"Od 2013. do 2023. iz KBC-a Split je, uglavnom sporazumnim raskidom Ugovora o radu, otišlo 56 specijalista i 17 specijalizanata. U istom tom razdoblju u KBC-u Split je zaposleno 95 specijalista i 475 specijalizanata. Prema našim saznanjima samo dva liječnika specijalista koji su sporazumno prekinuli radni odnos s KBC-om Split nastavilo je svoj rad u inozemstvu", uzvratili su nam iz splitske bolnice na nekolicinu upita o kadrovskoj situaciji u najvećem bolničkom centru u Dalmaciji, koji zapošljava više od 4000 djelatnika.

Riječ je o središnjoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi Splitsko-dalmatinske županije i cijelog južnog područja Hrvatske, opterećenoj cijelim nizom problema, čemu svakodnevno svjedoče brojni pacijenti koji koriste njezine usluge.

Nikako do odgovora

Mjesec dana čekali smo šturi odgovor ne dobivši detaljnije podatke poput, primjerice, onog kojih su godina (kroz proteklo desetljeće) liječnici najviše odlazili iz KBC-a Split, kao ni o kojim je specijalistima riječ? Koji su odjeli pretrpjeli najveće kadrovske gubitke? Koliko je nekadašnjih bolničkih liječnika završilo u privatnoj praksi? Nastavlja li se trend odlazaka? Je li se se pojačao? Sva su ta pitanja, upućena nadležnima posredstvom glasnogovornice, ostala bez odgovora.

Prije godinu dana u KBC-u Split provedena je anketa među zaposlenicima o njihovu zadovoljstvu na radnom mjestu. Rezultati su, priča se po bolničkim hodnicima, navodno bili poražavajući, ali ih nitko službeno nije predočio djelatnicima, pa se moglo samo nagađati.

"Odjel za osiguranje i unapređenje kvalitete zdravstvene zaštite KBC-a Split proveo je anketu o zadovoljstvu djelatnika radnim uvjetima, organizacijom rada i kulturom komunikacije koju je ispunilo tek 31 posto naših djelatnika. Od navedenog broja odgovora za istaknuti je da se više od 80 posto ispitanih izjasnilo da su zadovoljni svojim poslom, a 55 posto smatra da uvjeti rada mogu biti bolji što je dodatni motiv za unapređenje kvalitete rada naše bolnice, na čemu ustrajno radimo", poručuju iz bolnice.

Odaziv niti trećine anketiranih jasno ukazuje na rezignaciju među djelatnicima KBC-a Split, koji očito ne vide izlaz iz gomile neriješenih problema unutar javnog zdravstvenog sustava. Pa zato radije dižu ruke od svega i odlaze.

Ne ide se u inozemstvo

- Tužno je za gledati koje su sve kvalitetne sestre otišle iz bolnice. Gdje odlaze?! Gdje im je bolje. U privatnika. Ne idu toliko vani, nije to neki trend... - govori nam Iris Marin Prižmić, predsjednica podružnice Hrvatskog strukovnog sindikata medicinskih sestara - medicinskih tehničara, ujedno i članica Upravnog vijeća KBC-a Split. 

- Vlada trend nezadovoljstva, puno je stavki koje bi trebalo zadovoljiti kako bi sestre ostale raditi u bolnici. KBC-u Split nedostaje oko 500-600 medicinskih sestara. Puno ih trenutno ide u mirovinu, još će ih puno otići, a kako smo jedno vrijeme imali prazan hod i zabranu zapošljavanja sada imamo problem - objašnjava, dodajući kako joj se čini da se u posljednje vrijeme pojačao trend odlazaka medicinskih sestara iz splitske bolnice. Pogotovo u zadnjih pola godine.

- Odlaze raditi u privatnu praksu. Problem je što nas nema i onda mi, koje smo ostale, radimo za, ne znam, pet sestara. Nemamo snage. Primjerice, na poslu smo nas dvije i pokrivamo pet radnih mjesta. U slučaju kolegica koje su odlučile otići raditi kod privatnika nije toliko bio presudan ni iznos plaće. Možda im kod njih jest malo veća, ali je mirniji posao, radi se mahom jutarnja smjena, ne rade se vikendi i praznici, ne slome se toliko... Mislim da je to ključno. Znatno je manji pritisak - kaže magistra sestrinstva Iris Marin Prižmić, koja na svom radnom mjestu glavne sestre na odjelu može ostvariti maksimalan mjesečni prihod do 9000 kuna i to zato što, s obzirom da je viša sestra ima, primjerice, i položajni dodatak. Radi samo jutra, za razliku od medicinske sestre koja radi u smjeni na bolničkom odjelu.

Jadna plaća

- Prosječna plaća takve medicinske sestre može iznositi otprilike do 8000 kn. Sa svime. Putnim troškovima, radnim vikendima, praznicima, noćnim dežurstvima... A da ne radi noćne smjene imala bi nekakvu jadnu plaću, do 7000 kuna - navodi Marin Prižmić otvoreno izražavajući bojazan što će tek biti u bliskoj budućnosti.

- Bojim se da ćemo u bolnici ostati bez sestara. Nove slabo pristižu. Sad će završiti škola, vidjet ćemo koliko će nam djevojaka doći iz srednje.

"Od 2013. do 2023. iz KBC-a Split je, uglavnom sporazumnim raskidom Ugovora o radu, otišlo 56 specijalista i 17 specijalizanata. U istom tom razdoblju u KBC-u Split je zaposleno 95 specijalista i 475 specijalizanata. Prema našim saznanjima samo dva liječnika specijalista koji su sporazumno prekinuli radni odnos s KBC-om Split nastavilo je svoj rad u inozemstvu", uzvratili su nam iz splitske bolnice na nekolicinu upita o kadrovskoj situaciji u najvećem bolničkom centru u Dalmaciji, koji zapošljava više od 4000 djelatnika.

Riječ je o središnjoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi Splitsko-dalmatinske županije i cijelog južnog područja Hrvatske, opterećenoj cijelim nizom problema, čemu svakodnevno svjedoče brojni pacijenti koji koriste njezine usluge.

Nikako do odgovora

Mjesec dana čekali smo šturi odgovor ne dobivši detaljnije podatke poput, primjerice, onog kojih su godina (kroz proteklo desetljeće) liječnici najviše odlazili iz KBC-a Split, kao ni o kojim je specijalistima riječ? Koji su odjeli pretrpjeli najveće kadrovske gubitke? Koliko je nekadašnjih bolničkih liječnika završilo u privatnoj praksi? Nastavlja li se trend odlazaka? Je li se se pojačao? Sva su ta pitanja, upućena nadležnima posredstvom glasnogovornice, ostala bez odgovora.

Prije godinu dana u KBC-u Split provedena je anketa među zaposlenicima o njihovu zadovoljstvu na radnom mjestu. Rezultati su, priča se po bolničkim hodnicima, navodno bili poražavajući, ali ih nitko službeno nije predočio djelatnicima, pa se moglo samo nagađati.

"Odjel za osiguranje i unapređenje kvalitete zdravstvene zaštite KBC-a Split proveo je anketu o zadovoljstvu djelatnika radnim uvjetima, organizacijom rada i kulturom komunikacije koju je ispunilo tek 31 posto naših djelatnika. Od navedenog broja odgovora za istaknuti je da se više od 80 posto ispitanih izjasnilo da su zadovoljni svojim poslom, a 55 posto smatra da uvjeti rada mogu biti bolji što je dodatni motiv za unapređenje kvalitete rada naše bolnice, na čemu ustrajno radimo", poručuju iz bolnice.

Odaziv niti trećine anketiranih jasno ukazuje na rezignaciju među djelatnicima KBC-a Split, koji očito ne vide izlaz iz gomile neriješenih problema unutar javnog zdravstvenog sustava. Pa zato radije dižu ruke od svega i odlaze.

Ne ide se u inozemstvo

- Tužno je za gledati koje su sve kvalitetne sestre otišle iz bolnice. Gdje odlaze?! Gdje im je bolje. U privatnika. Ne idu toliko vani, nije to neki trend... - govori nam Iris Marin Prižmić, predsjednica podružnice Hrvatskog strukovnog sindikata medicinskih sestara - medicinskih tehničara, ujedno i članica Upravnog vijeća KBC-a Split. 

- Vlada trend nezadovoljstva, puno je stavki koje bi trebalo zadovoljiti kako bi sestre ostale raditi u bolnici. KBC-u Split nedostaje oko 500-600 medicinskih sestara. Puno ih trenutno ide u mirovinu, još će ih puno otići, a kako smo jedno vrijeme imali prazan hod i zabranu zapošljavanja sada imamo problem - objašnjava, dodajući kako joj se čini da se u posljednje vrijeme pojačao trend odlazaka medicinskih sestara iz splitske bolnice. Pogotovo u zadnjih pola godine.

- Odlaze raditi u privatnu praksu. Problem je što nas nema i onda mi, koje smo ostale, radimo za, ne znam, pet sestara. Nemamo snage. Primjerice, na poslu smo nas dvije i pokrivamo pet radnih mjesta. U slučaju kolegica koje su odlučile otići raditi kod privatnika nije toliko bio presudan ni iznos plaće. Možda im kod njih jest malo veća, ali je mirniji posao, radi se mahom jutarnja smjena, ne rade se vikendi i praznici, ne slome se toliko... Mislim da je to ključno. Znatno je manji pritisak - kaže magistra sestrinstva Iris Marin Prižmić, koja na svom radnom mjestu glavne sestre na odjelu može ostvariti maksimalan mjesečni prihod do 9000 kuna i to zato što, s obzirom da je viša sestra ima, primjerice, i položajni dodatak. Radi samo jutra, za razliku od medicinske sestre koja radi u smjeni na bolničkom odjelu.

Jadna plaća

- Prosječna plaća takve medicinske sestre može iznositi otprilike do 8000 kn. Sa svime. Putnim troškovima, radnim vikendima, praznicima, noćnim dežurstvima... A da ne radi noćne smjene imala bi nekakvu jadnu plaću, do 7000 kuna - navodi Marin Prižmić otvoreno izražavajući bojazan što će tek biti u bliskoj budućnosti.

- Bojim se da ćemo u bolnici ostati bez sestara. Nove slabo pristižu. Sad će završiti škola, vidjet ćemo koliko će nam djevojaka doći iz srednje.
