Građevinski sektor očito se dobro oporavlja, a Split je pun dizalica od centra grada do periferije. 

Najnovija lokacija za koju nam je stigla "dojava" o potencijalnom stambenom projektu nalazi se uz Hercegovačku ulicu na Ravnim Njivama, na dijelu prostora kojima se donedavno koristila tvrtka "Županijske ceste Split".

Dojučerašnje garaže i radionice za popravak vozila, na površini od gotovo 5000 četvornih metara, trenutno se ruše, a zanimljivo je da je zemljište u katastru sada upisano na tvrtku "Publika" iza koje stoji i Ivan Kukić, široj javnosti poznat kao vlasnik trgovačkog lanca "Victa".

Iako u državnim sustavima za tu parcelu zasad nema zabilježenog postupka za izdavanje lokacijske i(li) građevinske dozvole, susjedstvom se već proširila vijest da će se tu graditi dva stambena objekta, a i iz Kotara Ravne Njive su lani najavljivali "izgradnju javne garaže u budućem stambeno-poslovnom objektu na nekadašnjem prostoru cestara".

Građevinski sektor očito se dobro oporavlja, a Split je pun dizalica od centra grada do periferije. 

Najnovija lokacija za koju nam je stigla "dojava" o potencijalnom stambenom projektu nalazi se uz Hercegovačku ulicu na Ravnim Njivama, na dijelu prostora kojima se donedavno koristila tvrtka "Županijske ceste Split".

Dojučerašnje garaže i radionice za popravak vozila, na površini od gotovo 5000 četvornih metara, trenutno se ruše, a zanimljivo je da je zemljište u katastru sada upisano na tvrtku "Publika" iza koje stoji i Ivan Kukić, široj javnosti poznat kao vlasnik trgovačkog lanca "Victa".

Iako u državnim sustavima za tu parcelu zasad nema zabilježenog postupka za izdavanje lokacijske i(li) građevinske dozvole, susjedstvom se već proširila vijest da će se tu graditi dva stambena objekta, a i iz Kotara Ravne Njive su lani najavljivali "izgradnju javne garaže u budućem stambeno-poslovnom objektu na nekadašnjem prostoru cestara".

Građevinski sektor očito se dobro oporavlja, a Split je pun dizalica od centra grada do periferije. 

Najnovija lokacija za koju nam je stigla "dojava" o potencijalnom stambenom projektu nalazi se uz Hercegovačku ulicu na Ravnim Njivama, na dijelu prostora kojima se donedavno koristila tvrtka "Županijske ceste Split".

Dojučerašnje garaže i radionice za popravak vozila, na površini od gotovo 5000 četvornih metara, trenutno se ruše, a zanimljivo je da je zemljište u katastru sada upisano na tvrtku "Publika" iza koje stoji i Ivan Kukić, široj javnosti poznat kao vlasnik trgovačkog lanca "Victa".

Iako u državnim sustavima za tu parcelu zasad nema zabilježenog postupka za izdavanje lokacijske i(li) građevinske dozvole, susjedstvom se već proširila vijest da će se tu graditi dva st...
