Broj novozaraženih koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj raste, a kako ističu stručnjaci, radi se o delta soju koji se širi brže i najviše među mlađom populacijom. Oni, ako i obole, uglavnom prolaze s blagim simptomima, no stručnjake i zdravstvene radnike zabrinjava onaj stariji dio populacije koji nije cijepljen i koji nakon kontakta s mlađima, može doći u probleme. A onda i zdravstveni sustav ponovno može doći u probleme.
Splitsko-dalmatinska županija prvi vrhu je županija u Hrvatskoj po broju novozaraženih što ne čudi s obzirom na činjenicu da su njome u posljednjih mjesec dana prošle stotine tisuća turista, donosi N1.
Situacija još nije zabrinjavajuća, no stručnjaci ističu da je treba shvatiti ozbiljno. Splitska se bolnica puni, a to se može promijeniti samo cijepljenjem građana što dokazuje i statistika.
“Epidemija je počela plamsati”
“Brojke u posljednje vrijeme rastu što ne čudi s obzirom na broj turista koji je došao u našu županiju, i ne samo turista nego domaćih koji žive u drugim zemljama”, rekla nam je Željka Karin, ravnateljica NZJZ-a Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, i dodala: “To još nije nagli skok, ali očekujemo još veći rast s obzirom na brzo širenje novog soja i s obzirom da pogađa mlađe dobne skupine koje se više druže i šire bolest u obitelji. Po novooboljelima sad su mlađe dobne skupine. Najveći broj osoba u bolnici, njih do 30%, u dobi je od 19 do 39 godina što je bolje nego starije dobne skupine jer oni imaju bolje prognoze. To su zdravije osobe, ali podaci nisu ohrabrujući, epidemija je počela plamsati.”
Ističe da su u bolnici uglavnom necijepljeni:
“Prošli tjedan smo imali do 150 osoba pozitivnih, to nije mali broj. Radimo puno testiranja, nekoliko tisuća testiranja dnevno. Sam udio i postotak novooboljelih je do 6 do 7%, ali po samim zahtjevima vidimo da brojke rastu.
To su uglavnom necijepljene osobe. Imamo pojedinačne slučajeve cijepljenih, ali oni imaju puno blažu simptomatologiju. Ovo je poziv svima za cijepljenje, krenuli smo i s cijepljenjem po Zagori, po manjim mjestima imamo organizirana cijepljenja da bude dostupno svima.”
Da stanje ne treba shvatiti olako, upozorava i ravnatelj KBC-a Split Julije Meštrović:
“Broj bolesnika s covidom se povećava, danas ih je 67. No, nije to najveći problem, veći je taj što je među njima 20 osoba na respiratoru. Oni koji su teško bolesni i koji trebaju posebnu skrb, sve radimo, ali to je poseban izazov za ustanovu. Broj bolesnika se povećava i zato se moramo pripremiti. Imamo unaprijed razrađene planove gdje i kako seliti pojedine odjele, kako smještati sve pacijente.”
Hospitalizirani u prosjeku 13 godina mlađi
Ističe da brojke govore same za sebe:
“Broj bolesnika govori o tome kakav je ovaj soj virusa. Treba biti ozbiljan i uzeti u obzir da je od svih hospitaliziranih samo 5,5% cijepljeno, a od njih 38, koliko ih je bilo na respiratoru od 1. srpnja, samo ih je dvoje cijepljeno. To ne treba posebno statistički obrađivati, podaci su jasni i poruka je jasna.”
Također, dodaje da su bolesnici, koji su sad hospitalizirani, u prosjeku 13 godina mlađi od onih u prvom valu. “Još ih je puno s komorbiditetima, no broj pacijenata s komorbiditetima je manji nego ranije”, dodaje.
Na pitanje kakva su očekivanja za jesen, Meštrović za N1 kaže:
“Ako se nastavi ovako, jasno je što možemo očekivati i zato bolnicu pripremamo na sve scenarije. Dodatni je problem vrijeme, srpanj i kolovoz, kad je Split pun turista, kad je mnoštvo bolesnika u hitnim ambulantama i svima moramo podjednako pružiti skrb. Zato molim još jednom pacijente na razumijevanju. Broj pacijenata je velik, na hitnoj je više nego dvostruko veći u mirnim zimskim mjesecima, a mi velik broj sestara i drugih radnika moramo premjestiti u respiratorni centar.”

Broj novozaraženih koronavirusom u Hrvatskoj raste, a kako ističu stručnjaci, radi se o delta soju koji se širi brže i najviše među mlađom populacijom. Oni, ako i obole, uglavnom prolaze s blagim simptomima, no stručnjake i zdravstvene radnike zabrinjava onaj stariji dio populacije koji nije cijepljen i koji nakon kontakta s mlađima, može doći u probleme. A onda i zdravstveni sustav ponovno može doći u probleme.
Splitsko-dalmatinska županija prvi vrhu je županija u Hrvatskoj po broju novozaraženih što ne čudi s obzirom na činjenicu da su njome u posljednjih mjesec dana prošle stotine tisuća turista, donosi N1.
Situacija još nije zabrinjavajuća, no stručnjaci ističu da je treba shvatiti ozbiljno. Splitska se bolnica puni, a to se može promijeniti samo cijepljenjem građana što dokazuje i statistika.
“Epidemija je počela plamsati”
“Brojke u posljednje vrijeme rastu što ne čudi s obzirom na broj turista koji je došao u našu županiju, i ne samo turista nego domaćih koji žive u drugim zemljama”, rekla nam je Željka Karin, ravnateljica NZJZ-a Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, i dodala: “To još nije nagli skok, ali očekujemo još veći rast s obzirom na brzo širenje novog soja i s obzirom da pogađa mlađe dobne skupine koje se više druže i šire bolest u obitelji. Po novooboljelima sad su mlađe dobne skupine. Najveći broj osoba u bolnici, njih do 30%, u dobi je od 19 do 39 godina što je bolje nego starije dobne skupine jer oni imaju bolje prognoze. To su zdravije osobe, ali podaci nisu ohrabrujući, epidemija je počela plamsati.”
Ističe da su u bolnici uglavnom necijepljeni:
“Prošli tjedan smo imali do 150 osoba pozitivnih, to nije mali broj. Radimo puno testiranja, nekoliko tisuća testiranja dnevno. Sam udio i postotak novooboljelih je do 6 do 7%, ali po samim zahtjevima vidimo da brojke rastu.
To su uglavnom necijepljene osobe. Imamo pojedinačne slučajeve cijepljenih, ali oni imaju puno blažu simptomatologiju. Ovo je poziv svima za cijepljenje, krenuli smo i s cijepljenjem po Zagori, po manjim mjestima imamo organizirana cijepljenja da bude dostupno svima.”
Da stanje ne treba shvatiti olako, upozorava i ravnatelj KBC-a Split Julije Meštrović:
“Broj bolesnika s covidom se povećava, danas ih je 67. No, nije to najveći problem, veći je taj što je među njima 20 osoba na respiratoru. Oni koji su teško bolesni i koji trebaju posebnu skrb, sve radimo, ali to je poseban izazov za ustanovu. Broj bolesnika se povećava i zato se moramo pripremiti. Imamo unaprijed razrađene planove gdje i kako seliti pojedine odjele, kako smještati sve pacijente.”
Hospitalizirani u prosjeku 13 godina mlađi
Ističe da brojke govore same za sebe:
“Broj bolesnika govori o tome kakav je ovaj soj virusa. Treba biti ozbiljan i uzeti u obzir da je od svih hospitaliziranih samo 5,5% cijepljeno, a od njih 38, koliko ih je bilo na respiratoru od 1. srpnja, samo ih je dvoje cijepljeno. To ne treba posebno statistički obrađivati, podaci su jasni i poruka je jasna.”
Također, dodaje da su bolesnici, koji su sad hospitalizirani, u prosjeku 13 godina mlađi od onih u prvom valu. “Još ih je puno s komorbiditetima, no broj pacijenata s komorbiditetima je manji nego ranije”, dodaje.
Na pitanje kakva su očekivanja za jesen, Meštrović za N1 kaže:
“Ako se nastavi ovako, jasno je što možemo očekivati i zato bolnicu pripremamo na sve scenarije. Dodatni je problem vrijeme, srpanj i kolovoz, kad je Split pun turista, kad je mnoštvo bolesnika u hitnim ambulantama i svima moramo podjednako pružiti skrb. Zato molim još jednom pacijente na razumijevanju. Broj pacijenata je velik, na hitnoj je više nego dvostruko veći u mirnim zimskim mjesecima, a mi velik broj sestara i drugih radnika moramo premjestiti u respiratorni centar.”
