Treća radionica o Planu upravljanja te Studiji upravljanja posjetiteljima za NATURA 2000 područje Mosor održana je sinoć na Zvjezdanom selu na Mosoru.

Pripremila ju je Javna ustanova za upravljanje zaštićenim dijelovima prirode na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije "More i krš" u suradnji sa SDŽ. Na njoj su se okupili predstavnici Turističke zajednice Grada Splita, spomenute javne ustanove, planinarskih društava i kluboa Mosor, Split, Gojzerice, Perun, PEU Gata, Hrvatskog planinarskog saveza, HGSS-a, Hrvatske gospodarske komore te predstavnici Zajednice pustolovnog turizma agencija za pustolovni turizam.

Prvo zaštita, onda turizam

– Na opće zadovoljstvo, našli smo se svi na jednom mjestu kako bismo razgovarali o zaštiti prirode, u ovom slučaju Mosora kojeg rado posjećujemo i oko kojeg se svi trebamo brinuti zbog njegove valorizacije i održivog razvoja koji neće ići na ruku samo turizmu nego zaštiti prirode prvenstveno, a sukladno s tim benefit će doći za svih. Mosor spada u europsku ekološku mrežu NATURA 2000, te se odnosi na zaštitu sedam ciljnih životinjskih vrsta i pet staništa, ali i drugih prirodnih vrijednosti prostora. To je veliko bogatstvo, zajedničko dobro, ali i zajednička odgovornost. Stoga oko svake nove ideje, novog programa u viziji valorizacije Mosora treba uključiti relevantne dionike i širu zajednicu – kazala je Milena Šijan, savjetnica za zaštitu prirode i održivi turizam s višegodišnjim iskustvom u različitim poslovima iz djelokruga zaštite prirode koja je moderirala radionicu.

Predstavljene su i aktivnosti projekta Skriveni habitati relevantne za prostor Mosora.​ Projekt kreće od interpretacije Mosora kao vrijedne prirodne baštine u neposrednoj blizini turistički najfrekventnijeg izlaza sa autoceste (izlaz Dugopolje) kako bi turiste usmjerili na vrijednu prirodnu baštinu županije, rasteretili turistički preopterećene lokalitete i prezentirali im zašto treba posjetiti ostale dijelove županije, prvenstveno Dalmatinsku zagoru. Osim Mosora, ovaj projekt uključuje i turističku valorizaciju spomenika prirode Maslina u Kaštel Štafiliću i Hrast u Kaštel Gomilici.

Kako je čitavo područje Mosora nedovoljno turistički prepoznato, radit će se na edukaciji turista i lokalnog stanovništva o vrijednostima, ali i pritiscima na elemente prirodnue baštine zbog čega dolazi do izravne i neizravne ugroze životinjskih i biljnih vrsta i staništa.

Centar za posjetitelje

Projekt obuhvaća izgradnju centra za posjetitelje u Dugopolju, namijenjenog interpretaciji Mosora i njegove vrijednosti, a ideja je motivirati najviše djecu i mlade za boravak na svježem zraku kroz edukativne programe s ciljem ranog razvoja svijesti o potrebi zaštite i očuvanja prirodne baštine.

– Zajednički cilj nam je održivi razvoj turizma, ali s naglaskom na zaštitu prirode. Svaka intervencija u prostor treba biti planirana i pravovaljano iskomunicirana sa svima zainteresiranim i cijelom zajednicom, kako bi se donijele najispravnije odluke i sačuvali prirodni resursi i za buduće generacije – poručila je Šijan.

Treća radionica o Planu upravljanja te Studiji upravljanja posjetiteljima za NATURA 2000 područje Mosor održana je sinoć na Zvjezdanom selu na Mosoru.

Pripremila ju je Javna ustanova za upravljanje zaštićenim dijelovima prirode na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije "More i krš" u suradnji sa SDŽ. Na njoj su se okupili predstavnici Turističke zajednice Grada Splita, spomenute javne ustanove, planinarskih društava i kluboa Mosor, Split, Gojzerice, Perun, PEU Gata, Hrvatskog planinarskog saveza, HGSS-a, Hrvatske gospodarske komore te predstavnici Zajednice pustolovnog turizma agencija za pustolovni turizam.

Prvo zaštita, onda turizam

– Na opće zadovoljstvo, našli smo se svi na jednom mjestu kako bismo razgovarali o zaštiti prirode, u ovom slučaju Mosora kojeg rado posjećujemo i oko kojeg se svi trebamo brinuti zbog njegove valorizacije i održivog razvoja koji neće ići na ruku samo turizmu nego zaštiti prirode prvenstveno, a sukladno s tim benefit će doći za svih. Mosor spada u europsku ekološku mrežu NATURA 2000, te se odnosi na zaštitu sedam ciljnih životinjskih vrsta i pet staništa, ali i drugih prirodnih vrijednosti prostora. To je veliko bogatstvo, zajedničko dobro, ali i zajednička odgovornost. Stoga oko svake nove ideje, novog programa u viziji valorizacije Mosora treba uključiti relevantne dionike i širu zajednicu – kazala je Milena Šijan, savjetnica za zaštitu prirode i održivi turizam s višegodišnjim iskustvom u različitim poslovima iz djelokruga zaštite prirode koja je moderirala radionicu.

Predstavljene su i aktivnosti projekta Skriveni habitati relevantne za prostor Mosora.​ Projekt kreće od interpretacije Mosora kao vrijedne prirodne baštine u neposrednoj blizini turistički najfrekventnijeg izlaza sa autoceste (izlaz Dugopolje) kako bi turiste usmjerili na vrijednu prirodnu baštinu županije, rasteretili turistički preopterećene lokalitete i prezentirali im zašto treba posjetiti ostale dijelove županije, prvenstveno Dalmatinsku zagoru. Osim Mosora, ovaj projekt uključuje i turističku valorizaciju spomenika prirode Maslina u Kaštel Štafiliću i Hrast u Kaštel Gomilici.

Kako je čitavo područje Mosora nedovoljno turistički prepoznato, radit će se na edukaciji turista i lokalnog stanovništva o vrijednostima, ali i pritiscima na elemente prirodnue baštine zbog čega dolazi do izravne i neizravne ugroze životinjskih i biljnih vrsta i staništa.

Centar za posjetitelje

Projekt obuhvaća izgradnju centra za posjetitelje u Dugopolju, namijenjenog interpretaciji Mosora i njegove vrijednosti, a ideja je motivirati najviše djecu i mlade za boravak na svježem zraku kroz edukativne programe s ciljem ranog razvoja svijesti o potrebi zaštite i očuvanja prirodne baštine.

– Zajednički cilj nam je održivi razvoj turizma, ali s naglaskom na zaštitu prirode. Svaka intervencija u prostor treba biti planirana i pravovaljano iskomunicirana sa svima zainteresiranim i cijelom zajednicom, kako bi se donijele najispravnije odluke i sačuvali prirodni resursi i za buduće generacije – poručila je Šijan.
