Ovogodišnje dobitnice stipendije Nacionalnog programa stipendiranja L‘Oréal-UNESCO "Za žene u znanosti" su Ines Haberle i Andrea Hloušek-Kasun sa Instituta Ruđer Bošković u Zagrebu, Antonija Mravak sa Prirodoslovno-matematičkog fakulteta u Splitu i Ivana Sopek Merkaš iz Specijalne bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Krapinske Toplice.

L‘Oréal Adria i Hrvatsko povjerenstvo za UNESCO pri Ministarstvu kulture i medija pod pokroviteljstvom Hrvatske akademije znanosti i umjetnosti 17. godinu zaredom nagradili su četiri mlade znanstvenice iz područja prirodnih znanosti, uključujući i interdisciplinarna područja, pojedinačnim stipendijama u vrijednosti od 5.000 eura.

- Impresioniran sam time što postoje vrijedne, savjesne, darovite mlade osobe koje strpljivo i samozatajno rade, što nas čini optimističnima u vezi razvoja društva u budućnosti. Danas smo naime svjedoci da u mnogim područjima pada kriterij stručne razine i profesionalne odgovornosti, a ove mlade znanstvenice to demantiraju.

- Ove stipendije značajno utječu na promjenu stereotipa i rušenje tradicionalnih predrasuda o ženskim sklonostima za neka zanimanja, a nagrađene su važne kao uzor, poticaj i poruka u društvu. One potiču mlade žene da se počnu baviti znanošću u današnje vrijeme estrade i spektakla kad znanstveni samozatajni rad nije popularan među mladima.

- Nadamo se da će ova stipendija biti poticaj mnogim mladim djevojkama da upišu fakultete prirodnih znanosti te da se nastave baviti znanošću. Nedvojbeno je da znanost treba žene - istaknuo je akademik Zvonko Kusić, predsjednik Izbornog povjerenstva Programa.

Izborno povjerenstvo predvođeno upravo akademikom Zvonkom Kusićem i cijenjenim članovima hrvatske akademske zajednice akademkinjom Vidom Demarin, akademikom Krešimirom Nemecom, akademikom Vladimirom Paarom, prof. dr. sc. Helenom Jasnom Mencer, prof. dr. sc. Đurđicom Ugarković, dr. sc. Katicom Biljaković, prof. dr. sc. Maricom Ivanković, prof. dr. sc. Leandrom Vranješ Markić i izv. prof. dr. sc. Zrinkom Ljubešić, koja je i sama bila dobitnica ove prestižne stipendije, odabralo je nagrađene stipendistice među 67 pristiglih prijava.

- Stipendije koje smo danas dodijelili predstavljaju nagradu za postignuća i doprinose ovih mladih žena u stvaranju društva znanja. Osim za vrhunski znanstveni doprinos, nagrađene su za svoje dugotrajno odricanje, upornost, zalaganje i nepresušni poriv za napretkom,“ naglasila je prilikom dodjele stipendija Irena Šarić Dombaj, članica Uprave i direktorica korporativnih komunikacija L’Oréal Adria Balkan.

Jedna od četiri ovogodišnje stipendistice, Ines Haberle, M.Sc. ovom prilikom je poručila:

- Kao mladoj znanstvenici na početku znanstvene karijere, postati stipendistica programa "Za žene u znanosti" za mene ima višestruki značaj. Kao prvo, ona predstavlja priznanje dosadašnjeg truda, vremena i odricanja uloženih u provođenje istraživanja kao i pisanje same disertacije.

- Ona je istovremeno i priznanje svima koji su bez zadrške podupirali moje odluke i doprinijeli ovome gdje se nalazim sada – mojoj obitelji, kolegama i prijateljima. S obzirom na tematiku kojom se bavim, a kojoj je osnovna svrha doprinijeti održivom razvoju i očuvanju našeg okoliša, ova stipendija je ujedno i prepoznavanje važnosti ovakvih doprinosa našem društvu, te snažan poticaj za daljnji napredak.

- Naposljetku, postati alumni ovog programa iznimna je čast kojom dobivam mogućnost, ali i odgovornost podijeliti svoje znanje i iskustva, te prikazati svoj put i tako potaknuti sve buduće mlade znanstvenice da one ostvare svoj. “

Kroz Nacionalni program stipendiranja L‘Oréal – UNESCO "Za žene u znanosti" od 2006. godine do sada je nagrađeno 66 hrvatskih znanstvenice u završnoj fazi izrade doktorske disertacije. Program predstavlja priznanje mladim znanstvenicama za njihov predani trud i rad, a ujedno ih ohrabruje i potiče na dna daljnja istraživanja i znanstvena usavršavanja. Ovo dugotrajno partnerstvo između multinacionalne korporacije kao što je L’Oréal i organizacije Ujedinjenih naroda iz godine u godinu okuplja sve veći broj izvanrednih mladih znanstvenica jer svijet treba znanost, a znanost treba žene.

Ovogodišnje dobitnice stipendije Nacionalnog programa stipendiranja L‘Oréal-UNESCO "Za žene u znanosti" su Ines Haberle i Andrea Hloušek-Kasun sa Instituta Ruđer Bošković u Zagrebu, Antonija Mravak sa Prirodoslovno-matematičkog fakulteta u Splitu i Ivana Sopek Merkaš iz Specijalne bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Krapinske Toplice.

L‘Oréal Adria i Hrvatsko povjerenstvo za UNESCO pri Ministarstvu kulture i medija pod pokroviteljstvom Hrvatske akademije znanosti i umjetnosti 17. godinu zaredom nagradili su četiri mlade znanstvenice iz područja prirodnih znanosti, uključujući i interdisciplinarna područja, pojedinačnim stipendijama u vrijednosti od 5.000 eura.

- Impresioniran sam time što postoje vrijedne, savjesne, darovite mlade osobe koje strpljivo i samozatajno rade, što nas čini optimističnima u vezi razvoja društva u budućnosti. Danas smo naime svjedoci da u mnogim područjima pada kriterij stručne razine i profesionalne odgovornosti, a ove mlade znanstvenice to demantiraju.

- Ove stipendije značajno utječu na promjenu stereotipa i rušenje tradicionalnih predrasuda o ženskim sklonostima za neka zanimanja, a nagrađene su važne kao uzor, poticaj i poruka u društvu. One potiču mlade žene da se počnu baviti znanošću u današnje vrijeme estrade i spektakla kad znanstveni samozatajni rad nije popularan među mladima.

- Nadamo se da će ova stipendija biti poticaj mnogim mladim djevojkama da upišu fakultete prirodnih znanosti te da se nastave baviti znanošću. Nedvojbeno je da znanost treba žene - istaknuo je akademik Zvonko Kusić, predsjednik Izbornog povjerenstva Programa.

Izborno povjerenstvo predvođeno upravo akademikom Zvonkom Kusićem i cijenjenim članovima hrvatske akademske zajednice akademkinjom Vidom Demarin, akademikom Krešimirom Nemecom, akademikom Vladimirom Paarom, prof. dr. sc. Helenom Jasnom Mencer, prof. dr. sc. Đurđicom Ugarković, dr. sc. Katicom Biljaković, prof. dr. sc. Maricom Ivanković, prof. dr. sc. Leandrom Vranješ Markić i izv. prof. dr. sc. Zrinkom Ljubešić, koja je i sama bila dobitnica ove prestižne stipendije, odabralo je nagrađene stipendistice među 67 pristiglih prijava.

- Stipendije koje smo danas dodijelili predstavljaju nagradu za postignuća i doprinose ovih mladih žena u stvaranju društva znanja. Osim za vrhunski znanstveni doprinos, nagrađene su za svoje dugotrajno odricanje, upornost, zalaganje i nepresušni poriv za napretkom,“ naglasila je prilikom dodjele stipendija Irena Šarić Dombaj, članica Uprave i direktorica korporativnih komunikacija L’Oréal Adria Balkan.

Jedna od četiri ovogodišnje stipendistice, Ines Haberle, M.Sc. ovom prilikom je poručila:

- Kao mladoj znanstvenici na početku znanstvene karijere, postati stipendistica programa "Za žene u znanosti" za mene ima višestruki značaj. Kao prvo, ona predstavlja priznanje dosadašnjeg truda, vremena i odricanja uloženih u provođenje istraživanja kao i pisanje same disertacije.

- Ona je istovremeno i priznanje svima koji su bez zadrške podupirali moje odluke i doprinijeli ovome gdje se nalazim sada – mojoj obitelji, kolegama i prijateljima. S obzirom na tematiku kojom se bavim, a kojoj je osnovna svrha doprinijeti održivom razvoju i očuvanju našeg okoliša, ova stipendija je ujedno i prepoznavanje važnosti ovakvih doprinosa našem društvu, te snažan poticaj za daljnji napredak.

- Naposljetku, postati alumni ovog programa iznimna je čast kojom dobivam mogućnost, ali i odgovornost podijeliti svoje znanje i iskustva, te prikazati svoj put i tako potaknuti sve buduće mlade znanstvenice da one ostvare svoj. “

Kroz Nacionalni program stipendiranja L‘Oréal – UNESCO "Za žene u znanosti" od 2006. godine do sada je nagrađeno 66 hrvatskih znanstvenice u završnoj fazi izrade doktorske disertacije. Program predstavlja priznanje mladim znanstvenicama za njihov predani trud i rad, a ujedno ih ohrabruje i potiče na dna daljnja istraživanja i znanstvena usavršavanja. Ovo dugotrajno partnerstvo između multinacionalne korporacije kao što je L’Oréal i organizacije Ujedinjenih naroda iz godine u godinu okuplja sve veći broj izvanrednih mladih znanstvenica jer svijet treba znanost, a znanost treba žene.
