Jučer smo zaprimili prijavu oštećene osobe koju je telefonskim putem na engleskom jeziku kontaktirao nepoznati muškarac, predstavio se kao djelatnik tehnološke tvrtke i rekao joj je da je njezin kompjutor hakiran te će joj on pomoći da riješi problem. Od iste je zatražio da upiše podatke koje joj on kaže (kôd sastavljen od brojeva i slova) u tražilicu računala, što je oštećena učinila te nakon toga više nije mogla upravljati svojim kompjuterom.

Telefonski razgovor je nakon toga, također na engleskom jeziku, nastavila nepoznata ženska osoba koja je od oštećene tražila da u okvir koji joj se pojavio na ekranu računala upiše svoje osobne podatke, broj mobitela, broj bankovne kartice uključujući i rok valjanosti i CVV broj kartice, a sve radi uplate od 5 € kao naknade za uslugu eliminiranja hakerskih programa s računala. Nakon unosa tih podataka, oštećena je prema uputi pozivatelja, koristeći kameru na računalu, fotografirala sebe i svoju osobnu iskaznicu te potom na svoj mobilni uređaj instalirala aplikaciju koja omogućuje napadačima pristup mobitelu oštećene.

Priopćili su to iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, te naveli kako je rezultat cijelog procesa da su napadači dobili sve potrebne podatke o identitetu oštećene za registraciju na bilo kojoj internetskoj platformi, ali i podatke o bankovnoj kartici koja im omogućuje plaćanje usluga putem interneta. Osim toga, preuzimajući kontrolu nad računalom i mobilnim uređajem oštećene, napadači su preuzeli kontrolu i nad njezinim korisničkim računima, kao što su elektronička pošta i drugo.

- Bankovnom karticom oštećene napadači su izvršili transakcije u ukupnom iznosu od 872 € prije nego je kartica blokirana od strane banke - tvrde u PU SD.

U nastavku informiraju kako je Vishing (kombinacija riječi Voice i Phising) je telefonska prijevara u kojoj prevaranti pokušavaju navesti žrtvu da otkrije svoje osobne, financijske ili sigurnosne podatke ili da im uplate novčana sredstva. Počinitelji se predstavljaju  kao djelatnici tehničke podrške poznatih internetskih pružatelja usluga i upozoravaju žrtve da moraju iz sigurnosnih razloga instalirati određeni program na svoje računalo jer će u suprotnom izgubiti sve podatke. Nakon što žrtve to učine, ne znajući da su instalirale program koji omogućuje napadaču preuzimanje kontrole nad njihovim računalom, napadači upućuju žrtvu da otvore aplikaciju za internet bankarstvo ili izvrše skromnu transakciju kao naknadu za pruženu uslugu. Ukoliko žrtve to učine, počinitelj, budući da je već ostvario kontrolu nad računalom, pribavlja sve podatke koje žrtva unosi u internet bankarstvo i koristi ih za zadavanje naloga za isplatu s računa.

Evo i što policija savjetuje građanima da učine u ovakvim situacijama:

- Budite oprezni kada primite neočekivani telefonski poziv,

- Uzmite broj pozivatelja i recite da ćete ih povratno nazvati,

- Potražite telefonski broj organizacije i izravno ih kontaktirajte,

- Ako sumnjate da je vaše računalo zaraženo zlonamjernim programima, potražite pomoć ovlaštenog servisera ili stručne osobe

- Prevaranti mogu pronaći vaše osobne podatke online (npr. preko društvenih mreža), nemojte pretpostaviti da je pozivatelj legitiman samo zato što ima takve pojedinosti,

- Nemojte dijeliti kartični PIN ili lozinku za online bankarstvo. Vaša banka to nikada neće tražiti

- Ako mislite da se radi o lažnom pozivu, prijavite policiji i vašoj banci

 

Kako bi smanjili broj kaznenih dijela Računalnih prijevara, Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska provodi projekt naziva „SafetyNet-Bitka za sigurnost“  jer žele da 2023.godina bude godina sigurnijeg interneta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Jedan od ciljeva ovog preventivnog projekta je osvijestiti građane o realnoj opasnosti i izloženosti kaznenim djelima iz domene računalnog kriminaliteta.

Jučer smo zaprimili prijavu oštećene osobe koju je telefonskim putem na engleskom jeziku kontaktirao nepoznati muškarac, predstavio se kao djelatnik tehnološke tvrtke i rekao joj je da je njezin kompjutor hakiran te će joj on pomoći da riješi problem. Od iste je zatražio da upiše podatke koje joj on kaže (kôd sastavljen od brojeva i slova) u tražilicu računala, što je oštećena učinila te nakon toga više nije mogla upravljati svojim kompjuterom.

Telefonski razgovor je nakon toga, također na engleskom jeziku, nastavila nepoznata ženska osoba koja je od oštećene tražila da u okvir koji joj se pojavio na ekranu računala upiše svoje osobne podatke, broj mobitela, broj bankovne kartice uključujući i rok valjanosti i CVV broj kartice, a sve radi uplate od 5 € kao naknade za uslugu eliminiranja hakerskih programa s računala. Nakon unosa tih podataka, oštećena je prema uputi pozivatelja, koristeći kameru na računalu, fotografirala sebe i svoju osobnu iskaznicu te potom na svoj mobilni uređaj instalirala aplikaciju koja omogućuje napadačima pristup mobitelu oštećene.

Priopćili su to iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske, te naveli kako je rezultat cijelog procesa da su napadači dobili sve potrebne podatke o identitetu oštećene za registraciju na bilo kojoj internetskoj platformi, ali i podatke o bankovnoj kartici koja im omogućuje plaćanje usluga putem interneta. Osim toga, preuzimajući kontrolu nad računalom i mobilnim uređajem oštećene, napadači su preuzeli kontrolu i nad njezinim korisničkim računima, kao što su elektronička pošta i drugo.

- Bankovnom karticom oštećene napadači su izvršili transakcije u ukupnom iznosu od 872 € prije nego je kartica blokirana od strane banke - tvrde u PU SD.

U nastavku informiraju kako je Vishing (kombinacija riječi Voice i Phising) je telefonska prijevara u kojoj prevaranti pokušavaju navesti žrtvu da otkrije svoje osobne, financijske ili sigurnosne podatke ili da im uplate novčana sredstva. Počinitelji se predstavljaju  kao djelatnici tehničke podrške poznatih internetskih pružatelja usluga i upozoravaju žrtve da moraju iz sigurnosnih razloga instalirati određeni program na svoje računalo jer će u suprotnom izgubiti sve podatke. Nakon što žrtve to učine, ne znajući da su instalirale program koji omogućuje napadaču preuzimanje kontrole nad njihovim računalom, napadači upućuju žrtvu da otvore aplikaciju za internet bankarstvo ili izvrše skromnu transakciju kao naknadu za pruženu uslugu. Ukoliko žrtve to učine, počinitelj, budući da je već ostvario kontrolu nad računalom, pribavlja sve podatke koje žrtva unosi u internet bankarstvo i koristi ih za zadavanje naloga za isplatu s računa.

Evo i što policija savjetuje građanima da učine u ovakvim situacijama:

- Budite oprezni kada primite neočekivani telefonski poziv,

- Uzmite broj pozivatelja i recite da ćete ih povratno nazvati,

- Potražite telefonski broj organizacije i izravno ih kontaktirajte,

- Ako sumnjate da je vaše računalo zaraženo zlonamjernim programima, potražite pomoć ovlaštenog servisera ili stručne osobe

- Prevaranti mogu pronaći vaše osobne podatke online (npr. preko društvenih mreža), nemojte pretpostaviti da je pozivatelj legitiman samo zato što ima takve pojedinosti,

- Nemojte dijeliti kartični PIN ili lozinku za online bankarstvo. Vaša banka to nikada neće tražiti

- Ako mislite da se radi o lažnom pozivu, prijavite policiji i vašoj banci

 

Kako bi smanjili broj kaznenih dijela Računalnih prijevara, Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska provodi projekt naziva „SafetyNet-Bitka za sigurnost“  jer žele da 2023.godina bude godina sigurnijeg interneta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Jedan od ciljeva ovog preventivnog projekta je osvijestiti građane o realnoj opasnosti i izloženosti kaznenim djelima iz domene računalnog kriminaliteta.

Splićanki popalilo 872 eura: prevarantima poslala fotografiju, a oni preuzeli kontrolu nad njenim računalom i mobitelom

Jučer smo zaprimili prijavu oštećene osobe koju je telefonskim putem na engleskom jeziku kontaktirao nepoznati muškarac, predstavio se kao djelatnik tehnološke tvrtke i rekao joj je da je njezin kompjutor hakiran te će joj on pomoći da riješi problem. Od iste je zatražio da upiše podatke koje joj on kaže (kôd sastavljen od brojeva i slova) u tražilicu računala, što je oštećena učinila te nakon toga više nije mogla upravljati svojim kompjuterom.

Telefonski razgovor je nakon toga, također na engleskom jeziku, nastavila nepoznata ženska osoba koja je od oštećene tražila da u okvir koji joj se pojavio na ekranu računala upiše svoje osobne podatke, broj mobitela, broj bankovne kartice uključujući i rok valjanosti i CVV broj kartice, a sve radi uplate od 5 € kao...
