Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak održao je redovni mjesečni briefing s novinarima, na kojem istaknuo kako je najvažnija najava ona Gradskog vijeća koja je na rasporedu 17. i 18. prosinca. 

- Rezervirali smo dva dana u slučaju da bude problema, a glavne teme su proračun i reorganizacija gradske uprave. Kao što sam već i najavio, proračun će biti realan, s jedne strane štedljiv zbog dugova koje moramo vratiti, ali istovremeno i razvojan. Nastavit ćemo sve velike projekte, ali i započeti nove, kao što su rekonstrukciju škola i dvorana te izgradnja vrtića.

Reorganizacija gradska uprave je napravljena po prvi put u povijesti Splita ne kao politički plijen, nego na stručnoj razini. Slijedili smo prvenstveno potrebe građana Splita. To će biti najmanja, najefikasnija i najmodernija gradska uprava u Hrvatskoj – kazao je Puljak.

Zadnja sjednica Gradskog vijeća nije se održala jer nije usvojen dnevni red, a gradonačelnik je istaknuo da je to zbog toga što su bile predložene neke točke koje nisu bile zakonite i nisu u ovlasti Gradskog vijeća. 

- Apeliramo da se pojedini gradski vijećnici ne ponašaju na način koji je nezakonit i nije u ovlastima Vijeća. Nećemo dozvoliti da se Gradsko vijeće pretvori u cirkus. Nema razloga da i oporba ne podrži reorganizaciju i proračun jer oni su izrađeni s najboljom namjerom za sve građane. Siguran sam da će dobronamjerni i konstruktivni vijećnici podržati oba prijedloga - poručio je Puljak.

Istaknuo je da se od dolaska na vlast bave uvođenjem reda, ali i da se susreću s brojnim opstrukcijama, od kojih najveće dolaze od HDZ-a. 

- HDZ otvoreno politizira državne institucije i firme. Oni su u stranačkim prostorijama organizirali konferenciju za novinare gdje su djelatnici Lučke uprave, čak i lučki kapetan, u dvorani HDZ-a, pod znakovljem HDZ-a pričali o tome što će raditi državne institucije. Njihovi prijedlozi pod imenom "Dajmo ruke Splitu" se u biti pretvara u inicijativu "Podapinjanja noge Splitu".

Na Istočnoj obali uklanjamo nelegalne štandove i kioske. Opstrukcije rješavamo, ali apeliram na sve institucije koje se time bave da prestanu s tim. Opstrukcije su iz Lučke kapetanije koja je 2017. izdala nalog za uklanjanje nelegalnih objekata, ali nikada to nisu napravili.

Što se tiče Pazara, svakom je jasno da je vrijeme da se uredi. Raspisat ćemo arhitektonsko-urbanistički natječaj za uređenje Pazara, u međuvremenu najprije moramo ukloniti kioske iz Hrvojeve, a svi oni koji žele tamo poslovati imat će mjesto. Sve radimo zakonski. Događa se da HDZ to konstantno opstruira. Odvjetnik, koji je član HDZ-a i navodno zastupa sve te građane tamo, širi lažne informacije i huška građane na vlast. Nikoga ne želimo ugroziti, to smo jasno rekli. Pazar će biti bolji, uređeniji, zeleniji, imat će više mediteranskog duha i svi koji žele poslovati moći će raditi to bolje nego sada – kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak.

Dodao je da se na nedavnom primjeru požara u garaži na Pujanka vidjelo što znači kad gradom vlada nered. 

- Red znači i veću sigurnost. Sve garaže  koje su uzurpirane ćemo vratiti na upravljanje "Split parkingu". Uredit ćemo ih, a svi koji žele tamo držati auta to će raditi na puno sigurniji način. Uvođenje reda nema alternativu, svima koji opstruiraju na čelu s HDZ-om poručujem da neće uspjeti . Oni misle da će to usporiti ili zaustaviti. Neće zaustaviti, Split će biti najuređeniji i najljepši grad u Hrvatskoj - rekao je splitski gradonačelnik.

Objasnio je da su za Istočnu obalu pokrenuli proces izrade anketnog natječaja koji će imati dva dijela, prometno rješenje i ostatak, a po završetku istog će se pristupiti i prometnom rješenju izlaza iz luke. 

Što se tiče hotela za samce u Vukovarskoj ulici, Puljak je istaknuo da su riješili problem tako da se sa svim korisnicima potpisuju ugovori. 

Novinare je zanimalo što se događa s izdavanjem građevinskih dozvola.

- Odjel za prostorno uređenje izdaje građevinske dozvole, rad je usporen, ali se dozvole izdaju u okviru mogućnosti. Raspisali smo natječaj za zapošljavanje za taj odjel kako bi taj problem amortizirali – odgovorio je Puljak. 

Što se tiče podrške za proračun, Puljak je istaknuo da nema razloga da ne bude dovoljno ruku 

- Proračun je na dobrobit svih građana. Špekulacija ima raznih. Mi smo proračun donijeli sa svim partnerima zajedno. Očekujem podršku svih vijećnika, i HGS-a i HDZ-a. I za proračun i za reorganizaciju. Proračun je napravljen za potrebe svih građana, a ne kao politički plijen - poručio je Puljak.

Novinare je zanimalo i što se događa s koncesijom za Žnjan. 

- Osnovali smo radni tim, a ono što slijedi je da gradsko vijeće usvojio naš prijedlog da se u sljedećoj godini rezervira iznos od 65 milijuna kuna, a u godini iza 80 milijuna kuna da bi se krenulo s realizacijom. Paralelno s radnim timom radimo na definiraju svih procedura, detaljnijem planiranju cijelog projekta, a prva stvar koju bi započeli je izgradnja Šetališta Ivana Pavla II. – za kraj je rekao gradonačelnik.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak održao je redovni mjesečni briefing s novinarima, na kojem istaknuo kako je najvažnija najava ona Gradskog vijeća koja je na rasporedu 17. i 18. prosinca. 

- Rezervirali smo dva dana u slučaju da bude problema, a glavne teme su proračun i reorganizacija gradske uprave. Kao što sam već i najavio, proračun će biti realan, s jedne strane štedljiv zbog dugova koje moramo vratiti, ali istovremeno i razvojan. Nastavit ćemo sve velike projekte, ali i započeti nove, kao što su rekonstrukciju škola i dvorana te izgradnja vrtića.

Reorganizacija gradska uprave je napravljena po prvi put u povijesti Splita ne kao politički plijen, nego na stručnoj razini. Slijedili smo prvenstveno potrebe građana Splita. To će biti najmanja, najefikasnija i najmodernija gradska uprava u Hrvatskoj – kazao je Puljak.

Zadnja sjednica Gradskog vijeća nije se održala jer nije usvojen dnevni red, a gradonačelnik je istaknuo da je to zbog toga što su bile predložene neke točke koje nisu bile zakonite i nisu u ovlasti Gradskog vijeća. 

- Apeliramo da se pojedini gradski vijećnici ne ponašaju na način koji je nezakonit i nije u ovlastima Vijeća. Nećemo dozvoliti da se Gradsko vijeće pretvori u cirkus. Nema razloga da i oporba ne podrži reorganizaciju i proračun jer oni su izrađeni s najboljom namjerom za sve građane. Siguran sam da će dobronamjerni i konstruktivni vijećnici podržati oba prijedloga - poručio je Puljak.

Istaknuo je da se od dolaska na vlast bave uvođenjem reda, ali i da se susreću s brojnim opstrukcijama, od kojih najveće dolaze od HDZ-a. 

- HDZ otvoreno politizira državne institucije i firme. Oni su u stranačkim prostorijama organizirali konferenciju za novinare gdje su djelatnici Lučke uprave, čak i lučki kapetan, u dvorani HDZ-a, pod znakovljem HDZ-a pričali o tome što će raditi državne institucije. Njihovi prijedlozi pod imenom "Dajmo ruke Splitu" se u biti pretvara u inicijativu "Podapinjanja noge Splitu".

Na Istočnoj obali uklanjamo nelegalne štandove i kioske. Opstrukcije rješavamo, ali apeliram na sve institucije koje se time bave da prestanu s tim. Opstrukcije su iz Lučke kapetanije koja je 2017. izdala nalog za uklanjanje nelegalnih objekata, ali nikada to nisu napravili.

Što se tiče Pazara, svakom je jasno da je vrijeme da se uredi. Raspisat ćemo arhitektonsko-urbanistički natječaj za uređenje Pazara, u međuvremenu najprije moramo ukloniti kioske iz Hrvojeve, a svi oni koji žele tamo poslovati imat će mjesto. Sve radimo zakonski. Događa se da HDZ to konstantno opstruira. Odvjetnik, koji je član HDZ-a i navodno zastupa sve te građane tamo, širi lažne informacije i huška građane na vlast. Nikoga ne želimo ugroziti, to smo jasno rekli. Pazar će biti bolji, uređeniji, zeleniji, imat će više mediteranskog duha i svi koji žele poslovati moći će raditi to bolje nego sada – kazao je gradonačelnik Puljak.

Dodao je da se na nedavnom primjeru požara u garaži na Pujanka vidjelo što znači kad gradom vlada nered. 

- Red znači i veću sigurnost. Sve garaže  koje su uzurpirane ćemo vratiti na upravljanje "Split parkingu". Uredit ćemo ih, a svi koji žele tamo držati auta to će raditi na puno sigurniji način. Uvođenje reda nema alternativu, svima koji opstruiraju na čelu s HDZ-om poručujem da neće uspjeti . Oni misle da će to usporiti ili zaustaviti. Neće zaustaviti, Split će biti najuređeniji i najljepši grad u Hrvatskoj - rekao je splitski gradonačelnik.

Objasnio je da su za Istočnu obalu pokrenuli proces izrade anketnog natječaja koji će imati dva dijela, prometno rješenje i ostatak, a po završetku istog će se pristupiti i prometnom rješenju izlaza iz luke. 

Što se tiče hotela za samce u Vukovarskoj ulici, Puljak je istaknuo da su riješili problem tako da se sa svim korisnicima potpisuju ugovori. 

Novinare je zanimalo što se događa s izdavanjem građevinskih dozvola.

- Odjel za prostorno uređenje izdaje građevinske dozvole, rad je usporen, ali se dozvole izdaju u okviru mogućnosti. Raspisali smo natječaj za zapošljavanje za taj odjel kako bi taj problem amortizirali – odgovorio je Puljak. 

Što se tiče podrške za proračun, Puljak je istaknuo da nema razloga da ne bude dovoljno ruku 

- Proračun je na dobrobit svih građana. Špekulacija ima raznih. Mi smo proračun donijeli sa svim partnerima zajedno. Očekujem podršku svih vijećnika, i HGS-a i HDZ-a. I za proračun i za reorganizaciju. Proračun je napravljen za potrebe svih građana, a ne kao politički plijen - poručio je Puljak.

Novinare je zanimalo i što se događa s koncesijom za Žnjan. 

- Osnovali smo radni tim, a ono što slijedi je da gradsko vijeće usvojio naš prijedlog da se u sljedećoj godini rezervira iznos od 65 milijuna kuna, a u godini iza 80 milijuna kuna da bi se krenulo s realizacijom. Paralelno s radnim timom radimo na definiraju svih procedura, detaljnijem planiranju cijelog projekta, a prva stvar koju bi započeli je izgradnja Šetališta Ivana Pavla II. – za kraj je rekao gradonačelnik.
