Studentima novog preddiplomskog programa na Sveučilištu u Splitu, studija Komunikacija i mediji, u srijedu je u dvorani Sveučilišne knjižnice Split predavanje o ključnim novinarskim izazovima održala glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije Sandra Lapenda Lemo. Studij pokrenut akademske godine 2022./23. trenutno pohađa 25 studenata. Prva generacija stručnih novinara obrazovanih u Splitu steći će nakon završetka trogodišnjeg studija 180 ECTS bodova i akademski naziv sveučilišni prvostupnik komunikacije i medija.

Program novootvorenog studija polaznicima omogućava stjecanje znanja i vještina potrebnih za rad u medijima te je odgovor na rastuće potrebe društva za novim znanjima i kompetencijama, ali je i dokaz o kontinuiranom rastu Sveučilišta u Splitu.

U sklopu studijskoga kolegija Upravljanje komunikacijom, profesor Miro Radalj pozvao je glavnu urednicu Slobodne Dalmacije Sandru Lapendu Lemo da održi predavanje, tijekom kojega su studenti mogli postavljati pitanja o novinarstvu u praksi. Lapenda Lemo struku je studentima, odgovarajući na njihova mnogobrojna zanimljiva pitanja, prikazala u realističnom svjetlu.

Kako se biraju članci koji će dobiti mjesto na portalu, koje osobine mora imati mladi "novinar u nastanku", kakav je utjecaj umjetne inteligencije na budućnost medija, kakav je položaj žene u novinarstvu... – bile su samo neke od tema o kojima je govorila studentima.

"Posao novinara težak je i iscrpljujuć i morate ga osjećati kao poziv. Jednom kada vam se taj ‘crv‘ uvuče, ne možete ga se tek tako riješiti. Novinar treba puno učiti, čitati, raditi na sebi; za ovo zanimanje treba imati i hrabrosti, dosljednosti i uvijek propitkivati. Morate biti tvrdoglavi, autentični i ne bojati se postavljati pitanja koja možda nisu lagana. Ovo nije tipičan posao koji se radi od devet do pet, ali je s druge strane zanimljiv, intenzivan i na neki način svaki dan imate priliku mijenjati svijet", osvrnula se Lapenda Lemo na posao kojim će se ovi studenti baviti u budućnosti.

Zanimalo ih je kako se odlučuje koja će se vijest objaviti, što se najviše čita i općenito kako nastaju novinski članci.

"Mi u svakom trenutku pratimo što naši čitatelji najviše čitaju, a pri odluci što će se objaviti vodimo se, uz parametre čitanosti, i parametrima relevantnosti i aktualnosti, koji su još važniji. Kao medij imamo veliku odgovornost jer smo mi ti koji odlučujemo što je bitno i na koji ćemo način neku temu obraditi. Vijesti danas stižu sa svih strana, ali ono što je čak i važnije od davanja same vijesti jest kontekstualiziranje sadržaja i njihovo korištenje za poticanje na djelovanje", ustvrdila je glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije.

Lapenda Lemo nije krila oduševljenje zbog otvaranja novog studija u Splitu; prisutnim je studentima objasnila koliko je obrazovanje ključno u izgradnji karijere.

"Osobno bih, da sam studentica ove generacije, rado upisala upravo ovaj fakultet. Vi ste na samom početku svojeg novinarskog puta, no većinu posla najviše ćete naučiti na terenu, a to je ono što slijedi nakon školovanja. Slično kao i kad položite vozački ispit – pravi je test kad dobijete vozačku dozvolu i sami krenete voziti", rekla je.

Studente je interesiralo i hoće li razvoj umjetne inteligencije imati utjecaja na novinare i novinarski posao. Lapenda Lemo objasnila im je da za novinarstvo "nema straha".

"Pravo istraživačko novinarstvo je ‘umjetnost‘, koja je danas na cijeni više nego ikad. Još uvijek za jednu dobru priču treba puno posla. Dobri izvori, kontakti i ono najvažnije – veliko znanje o temi. Novinari danas otkrivaju afere, pomažu ljudima, utječu na javno mnijenje, skreću pozornost na stvari kojih moramo biti svjesni i potiču nas na djelovanje", objasnila je.

Za kraj ovog interaktivnog predavanja profesor Miro Radalj najavio je posjet redakciji Slobodne Dalmacije sa svojim studentima, te izrazio nadu da će netko od njih na kraju u "Slobodnoj" pronaći i posao.

Studentima novog preddiplomskog programa na Sveučilištu u Splitu, studija Komunikacija i mediji, u srijedu je u dvorani Sveučilišne knjižnice Split predavanje o ključnim novinarskim izazovima održala glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije Sandra Lapenda Lemo. Studij pokrenut akademske godine 2022./23. trenutno pohađa 25 studenata. Prva generacija stručnih novinara obrazovanih u Splitu steći će nakon završetka trogodišnjeg studija 180 ECTS bodova i akademski naziv sveučilišni prvostupnik komunikacije i medija.

Program novootvorenog studija polaznicima omogućava stjecanje znanja i vještina potrebnih za rad u medijima te je odgovor na rastuće potrebe društva za novim znanjima i kompetencijama, ali je i dokaz o kontinuiranom rastu Sveučilišta u Splitu.

U sklopu studijskoga kolegija Upravljanje komunikacijom, profesor Miro Radalj pozvao je glavnu urednicu Slobodne Dalmacije Sandru Lapendu Lemo da održi predavanje, tijekom kojega su studenti mogli postavljati pitanja o novinarstvu u praksi. Lapenda Lemo struku je studentima, odgovarajući na njihova mnogobrojna zanimljiva pitanja, prikazala u realističnom svjetlu.

Kako se biraju članci koji će dobiti mjesto na portalu, koje osobine mora imati mladi "novinar u nastanku", kakav je utjecaj umjetne inteligencije na budućnost medija, kakav je položaj žene u novinarstvu... – bile su samo neke od tema o kojima je govorila studentima.

"Posao novinara težak je i iscrpljujuć i morate ga osjećati kao poziv. Jednom kada vam se taj ‘crv‘ uvuče, ne možete ga se tek tako riješiti. Novinar treba puno učiti, čitati, raditi na sebi; za ovo zanimanje treba imati i hrabrosti, dosljednosti i uvijek propitkivati. Morate biti tvrdoglavi, autentični i ne bojati se postavljati pitanja koja možda nisu lagana. Ovo nije tipičan posao koji se radi od devet do pet, ali je s druge strane zanimljiv, intenzivan i na neki način svaki dan imate priliku mijenjati svijet", osvrnula se Lapenda Lemo na posao kojim će se ovi studenti baviti u budućnosti.

Zanimalo ih je kako se odlučuje koja će se vijest objaviti, što se najviše čita i općenito kako nastaju novinski članci.

"Mi u svakom trenutku pratimo što naši čitatelji najviše čitaju, a pri odluci što će se objaviti vodimo se, uz parametre čitanosti, i parametrima relevantnosti i aktualnosti, koji su još važniji. Kao medij imamo veliku odgovornost jer smo mi ti koji odlučujemo što je bitno i na koji ćemo način neku temu obraditi. Vijesti danas stižu sa svih strana, ali ono što je čak i važnije od davanja same vijesti jest kontekstualiziranje sadržaja i njihovo korištenje za poticanje na djelovanje", ustvrdila je glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije.

Lapenda Lemo nije krila oduševljenje zbog otvaranja novog studija u Splitu; prisutnim je studentima objasnila koliko je obrazovanje ključno u izgradnji karijere.

"Osobno bih, da sam studentica ove generacije, rado upisala upravo ovaj fakultet. Vi ste na samom početku svojeg novinarskog puta, no većinu posla najviše ćete naučiti na terenu, a to je ono što slijedi nakon školovanja. Slično kao i kad položite vozački ispit – pravi je test kad dobijete vozačku dozvolu i sami krenete voziti", rekla je.

Studente je interesiralo i hoće li razvoj umjetne inteligencije imati utjecaja na novinare i novinarski posao. Lapenda Lemo objasnila im je da za novinarstvo "nema straha".

"Pravo istraživačko novinarstvo je ‘umjetnost‘, koja je danas na cijeni više nego ikad. Još uvijek za jednu dobru priču treba puno posla. Dobri izvori, kontakti i ono najvažnije – veliko znanje o temi. Novinari danas otkrivaju afere, pomažu ljudima, utječu na javno mnijenje, skreću pozornost na stvari kojih moramo biti svjesni i potiču nas na djelovanje", objasnila je.

Za kraj ovog interaktivnog predavanja profesor Miro Radalj najavio je posjet redakciji Slobodne Dalmacije sa svojim studentima, te izrazio nadu da će netko od njih na kraju u "Slobodnoj" pronaći i posao.

Sveučilište u Splitu: glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije održala predavanje studentima Komunikacije i medija

Studentima novog preddiplomskog programa na Sveučilištu u Splitu, studija Komunikacija i mediji, u srijedu je u dvorani Sveučilišne knjižnice Split predavanje o ključnim novinarskim izazovima održala glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije Sandra Lapenda Lemo. Studij pokrenut akademske godine 2022./23. trenutno pohađa 25 studenata. Prva generacija stručnih novinara obrazovanih u Splitu steći će nakon završetka trogodišnjeg studija 180 ECTS bodova i akademski naziv sveučilišni prvostupnik komunikacije i medija.

Program novootvorenog studija polaznicima omogućava stjecanje znanja i vještina potrebnih za rad u medijima te je odgovor na rastuće potrebe društva za novim znanjima i kompetencijama, ali je i dokaz o kontinuiranom rastu Sveučilišta u Splitu.
