Ne prestaje interes javnosti za splitskim četvorkama koje su rođene u Klinici za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split.

Da se zaista radi o rijetkom slučaju u Hrvatskoj, ali i u svjetskim okvirima, još jednom je jučer novinarima pojasnio prof. dr. sc. Marko Mimica, predstojnik Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode.

- Računa se da se blizanci rađaju 10 na kvadrat, odnosno na sto slučajeva, u odnosu na jednoplodne trudnoće, da se trojke događaju jedan na kub, to znači na svakih 1000 jednoplodnih trudnoća, a četveroplodne da se događaju u jedan na 10 tisuća slučajeva. E, sada, naravno događaju se te trudnoće možda i češće nego mi znamo, ali djeca ne prežive, trudnoća se ne održi u vrlo ranoj fazi. Ova naša "splitska" situacija je takva da smo ih mi doveli do toga da oni mogu preživjeti - rekao je dr. Mimica.

Očigledno je u rodilištu s pomnjom praćena trudnoća, a i briga splitskih ginekologa i medicinskih sestara odigrala je veliku ulogu u tome da se četvorke rode, da se dobro osjećaju i oni i njihova majka.

Rizik za zdravlje

- Četvorke su uistinu rijetke trudnoće i mi svako desetak godina imamo takvu jednu trudnoću. Čim se radi o četvorkama, radi se o posebnom slučaju, jer mi kao vrsta nismo predviđeni da rađamo četiri djeteta, pa su takve trudnoće rizične i moraju se posebno nadgledati, naravno uza sve ono što danas moderna medicina pruža. Dok nije bilo moderne medicine, kod ovakve trudnoće ne bi bilo šanse da djeca prežive, odnosno da sve završi sretno - kazao je dr. Mimica.

Radilo se o vrlo rizičnoj trudnoći.

- Svi ishodi su u njoj bili mogući, naravno i pobačaji i prerani porođaji, tako da neke stvari u ovakvim trudnoćama možemo i predvidjeti, ali neke ne. Dakle, kao što već znate, radilo se o četverojajčanoj trudnoći, svako dijete je imalo svoju posteljicu, što je i najbolja varijanta za djecu, bolja nego kada dijele posteljicu. Djeca su pri porodu bila težine između 1400 i 1500 grama i naši neonatolozi i pedijatri vode o njima brigu i imaju najbolju moguću skrb koja je potrebna u takvim slučajevima - kazao je dr. Mimica.

Naravno, djeca su ranije rođena i radi se o rizičnoj djeci.

- Za sada se oni ponašaju dobro i nemaju nekakvih većih komplikacija. Rođeni su u 31. tjednu trudnoće. Porođaj je bio planiran, nije bio slučajan, odnosno bio je planiran carski rez i kako je trudnoća išla, kako smo je pratili, isplanirali smo da je ovo najbolje vrijeme za porođaj. Mama se osjeća dobro, ona je još u intenzivnoj njezi, budna, nasmijana, vesela, a djeca su podjednaka po veličini i po kilaži - rekao je dr. Mimica.

Istaknuo je da će djeca još relativno dugo ostati u rodilištu jer moraju dosegnuti određenu težinu i zrelost.

- Potrajat će to još neko vrijeme, ali ipak je najvažnije da su djeca dobro - zaključio je prof. dr. sc. Marko Mimica.

Ne prestaje interes javnosti za splitskim četvorkama koje su rođene u Klinici za ženske bolesti i porode KBC-a Split.

Da se zaista radi o rijetkom slučaju u Hrvatskoj, ali i u svjetskim okvirima, još jednom je jučer novinarima pojasnio prof. dr. sc. Marko Mimica, predstojnik Klinike za ženske bolesti i porode.

- Računa se da se blizanci rađaju 10 na kvadrat, odnosno na sto slučajeva, u odnosu na jednoplodne trudnoće, da se trojke događaju jedan na kub, to znači na svakih 1000 jednoplodnih trudnoća, a četveroplodne da se događaju u jedan na 10 tisuća slučajeva. E, sada, naravno događaju se te trudnoće možda i češće nego mi znamo, ali djeca ne prežive, trudnoća se ne održi u vrlo ranoj fazi. Ova naša "splitska" situacija je takva da smo ih mi doveli do toga da oni mogu preživjeti - rekao je dr. Mimica.

Očigledno je u rodilištu s pomnjom praćena trudnoća, a i briga splitskih ginekologa i medicinskih sestara odigrala je veliku ulogu u tome da se četvorke rode, da se dobro osjećaju i oni i njihova majka.

Rizik za zdravlje

- Četvorke su uistinu rijetke trudnoće i mi svako desetak godina imamo takvu jednu trudnoću. Čim se radi o četvorkama, radi se o posebnom slučaju, jer mi kao vrsta nismo predviđeni da rađamo četiri djeteta, pa su takve trudnoće rizične i moraju se posebno nadgledati, naravno uza sve ono što danas moderna medicina pruža. Dok nije bilo moderne medicine, kod ovakve trudnoće ne bi bilo šanse da djeca prežive, odnosno da sve završi sretno - kazao je dr. Mimica.

Radilo se o vrlo rizičnoj trudnoći.

- Svi ishodi su u njoj bili mogući, naravno i pobačaji i prerani porođaji, tako da neke stvari u ovakvim trudnoćama možemo i predvidjeti, ali neke ne. Dakle, kao što već znate, radilo se o četverojajčanoj trudnoći, svako dijete je imalo svoju posteljicu, što je i najbolja varijanta za djecu, bolja nego kada dijele posteljicu. Djeca su pri porodu bila težine između 1400 i 1500 grama i naši neonatolozi i pedijatri vode o njima brigu i imaju najbolju moguću skrb koja je potrebna u takvim slučajevima - kazao je dr. Mimica.

Naravno, djeca su ranije rođena i radi se o rizičnoj djeci.

- Za sada se oni ponašaju dobro i nemaju nekakvih većih komplikacija. Rođeni su u 31. tjednu trudnoće. Porođaj je bio planiran, nije bio slučajan, odnosno bio je planiran carski rez i kako je trudnoća išla, kako smo je pratili, isplanirali smo da je ovo najbolje vrijeme za porođaj. Mama se osjeća dobro, ona je još u intenzivnoj njezi, budna, nasmijana, vesela, a djeca su podjednaka po veličini i po kilaži - rekao je dr. Mimica.

Istaknuo je da će djeca još relativno dugo ostati u rodilištu jer moraju dosegnuti određenu težinu i zrelost.

- Potrajat će to još neko vrijeme, ali ipak je najvažnije da su djeca dobro - zaključio je prof. dr. sc. Marko Mimica.
