Što to Grad Split izvodi s radovima na 153 metra ceste u PrimoštenSkoj ulici već 12 mjeseci, pitaju se u stranci Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju?
Kako bi dočarali "taj spektakl u režiji gradske uprave" u ovoj su stranci spojili i poslali medijima tri fotografije i to satelitski prikaz, Detaljan plan uređenja i obuhvat radova te fotografiju trenutnih radova.

Na njima se vidi da u 12 mjeseci nije završeno 153 metra ceste, da se izvode radovi izvan predviđenog projekta, a i na neotkupljenim česticama iz dvije trake cesta na nepreglednom mjestu ulazi u jednu, da planirani nogostup postaje cesta, a stup javne rasvjete se montirao na mjestu predviđene ceste, da na neotkupljenim česticama i ovakvim radovima pješaci ostaju bez oba planirana nogostupa (sjeverni postaje dio ceste, južni na privatnoj čestici), te da, kako tvrde, radnici šetaju gradilištem, izmišljaju se razni razlozi kašnjenja (kiša, potporni zidovi... ) koji ne odgovaraju istini.

- Još u veljači 2020. dodijeljen je ugovor tvrtki "Građevno Zec" vrijednosti 2,1 milijun kuna kojim se trebala na Žnjanu Primoštenska spojiti s Biogradskom. Već tada obuhvat radova u projektu nije bio do samog spoja tih ulica. Točnije, radila se dionica od samo 153 metra dok je 20 metara ostalo "visiti". Uvidom u katastar vidi se razlog, dvije čestice nisu otkupljene od sadašnjih vlasnika - tumači gradski vijećnik Sani Mardešić, te pojašnjava da su te dvije čestice na slici prikazane žutom bojom.

Radovi su, navode u Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju, krenuli u svibnju 2020. godine i dan danas im se ne nazire kraj. Nastavili su se i van obuhvata (?!) planiranog natječajem jer se stara cesta više nije visinski uklapala s novom. Kako je dijelom tih čestica već prolazila nerazvrstana cesta (tada pod nazivom Put Sv. Lovre - tanka crvena linija na planu) gradska uprava valjda se nadala izostanku bilo kakve reakcije.

- Međutim, očito su vlasnici reagirali i nisu dozvoli radove pa u dijelu od 20 metara ostaje jedna traka kojoj novoizgrađeni zid potpuno zaklanja pogled s jedne strane. Praktički ulazi u cestu. Samim time cesta se asfaltira u planu nogostupa, a pješaci ostaju bez istih s obe strane. Čak je i jedan rasvjetni stup montiran van plana, na mjestu gdje bi se u budućnosti trebala nalaziti cesta?! Na koji način i kojim natječajem Grad izvodi ove neplanirane radove, nije poznato Jednako tako, postavlja se pitanje tko će dati uporabnu dozvolu za ovu cestu - kritizira Mardešić, te zaključuje:
- Navikli smo na privremena rješenja ove prilično nesposobne gradske uprave. Ovo je samo jedno u nizu. Ukoliko od građana na izborima dobijemo priliku voditi gradsku upravu nećemo raditi na ovakav način, dapače, transparentno i stručno ćemo izvoditi svaki pa i najmanji projekt.

Na njima se vidi da u 12 mjeseci nije završeno 153 metra ceste, da se izvode radovi izvan predviđenog projekta, a i na neotkupljenim česticama iz dvije trake cesta na nepreglednom mjestu ulazi u jednu, da planirani nogostup postaje cesta, a stup javne rasvjete se montirao na mjestu predviđene ceste, da na neotkupljenim česticama i ovakvim radovima pješaci ostaju bez oba planirana nogostupa (sjeverni postaje dio ceste, južni na privatnoj čestici), te da, kako tvrde, radnici šetaju gradilištem, izmišljaju se razni razlozi kašnjenja (kiša, potporni zidovi... ) koji ne odgovaraju istini.

- Još u veljači 2020. dodijeljen je ugovor tvrtki "Građevno Zec" vrijednosti 2,1 milijun kuna kojim se trebala na Žnjanu Primoštenska spojiti s Biogradskom. Već tada obuhvat radova u projektu nije bio do samog spoja tih ulica. Točnije, radila se dionica od samo 153 metra dok je 20 metara ostalo "visiti". Uvidom u katastar vidi se razlog, dvije čestice nisu otkupljene od sadašnjih vlasnika - tumači gradski vijećnik Sani Mardešić, te pojašnjava da su te dvije čestice na slici prikazane žutom bojom.

Radovi su, navode u Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju, krenuli u svibnju 2020. godine i dan danas im se ne nazire kraj. Nastavili su se i van obuhvata (?!) planiranog natječajem jer se stara cesta više nije visinski uklapala s novom. Kako je dijelom tih čestica već prolazila nerazvrstana cesta (tada pod nazivom Put Sv. Lovre - tanka crvena linija na planu) gradska uprava valjda se nadala izostanku bilo kakve reakcije.

- Međutim, očito su vlasnici reagirali i nisu dozvoli radove pa u dijelu od 20 metara ostaje jedna traka kojoj novoizgrađeni zid potpuno zaklanja pogled s jedne strane. Praktički ulazi u cestu. Samim time cesta se asfaltira u planu nogostupa, a pješaci ostaju bez istih s obe strane. Čak je i jedan rasvjetni stup montiran van plana, na mjestu gdje bi se u budućnosti trebala nalaziti cesta?! Na koji način i kojim natječajem Grad izvodi ove neplanirane radove, nije poznato Jednako tako, postavlja se pitanje tko će dati uporabnu dozvolu za ovu cestu - kritizira Mardešić, te zaključuje:
- Navikli smo na privremena rješenja ove prilično nesposobne gradske uprave. Ovo je samo jedno u nizu. Ukoliko od građana na izborima dobijemo priliku voditi gradsku upravu nećemo raditi na ovakav način, dapače, transparentno i stručno ćemo izvoditi svaki pa i najmanji projekt.
