Pisali smo nekidan kako splitski KBC vapi za medicinskim sestrama i kako će se situacija s ovim deficitarnim kadrom riješiti tek ukoliko splitska Zdravstvena škola poveća upisne kvote za sestre i tehničare.

Otkako je krenula epidemija koronavirusa, svakoga dana sve više shvaćamo koliko je zdravstvo u RH na koljenima. Ne zna se čija je pozicija lošija, ona običnog korisnika zdravstvenog sustava kojemu treba njegov obiteljski liječnik i medicinska sestra ili onoga koji radi u tom istom sustavu, stoji u priopćenju stranke Pametno. 

- Odavno smo upoznati s problemom nedostatka medicinskih sestara u splitskoj bolnici i ambulantama primarne medicine. Županija je opet dokazala da u medicinskom dijelu obrazovanja ne prati tržište rada. Naime, unatoč činjenici da KBC – u Split nedostaje više od 300 medicinskih sestara, a u splitskoj Zdravstvenoj školi ih maturira 50-ak po godini, Županija je ove godine omogućila u Sinju otvaranje tek jednog razrednog odjeljenja za školovanje medicinskih sestara.

To znači da ćemo tek za pet godina u županiji imati dodatnih 25 medicinskih sestara i tehničara po godini. Pored Zdravstvene škole u Splitu, koja radi sjajan posao, to je još uvijek daleko od broja sestara koji bi pokrio potrebe našeg sustava - izjavila je Gorana Rosandić, članica Foruma za zdravstvo stranke Pametno, ujedno i profesorica u splitskoj Zdravstvenoj školi..  

Osim što će nam još godinama nedostajati medicinskog osoblja, tako će nam nedostajati i stručnih nastavnika koji će ih obučavati jer je odavno jasno da stručnih nastavnika u srednjim školama nedostaje, tvrde u ovoj stranci.

- Nemojmo se čuditi kada nam liječnici primarne zaštite i medicinske sestre padaju u nesvijest od umora. Većina njih odavno nije koristila zakonom zajamčeno pravo na godišnji odmor jer ih nema tko zamijeniti. Uprava bolnice se treba zapitati zašto im medicinske sestre daju otkaze, što se može napraviti kako bi im se popravio radni status u bolnici i može li im se naša bolnica ikako nametnuti kao bolja opcija za odabir radnog mjesta – zaključila je Rosandić.

Pisali smo nekidan kako splitski KBC vapi za medicinskim sestrama i kako će se situacija s ovim deficitarnim kadrom riješiti tek ukoliko splitska Zdravstvena škola poveća upisne kvote za sestre i tehničare.

Otkako je krenula epidemija koronavirusa, svakoga dana sve više shvaćamo koliko je zdravstvo u RH na koljenima. Ne zna se čija je pozicija lošija, ona običnog korisnika zdravstvenog sustava kojemu treba njegov obiteljski liječnik i medicinska sestra ili onoga koji radi u tom istom sustavu, stoji u priopćenju stranke Pametno. 

- Odavno smo upoznati s problemom nedostatka medicinskih sestara u splitskoj bolnici i ambulantama primarne medicine. Županija je opet dokazala da u medicinskom dijelu obrazovanja ne prati tržište rada. Naime, unatoč činjenici da KBC – u Split nedostaje više od 300 medicinskih sestara, a u splitskoj Zdravstvenoj školi ih maturira 50-ak po godini, Županija je ove godine omogućila u Sinju otvaranje tek jednog razrednog odjeljenja za školovanje medicinskih sestara.

To znači da ćemo tek za pet godina u županiji imati dodatnih 25 medicinskih sestara i tehničara po godini. Pored Zdravstvene škole u Splitu, koja radi sjajan posao, to je još uvijek daleko od broja sestara koji bi pokrio potrebe našeg sustava - izjavila je Gorana Rosandić, članica Foruma za zdravstvo stranke Pametno, ujedno i profesorica u splitskoj Zdravstvenoj školi..  

Osim što će nam još godinama nedostajati medicinskog osoblja, tako će nam nedostajati i stručnih nastavnika koji će ih obučavati jer je odavno jasno da stručnih nastavnika u srednjim školama nedostaje, tvrde u ovoj stranci.

- Nemojmo se čuditi kada nam liječnici primarne zaštite i medicinske sestre padaju u nesvijest od umora. Većina njih odavno nije koristila zakonom zajamčeno pravo na godišnji odmor jer ih nema tko zamijeniti. Uprava bolnice se treba zapitati zašto im medicinske sestre daju otkaze, što se može napraviti kako bi im se popravio radni status u bolnici i može li im se naša bolnica ikako nametnuti kao bolja opcija za odabir radnog mjesta – zaključila je Rosandić.

Pisali smo nekidan kako splitski KBC vapi za medicinskim sestrama i kako će se situacija s ovim deficitarnim kadrom riješiti tek ukoliko splitska Zdravstvena škola poveća upisne kvote za sestre i tehničare.

Otkako je krenula epidemija koronavirusa, svakoga dana sve više shvaćamo koliko je zdravstvo u RH na koljenima. Ne zna se čija je pozicija lošija, ona običnog korisnika zdravstvenog sustava kojemu treba njegov obiteljski liječnik i medicinska sestra ili onoga koji radi u tom istom sustavu, stoji u priopćenju stranke Pametno.
