da je ljeto na ispraćaju, minule su i temperature pa svit još uvik radije pije "kapljicu koja život znači" na terasi i svježem zraku.

Napravili smo đir po kafićima da vidimo ima li već ljudi koji su uvatili svoje misto za šankom, te ima li koga tko se oglušio na preporuke ravnatelja HZJZ-a Krunoslava Capaka pa za šankom pak kavicu ispija stojećki.

Situacija koju smo zatekli, na prvi pogled, ne izgleda bitno drukčije od vremena kada se u zatvorenim dijelovima kafića nije smjelo posluživati goste. Ekipa je zauzela svoja mista, mahom na terasama, guštaju u ugodnim temperaturama u hladu štekata.

– Ugodno je vanka, šta ćemo bezveze u zatvorenome. To je rezervirano za ladnije dane i ružno vrime. Triba guštat u lipin temperaturama dok se još stigne – govori nam jedna od djevojaka s krcate terase kafića na Trsteniku.

Dok smo điravali, naišli smo na vlasnika kafića "Split 1700" i pitali ga znače li mu ova popuštanja mjera i koliko.

– Ovo otvaranje još neko vrime nan neće značit. Tribat će vrimena da se ljudi naviknu da mogu sidit unutra. Praktički se godinu ipo nije moglo uć u kafić – govori nam Alen Trobonjača, bivši reprezentativac u daljinskom plivanju, sada ugostitelj.

Drago mu je, kaže, da smo svratili u kvartovski kafić jer smatra da o malim ugostiteljima nitko ne govori.

Ukinute potpore za kolovoz

– Država misli da je bila sezona i da su se zaradile pare. Jesu, slažen se, ali ih od sezone i turista nisu zaradili mali ugostitelji i kvartovski kafići. Zaradili su oni u centru i na otocima.

Netko treba čuti i male ugostitelje i male lokale koji ovise o domaćen svitu. Nama dolaze studenti i zaposlenici okolnih firmi. Kada su prešli na rad od doma i online predavanja, automatski nam je pa promet, a pitanje je šta će bit na zimu – navodi naš sugovornik.

Kritizira Trobonjača i činjenicu da su ugostiteljima ukinute potpore za kolovoz, a odluka o otvaranju unutrašnjih prostora na snazi je od rujna. Upitno je, kaže, koliko će uopće profita od otvaranja imati s obzirom na to da rijetko tko uopće po ovakvom vremenu bira zatvoreni dio kafića pored terase.

Možda bi od ovakve odluke bilo kruva da je stupila na snagu dok je sunce pičilo "sve u 16", a živa u termometru pokazivala više od 35 Celzijevih stupnjeva.

Tada su iz kuće izlazili samo najhrabriji ili pak najluđi, a svi ostali žudili za klimatiziranim prostorom, dok im ni na kraj pameti nije bilo ispijanje pića na štekatima okupanim suncem.

Na kraju razgovora, naš sugovornik istaknuo je ono što se mnogi posljednjih dana pitaju:

– Lani kad je rasta broj zaraženih, odma se išlo u lockdown i zatvaranje. Sada, kad brojke rastu, otvaraju se unutrašnji prostori za koje su tada govorili da su među glavnim krivcima za širenje koronavirusa.

Ne razumin. Ko je ode lud? Vladajući sami sebi skaču u usta – zaključuje Alen i dodaje pritom da su djelatnici njegova kafića cijepljeni.

Mora se. Zbog svoje sigurnosti, a i sigurnosti gostiju.

Sve u svemu, bilo da vam je veći gušt popit piće na otvorenom ili u zatvorenom prostoru kafića, sada bar imate izbora. Ako vam je šank mio, nikako nemojte smetnuti s uma Capakovu izjavu s početka teksta: Za šankom smijete sjediti, ali ne i stajati. Uzdravlje!

Od jučer je kavu moguće popiti i u zatvorenom dijelu kafića. No, iako su mnogi tu odluku priželjkivali, s obzirom na to da je ljeto na ispraćaju, minule su i temperature pa svit još uvik radije pije "kapljicu koja život znači" na terasi i svježem zraku.

Napravili smo đir po kafićima da vidimo ima li već ljudi koji su uvatili svoje misto za šankom, te ima li koga tko se oglušio na preporuke ravnatelja HZJZ-a Krunoslava Capaka pa za šankom pak kavicu ispija stojećki.

Situacija koju smo zatekli, na prvi pogled, ne izgleda bitno drukčije od vremena kada se u zatvorenim dijelovima kafića nije smjelo posluživati goste. Ekipa je zauzela svoja mista, mahom na terasama, guštaju u ugodnim temperaturama u hladu štekata.

– Ugodno je vanka, šta ćemo bezveze u zatvorenome. To je rezervirano za ladnije dane i ružno vrime. Triba guštat u lipin temperaturama dok se još stigne – govori nam jedna od djevojaka s krcate terase kafića na Trsteniku.

Dok smo điravali, naišli smo na vlasnika kafića "Split 1700" i pitali ga znače li mu ova popuštanja mjera i koliko.

– Ovo otvaranje još neko vrime nan neće značit. Tribat će vrimena da se ljudi naviknu da mogu sidit unutra. Praktički se godinu ipo nije moglo uć u kafić – govori nam Alen Trobonjača, bivši reprezentativac u daljinskom plivanju, sada ugostitelj.

Drago mu je, kaže, da smo svratili u kvartovski kafić jer smatra da o malim ugostiteljima nitko ne govori.

Ukinute potpore za kolovoz

– Država misli da je bila sezona i da su se zaradile pare. Jesu, slažen se, ali ih od sezone i turista nisu zaradili mali ugostitelji i kvartovski kafići. Zaradili su oni u centru i na otocima.

Netko treba čuti i male ugostitelje i male lokale koji ovise o domaćen svitu. Nama dolaze studenti i zaposlenici okolnih firmi. Kada su prešli na rad od doma i online predavanja, automatski nam je pa promet, a pitanje je šta će bit na zimu – navodi naš sugovornik.

Kritizira Trobonjača i činjenicu da su ugostiteljima ukinute potpore za kolovoz, a odluka o otvaranju unutrašnjih prostora na snazi je od rujna. Upitno je, kaže, koliko će uopće profita od otvaranja imati s obzirom na to da rijetko tko uopće po ovakvom vremenu bira zatvoreni dio kafića pored terase.

Možda bi od ovakve odluke bilo kruva da je stupila na snagu dok je sunce pičilo "sve u 16", a živa u termometru pokazivala više od 35 Celzijevih stupnjeva.

Tada su iz kuće izlazili samo najhrabriji ili pak najluđi, a svi ostali žudili za klimatiziranim prostorom, dok im ni na kraj pameti nije bilo ispijanje pića na štekatima okupanim suncem.

Na kraju razgovora, naš sugovornik istaknuo je ono što se mnogi posljednjih dana pitaju:

– Lani kad je rasta broj zaraženih, odma se išlo u lockdown i zatvaranje. Sada, kad brojke rastu, otvaraju se unutrašnji prostori za koje su tada govorili da su među glavnim krivcima za širenje koronavirusa.

Ne razumin. Ko je ode lud? Vladajući sami sebi skaču u usta – zaključuje Alen i dodaje pritom da su djelatnici njegova kafića cijepljeni.

Mora se. Zbog svoje sigurnosti, a i sigurnosti gostiju.

Sve u svemu, bilo da vam je veći gušt popit piće na otvorenom ili u zatvorenom prostoru kafića, sada bar imate izbora. Ako vam je šank mio, nikako nemojte smetnuti s uma Capakovu izjavu s početka teksta: Za šankom smijete sjediti, ali ne i stajati. Uzdravlje!
