U splitskoj bolnici trenutno je hospitalizirano 106 osoba s covidom od čega je 20 osoba na respiratoru. U kolovozu je naglo porastao broj hospitaliziranih, što se pripisuje turističkom otvaranju.

Sve to je za Dnevnik N1 komentirala dr. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja s Infektologije u KBC-u Split, koja je osim s koronom svake godine radila s oboljelima od gripe. Uspoređujući te dvije bolesti rekla je:

"I u najgoroj sezoni gripe to je neusporedivo. Ova je zgrada dovoljna za sve naše potrebe u sezoni gripe, a sad 40 kreveta, kojima raspolažemo na infektologiji, nije dovoljno pa smo se proširili na dva kata Križina na 150 kreveta jer su to mahom bolesnici koji trebaju kisik."

Očekuje daljnji porast broja novozaraženih, a onda i hospitaliziranih:

"Tijekom kolovoza imali smo strmi porast broja hospitaliziranih. Sad je rast kontinuiran i nije nagli. Nema lockdowna, život normalno teče, ali nismo se dobro procijepili. Očekujem da će brojke nastaviti rasti."

Uspoređujući situaciju s prošlom godinom dr. Pavičić Ivelja je za N1 istaknula:

“Da se naša populacija dobro procijepila, imali bismo desetak hospitaliziranih covid bolesnika, a imamo ih 106 i 10 infektologa se ne može brinuti o njima, angažirali smo i druge kapacitete.”

“To je izazovan proces. Umorni smo svi, ali ovo je multidisciplinarni pristup, svi liječnici pomažu. Ovisno o broju hospitaliziranih otvaraju se novi odjeli. To je neizbježno, dobro to odrađujemo”, dodaje.

Također, prije godinu dana bolesnici hospitalizirani zbog covida imali su veću smrtnost. “Karakteristike virusa koji se mijenja i naše iskustvo liječenja doprinijelo je tome da imamo izvrsne rezultate u KBC-u Split”, dodaje.

Govoreći o dolasku hladnijih dana i zime kaže da je optimist: “Optimist sam, nadam se da će se ljudi više cijepiti, ali očekujem i dalje veći broj hospitaliziranih.”

U splitskoj bolnici trenutno je hospitalizirano 106 osoba s covidom od čega je 20 osoba na respiratoru. U kolovozu je naglo porastao broj hospitaliziranih, što se pripisuje turističkom otvaranju.

Sve to je za Dnevnik N1 komentirala dr. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja s Infektologije u KBC-u Split, koja je osim s koronom svake godine radila s oboljelima od gripe. Uspoređujući te dvije bolesti rekla je:

"I u najgoroj sezoni gripe to je neusporedivo. Ova je zgrada dovoljna za sve naše potrebe u sezoni gripe, a sad 40 kreveta, kojima raspolažemo na infektologiji, nije dovoljno pa smo se proširili na dva kata Križina na 150 kreveta jer su to mahom bolesnici koji trebaju kisik."

Očekuje daljnji porast broja novozaraženih, a onda i hospitaliziranih:

"Tijekom kolovoza imali smo strmi porast broja hospitaliziranih. Sad je rast kontinuiran i nije nagli. Nema lockdowna, život normalno teče, ali nismo se dobro procijepili. Očekujem da će brojke nastaviti rasti."

Uspoređujući situaciju s prošlom godinom dr. Pavičić Ivelja je za N1 istaknula:

“Da se naša populacija dobro procijepila, imali bismo desetak hospitaliziranih covid bolesnika, a imamo ih 106 i 10 infektologa se ne može brinuti o njima, angažirali smo i druge kapacitete.”

“To je izazovan proces. Umorni smo svi, ali ovo je multidisciplinarni pristup, svi liječnici pomažu. Ovisno o broju hospitaliziranih otvaraju se novi odjeli. To je neizbježno, dobro to odrađujemo”, dodaje.

Također, prije godinu dana bolesnici hospitalizirani zbog covida imali su veću smrtnost. “Karakteristike virusa koji se mijenja i naše iskustvo liječenja doprinijelo je tome da imamo izvrsne rezultate u KBC-u Split”, dodaje.

Govoreći o dolasku hladnijih dana i zime kaže da je optimist: “Optimist sam, nadam se da će se ljudi više cijepiti, ali očekujem i dalje veći broj hospitaliziranih.”

Splitska infektologinja: Da smo se procijepili, u KBC-u bismo imali 10-ak hospitaliziranih, a imamo ih 106

U splitskoj bolnici trenutno je hospitalizirano 106 osoba s covidom od čega je 20 osoba na respiratoru. U kolovozu je naglo porastao broj hospitaliziranih, što se pripisuje turističkom otvaranju.

Sve to je za Dnevnik N1 komentirala dr. Mirela Pavičić Ivelja s Infektologije u KBC-u Split, koja je osim s koronom svake godine radila s oboljelima od gripe. Uspoređujući te dvije bolesti rekla je:

"I u najgoroj sezoni gripe to je neusporedivo. Ova je zgrada dovoljna za sve naše potrebe u sezoni gripe, a sad 40 kreveta, kojima raspolažemo na infektologiji, nije dovoljno pa smo se proširili na dva kata Križina na 150 kreveta jer su to mahom bolesnici koji trebaju kisik."

Očekuje daljnji porast broja novozaraženih, a onda i hospitaliziranih:
