Iz policijske uprave splitsko dalmatinske informirali su javnost kako je 20. lipnja zaprimljena prijava kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara. Oštećeni je preko Internetskog oglasnika prodavao konzole za igre nakon čega ga je kontaktirala njemu nepoznata ženska osoba. Preko društvene mreže poslala mu je link i rekla da će novac dobiti ukoliko putem poveznice upiše tražene podatke. Nakon unošenja svojih podatka s računa mu je „skinuto” 1000 eura.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, kriminalističko istraživanje je u tijeku. Ženska osoba je oštećenom bila nepoznata.

Prošle je godine policijska uprava splitsko dalmatinska zabilježila 117 djela računalnih prijevara, dok je u više od pola godine do sada zabilježeno 196 kaznenih prijava računalnih prijevara. Najveći broj zabilježenih računalnih prevara je bilo mrežnih krađa identiteta lažnim porukama e-pošte. 

Prema članku 271. Kaznenog zakona za kazneno djelo Računalna prijevara je predviđena zatvorska kazna u trajanju od 6 mjeseci do 5 godina. Ako je prouzročena znatna šteta predviđena je kazna od 1 do 8 godina zatvora.

Iz policijske uprave splitsko dalmatinske informirali su javnost kako je 20. lipnja zaprimljena prijava kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara. Oštećeni je preko Internetskog oglasnika prodavao konzole za igre nakon čega ga je kontaktirala njemu nepoznata ženska osoba. Preko društvene mreže poslala mu je link i rekla da će novac dobiti ukoliko putem poveznice upiše tražene podatke. Nakon unošenja svojih podatka s računa mu je „skinuto” 1000 eura.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, kriminalističko istraživanje je u tijeku. Ženska osoba je oštećenom bila nepoznata.

Prošle je godine policijska uprava splitsko dalmatinska zabilježila 117 djela računalnih prijevara, dok je u više od pola godine do sada zabilježeno 196 kaznenih prijava računalnih prijevara. Najveći broj zabilježenih računalnih prevara je bilo mrežnih krađa identiteta lažnim porukama e-pošte. 

Prema članku 271. Kaznenog zakona za kazneno djelo Računalna prijevara je predviđena zatvorska kazna u trajanju od 6 mjeseci do 5 godina. Ako je prouzročena znatna šteta predviđena je kazna od 1 do 8 godina zatvora.

Iz policijske uprave splitsko dalmatinske informirali su javnost kako je 20. lipnja zaprimljena prijava kaznenog djela Računalna prijevara. Oštećeni je preko Internetskog oglasnika prodavao konzole za igre nakon čega ga je kontaktirala njemu nepoznata ženska osoba. Preko društvene mreže poslala mu je link i rekla da će novac dobiti ukoliko putem poveznice upiše tražene podatke. Nakon unošenja svojih podatka s računa mu je „skinuto” 1000 eura.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, kriminalističko istraživanje je u tijeku. Ženska osoba je oštećenom bila nepoznata.

Prošle je godine policijska uprava splitsko dalmatinska zabilježila 117 djela računalnih prijevara, dok je u više od pola godine do sada zabilježeno 196 kaznenih prijava računalnih prijevara. Najveći broj zabilježenih računalnih prevara je bilo mrežnih krađa identiteta lažnim porukama e-pošte. 

Prema članku 271. Kaznenog zakona za kazneno djelo Računalna prijevara je predviđena zatvorska kazna u trajanju od 6 mjeseci do 5 godina. Ako je prouzročena znatna šteta predviđena je kazna od 1 do 8 godina zatvora.
