Dok se na moru iz dana u dan bilježi sve veći broj pomorskih nesreća, od kojih su neke imale i tragične posljedice, Vicko Ozretić, predsjednik Sekcije skipera odlučio je pozabaviti se drugim "bitnim" temama koje su izazvale burnu raspravu među skiperima. Ozretić je, naime, najavio kako će zbog zloupotreba isplate naknade za hranu doći do izmjena koje na snagu stupaju već ovaj tjedan.

- Kolege skiperi, hostese i posade. Odlučili smo se za izmjene ugovora klijent - skiper oko iznosa i načina isplate naknade za hranu - piše Vicko Ozretić, predsjednik Sekcije skipera, u Facebook grupi Udruge hrvatskih skipera i članova posada jahti.

Skiperi u charterima uglavnom voze tjedne ture od subote do petka, a uvijek aktualni problem je hrana za njih. Uz dnevnicu koja u prosjeku iznosi 200 eura dan te još dodatnih 40 eura dnevno za večeru dok su na turi. Skiperi mogu večerati s njima ili otići sami na večeru, a u tom slučaju, gosti su im dužni osigurati im novac. S inflacijom u punom jeku cijene diljem Hrvatske već neko vrijeme rastu, a to je u ljetnim mjesecima osobito izraženo na cjeniku restorana na otocima, odnosno na radnom mjestu skipera - piše Ozretić

Naime, piše u nastavku, došlo je do zlouporabe od strane dijela kolega koji bi tražili isplatu za potencijalnih šest večera, a zatim bi taj novac neopravdano trpali u džep jedući burek i paštete. Iz tog razloga im je smanjen budžet za hranu.

Dosta vam je 40 eura

- Za početak utvrdili smo da je maksimalnih 30 € dovoljno za jednu prosječnu večeru. Prethodno je stavljeno 40 € zbog cijena na nekim mjestima, a sve u dobroj vjeri, koja je sada narušena. Druga stvar je da taj potencijalni iznos ubuduće treba dogovoriti prije s čarterom i klijentom. I treća stvar je da gostu treba predočiti račun. Ove izmjene stupaju na snagu odmah, odnosno od ovog tjedna - poručio je predsjenik Sekcije skipera te uputio isprike čarterima koji su zbog neodgovornih pojedinaca trpili kritike gostiju.

- Svjesni smo propusta koji ovako želimo ispraviti. Kolege pozivamo da se odgovorno ponašaju te da ugovori koji nisu obostrano potpisani mogu poslužiti samo kao nekakav okvir ili smjernica, nikako pravilo.

Skiperi su se pobunili protiv ove odluke uz jasne argumente:

- Ja se ne bih složio s ovim. Ako je naknada za hranu dogovorena 40 eura po danu i isplaćena skiperu, njegova je stvar kako će se hraniti. Nekome je novac potreban i jest će sendvič iz samoposluge da uštedi, a netko će na večeru potrošiti i 50 eura. Mislim da dnevnica od 30 eura nije dovoljna. Otprilike toliko je i službena dnevnica, a naše iskustvo je da ako se na putu držimo službene dnevnice, ostajemo gladni. Naknada za hranu (dnevnica) je neoporeziva stavka i nije nužno pravdati je računom - napisao je S. B.

Psihičko zdravlje

M. K. je također na strani onih koji zagovaraju viši iznos za hranu.

- Cijene su skočile u nebesa, moje mišljenje je da je 40 eura O.K. cifra. Naravno da se na pojedinim mjestima možeš najesti i za 30, ali puno je mjesta na kojima ćeš potrošiti i 50. To je na neki način i džeparac jer idemo po skupim mjestima i za psihičko zdravlje skipera i hostesa dobro je da se barem navečer maknu s brodova, naprave svojevrsni reset, a nije očekivati da baš svaku večer sjede na nekoj stijeni i gledaju u horizont ne trošeći ništa.

Osim toga, često ispadne skuplje po glavi kad se ide s gostima na večere, tako da meni se čini da tu ne treba ništa posebno mijenjati osim poboljšati komunikaciju s gostima, počevši od čartera, eventualno im ostaviti na volju hoće li davat taj iznos ili će platiti cifru na računu (u slučaju nepostojanja APE) - objasnila je.

- To je neka dnevnica koju u pravilu ljudi troše na hranu i piće, njihova je stvar hoće li je potrošiti i na što ako već imaju pravo na nju. Ako su potrošili 10 eura, trebaju vratiti 30 eura? A što ako su odlučili pojesti ručak i večeru vani jer na brodu nema hrane ili od posla ne stignu sebi nešto spremiti te na kraju to košta 80 eura, dobiju li dodatnih 40 eura? Prestanite se baviti glupostima i raspravama upadati u zamke s gostima, radije složite bolji ugovor po kojem je tih 40 eura fiksna dnevnica i uklonite prostor za pritužbe - M.L. istaknuo je i neke nejasnoće vezane za novi ugovor.

Dok se na moru iz dana u dan bilježi sve veći broj pomorskih nesreća, od kojih su neke imale i tragične posljedice, Vicko Ozretić, predsjednik Sekcije skipera odlučio je pozabaviti se drugim "bitnim" temama koje su izazvale burnu raspravu među skiperima. Ozretić je, naime, najavio kako će zbog zloupotreba isplate naknade za hranu doći do izmjena koje na snagu stupaju već ovaj tjedan.

- Kolege skiperi, hostese i posade. Odlučili smo se za izmjene ugovora klijent - skiper oko iznosa i načina isplate naknade za hranu - piše Vicko Ozretić, predsjednik Sekcije skipera, u Facebook grupi Udruge hrvatskih skipera i članova posada jahti.

Skiperi u charterima uglavnom voze tjedne ture od subote do petka, a uvijek aktualni problem je hrana za njih. Uz dnevnicu koja u prosjeku iznosi 200 eura dan te još dodatnih 40 eura dnevno za večeru dok su na turi. Skiperi mogu večerati s njima ili otići sami na večeru, a u tom slučaju, gosti su im dužni osigurati im novac. S inflacijom u punom jeku cijene diljem Hrvatske već neko vrijeme rastu, a to je u ljetnim mjesecima osobito izraženo na cjeniku restorana na otocima, odnosno na radnom mjestu skipera - piše Ozretić

Naime, piše u nastavku, došlo je do zlouporabe od strane dijela kolega koji bi tražili isplatu za potencijalnih šest večera, a zatim bi taj novac neopravdano trpali u džep jedući burek i paštete. Iz tog razloga im je smanjen budžet za hranu.

Dosta vam je 40 eura

- Za početak utvrdili smo da je maksimalnih 30 € dovoljno za jednu prosječnu večeru. Prethodno je stavljeno 40 € zbog cijena na nekim mjestima, a sve u dobroj vjeri, koja je sada narušena. Druga stvar je da taj potencijalni iznos ubuduće treba dogovoriti prije s čarterom i klijentom. I treća stvar je da gostu treba predočiti račun. Ove izmjene stupaju na snagu odmah, odnosno od ovog tjedna - poručio je predsjenik Sekcije skipera te uputio isprike čarterima koji su zbog neodgovornih pojedinaca trpili kritike gostiju.

- Svjesni smo propusta koji ovako želimo ispraviti. Kolege pozivamo da se odgovorno ponašaju te da ugovori koji nisu obostrano potpisani mogu poslužiti samo kao nekakav okvir ili smjernica, nikako pravilo.

Skiperi su se pobunili protiv ove odluke uz jasne argumente:

- Ja se ne bih složio s ovim. Ako je naknada za hranu dogovorena 40 eura po danu i isplaćena skiperu, njegova je stvar kako će se hraniti. Nekome je novac potreban i jest će sendvič iz samoposluge da uštedi, a netko će na večeru potrošiti i 50 eura. Mislim da dnevnica od 30 eura nije dovoljna. Otprilike toliko je i službena dnevnica, a naše iskustvo je da ako se na putu držimo službene dnevnice, ostajemo gladni. Naknada za hranu (dnevnica) je neoporeziva stavka i nije nužno pravdati je računom - napisao je S. B.

Psihičko zdravlje

M. K. je također na strani onih koji zagovaraju viši iznos za hranu.

- Cijene su skočile u nebesa, moje mišljenje je da je 40 eura O.K. cifra. Naravno da se na pojedinim mjestima možeš najesti i za 30, ali puno je mjesta na kojima ćeš potrošiti i 50. To je na neki način i džeparac jer idemo po skupim mjestima i za psihičko zdravlje skipera i hostesa dobro je da se barem navečer maknu s brodova, naprave svojevrsni reset, a nije očekivati da baš svaku večer sjede na nekoj stijeni i gledaju u horizont ne trošeći ništa.

Osim toga, često ispadne skuplje po glavi kad se ide s gostima na večere, tako da meni se čini da tu ne treba ništa posebno mijenjati osim poboljšati komunikaciju s gostima, počevši od čartera, eventualno im ostaviti na volju hoće li davat taj iznos ili će platiti cifru na računu (u slučaju nepostojanja APE) - objasnila je.

- To je neka dnevnica koju u pravilu ljudi troše na hranu i piće, njihova je stvar hoće li je potrošiti i na što ako već imaju pravo na nju. Ako su potrošili 10 eura, trebaju vratiti 30 eura? A što ako su odlučili pojesti ručak i večeru vani jer na brodu nema hrane ili od posla ne stignu sebi nešto spremiti te na kraju to košta 80 eura, dobiju li dodatnih 40 eura? Prestanite se baviti glupostima i raspravama upadati u zamke s gostima, radije složite bolji ugovor po kojem je tih 40 eura fiksna dnevnica i uklonite prostor za pritužbe - M.L. istaknuo je i neke nejasnoće vezane za novi ugovor.
