Jedan od koraka koji dijeli splitsku tvrtku "Retoi", koja je u vlasništvu tajanstvenog milijardera Klausa Alexa Birkenstocka, nekadašnjeg vlasnika brenda "Birkenstock", da se upiše kao vlasnik hotela "Bellevue" jest da se Grad Split odrekne prava prvokupa toga turističkog bisera.

"Retoi" je "Bellevue" kupio u drugoj polovici travnja ove godine na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu od "Laurusa" u stečaju, ponudivši 14.111.111 eura. 

Kako "Bellevue" ima status kulturnog dobra, Trgovački sud u svibnju je pozvao Grad Split da se u roku 30 dana izjasni o korištenju prava prvokupa.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak predložio je da se Grad odrekne prava prvokupa dijela zgrade hotela "Bellevue" površine 2209,19 metara četvornih na adresi Ban Jelačićeva 2, koji je kulturno dobro i u izvanknjižnom vlasništvu "Laurusa", te da gradski vijećnici o tom prijedlogu rasprave na sjednici sazvanoj za srijedu 6. srpnja. 

Izvjestiteljica na sjednici bit će Maja Đerek, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu.

Jedan od koraka koji dijeli splitsku tvrtku "Retoi", koja je u vlasništvu tajanstvenog milijardera Klausa Alexa Birkenstocka, nekadašnjeg vlasnika brenda "Birkenstock", da se upiše kao vlasnik hotela "Bellevue" jest da se Grad Split odrekne prava prvokupa toga turističkog bisera.

"Retoi" je "Bellevue" kupio u drugoj polovici travnja ove godine na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu od "Laurusa" u stečaju, ponudivši 14.111.111 eura. 

Kako "Bellevue" ima status kulturnog dobra, Trgovački sud u svibnju je pozvao Grad Split da se u roku 30 dana izjasni o korištenju prava prvokupa.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak predložio je da se Grad odrekne prava prvokupa dijela zgrade hotela "Bellevue" površine 2209,19 metara četvornih na adresi Ban Jelačićeva 2, koji je kulturno dobro i u izvanknjižnom vlasništvu "Laurusa", te da gradski vijećnici o tom prijedlogu rasprave na sjednici sazvanoj za srijedu 6. srpnja. 

Izvjestiteljica na sjednici bit će Maja Đerek, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu.
