Minimalna studentska satnica sada iznosi 5,25 eura, a razlog tome je povećanje bruto plaće u Republici Hrvatskoj. Uz minimalnu plaću vezana je i minimalna studentska satnica koja se dobije tako što se minimalna bruto plaća u Hrvatskoj podijeli sa 160.

Na stranicama Student servisa u Splitu većinom se nude ugostiteljski poslovi koji se plaćaju od 5,30 do 5,45 eura. To znači da će konobar za smjenu od osam sati osigurati dnevnicu od 43,60 eura. Ako pretpostavimo da student radi samo tri dana u tjednu, jer ga sprječavaju studentske obveze, tjedno će zaraditi 130,80 eura, a mjesečno 523,20 eura. Za tri radna dana u tjednu to je i više nego pristojno za studentski džeparac, a di je još i manča na to!
Osim ugostiteljskih poslova, u ponudi je i velik broj poslova u prodaji, a traže se prodajni agenti, ispomoć u inventuri, prodavači na štandu. Nudi im se od 5,25 do 7,5 eura za jedan sat obavljenog posla, ali poslodavci u prodaji većinom traže studente za povremeni radi što znači manji broj radnih sati te u konačnici manju zaradu. O tome svjedoči i izjava studentice koja radi kao ispomoć u jednoj trgovini odjećom.

- Jako je dobro za nas studente da je satnica narasla jer do sada mi se nije isplatilo raditi par sati dnevno jer u konačnici iznos ne bude dovoljan niti za polovicu studentskih troškova, ali s novom satnicom, nešto će se i moći uštedjeti. Sada se, nažalost, pojavio novi problem, čini mi se da se smanjio broj poslova koji se nude - rekla nam je mlada studentica.
Porazgovarali smo i sa studenticom koja radi u trgovačkom centru, a kaže da joj je jako drago što i studentima raste plaća u ovo doba inflacije.
- Prošlogodišnji minimalac nije nam bio dovoljan niti za osnovne potrepštine, a kamoli za zabavu u studentskim danima. Nisu svi od nas došli iz dobrostojećih obitelji pa neki sami financiraju boravak i studij u drugom gradu. Studentski život nekima predstavlja veći izazov, a pogotovo s ovakvim cijenama, da nema menze ja ne znam kako bih uspjela svaki dan pojesti kvalitetan obrok - kazala je.

Iz Student servisa kažu da je još prerano za donositi ikakve zaključke, ali da je satnica za prodavače i u prošloj sezoni iznosila 5,50 do šest eura, iako je tada minimalna satnica bila 4,38 eura.
- Smatramo da rast satnice neće utjecati na smanjenje broja poslova i zbog trenutne situacije na tržištu rada, odnosno nedostatka radne snage. IT sektor nudi zaradu od oko 10 eura po satu, sedam eura nudi se skladištarima, a konobari kada dođe sezona mogu očekivati zaradu od šest do osam eura za sat posla - kazala je Adriana Hrstić, voditeljica ureda ravnatelja.
Smatra da kako se sezona bude približava, rast će i studentske satnice. Unatoč porastu, kaže da su studenti i dalje najjeftinija radna snaga u Hrvatskoj.

- Koliko znam iz razgovora s vlasnicima firmi koje uvoze strane radnike, poslodavac im je, osim plaće, dužan osigurati i smještaj te tri topla obroka, a to na kraju ispadne skuplje od plaćanja studenata. Studenti su i dalje najpovoljnija radna snaga jer je ukupan trošak poslodavca na neto zaradu samo 18 posto - objasnila je Hrstić.
Tijekom potrage za raspoloženim sugovornicima, sreli smo i jednog "starijeg studenta" koji je na studiju već osam godina. On nam je bio idealan kandidat za dati pravi povijesni pregled uvjeta rada za studente.
- Upisao sam fakultet tamo 2015. godine, a razlog što ovako dugo studiram je, među ostalim, činjenica da moram sam zaraditi svoj džeparac. Satnica na mom prvom studentskom poslu bila je 18 kn, odnosno današnjih 2,39 eura, ali istina je da se tada više toga moglo napraviti s 20 kn nego što se danas može s deset eura. Ova sadašnja satnica jest veća, ali cijene svega su otišle u nebesa tako da vam u konačnici sve to dođe na isto - rekao je.

Poslodavci studentima i dalje dužni osigurati 50 posto veću satnicu za rad nedjeljom, blagdanom te za noćni rad do 22 do 6 sati ujutro, ali i za prekovremeni rad. Studenti imaju pravo i na naknadu putnih troškova, naknadu za topli obrok i druge naknade, ako su one ugovorene i navedene u studentskom ugovoru.

Na stranicama Student servisa u Splitu većinom se nude ugostiteljski poslovi koji se plaćaju od 5,30 do 5,45 eura. To znači da će konobar za smjenu od osam sati osigurati dnevnicu od 43,60 eura. Ako pretpostavimo da student radi samo tri dana u tjednu, jer ga sprječavaju studentske obveze, tjedno će zaraditi 130,80 eura, a mjesečno 523,20 eura. Za tri radna dana u tjednu to je i više nego pristojno za studentski džeparac, a di je još i manča na to!
Osim ugostiteljskih poslova, u ponudi je i velik broj poslova u prodaji, a traže se prodajni agenti, ispomoć u inventuri, prodavači na štandu. Nudi im se od 5,25 do 7,5 eura za jedan sat obavljenog posla, ali poslodavci u prodaji većinom traže studente za povremeni radi što znači manji broj radnih sati te u konačnici manju zaradu. O tome svjedoči i izjava studentice koja radi kao ispomoć u jednoj trgovini odjećom.

- Jako je dobro za nas studente da je satnica narasla jer do sada mi se nije isplatilo raditi par sati dnevno jer u konačnici iznos ne bude dovoljan niti za polovicu studentskih troškova, ali s novom satnicom, nešto će se i moći uštedjeti. Sada se, nažalost, pojavio novi problem, čini mi se da se smanjio broj poslova koji se nude - rekla nam je mlada studentica.
Porazgovarali smo i sa studenticom koja radi u trgovačkom centru, a kaže da joj je jako drago što i studentima raste plaća u ovo doba inflacije.
- Prošlogodišnji minimalac nije nam bio dovoljan niti za osnovne potrepštine, a kamoli za zabavu u studentskim danima. Nisu svi od nas došli iz dobrostojećih obitelji pa neki sami financiraju boravak i studij u drugom gradu. Studentski život nekima predstavlja veći izazov, a pogotovo s ovakvim cijenama, da nema menze ja ne znam kako bih uspjela svaki dan pojesti kvalitetan obrok - kazala je.

Iz Student servisa kažu da je još prerano za donositi ikakve zaključke, ali da je satnica za prodavače i u prošloj sezoni iznosila 5,50 do šest eura, iako je tada minimalna satnica bila 4,38 eura.
- Smatramo da rast satnice neće utjecati na smanjenje broja poslova i zbog trenutne situacije na tržištu rada, odnosno nedostatka radne snage. IT sektor nudi zaradu od oko 10 eura po satu, sedam eura nudi se skladištarima, a konobari kada dođe sezona mogu očekivati zaradu od šest do osam eura za sat posla - kazala je Adriana Hrstić, voditeljica ureda ravnatelja.
Smatra da kako se sezona bude približava, rast će i studentske satnice. Unatoč porastu, kaže da su studenti i dalje najjeftinija radna snaga u Hrvatskoj.

- Koliko znam iz razgovora s vlasnicima firmi koje uvoze strane radnike, poslodavac im je, osim plaće, dužan osigurati i smještaj te tri topla obroka, a to na kraju ispadne skuplje od plaćanja studenata. Studenti su i dalje najpovoljnija radna snaga jer je ukupan trošak poslodavca na neto zaradu samo 18 posto - objasnila je Hrstić.
Tijekom potrage za raspoloženim sugovornicima, sreli smo i jednog "starijeg studenta" koji je na studiju već osam godina. On nam je bio idealan kandidat za dati pravi povijesni pregled uvjeta rada za studente.
- Upisao sam fakultet tamo 2015. godine, a razlog što ovako dugo studiram je, među ostalim, činjenica da moram sam zaraditi svoj džeparac. Satnica na mom prvom studentskom poslu bila je 18 kn, odnosno današnjih 2,39 eura, ali istina je da se tada više toga moglo napraviti s 20 kn nego što se danas može s deset eura. Ova sadašnja satnica jest veća, ali cijene svega su otišle u nebesa tako da vam u konačnici sve to dođe na isto - rekao je.

Poslodavci studentima i dalje dužni osigurati 50 posto veću satnicu za rad nedjeljom, blagdanom te za noćni rad do 22 do 6 sati ujutro, ali i za prekovremeni rad. Studenti imaju pravo i na naknadu putnih troškova, naknadu za topli obrok i druge naknade, ako su one ugovorene i navedene u studentskom ugovoru.
