Na redakcijski mail dobili smo pritužbu djelatnika gradske tvrtke “Čistoća” da su se u razmaku od desetak dana dogodile dvije teške nesreće na radu.

Djelatnik tvrdi da je u oba slučaja uglavnom uzrok prekovremeni sati i nezakoniti rad. Tragom te vijesti poslali smo upit “Čistoći” kako bismo doznali što se točno dogodilo.

– Dana 20. srpnja imali smo tešku ozljedu na radu. Radilo se o amputaciji tri vrha prsta radnika, a nezgoda se dogodila spletom nespretnih okolnosti i neopreznosti prilikom pražnjenja spremnika za staklo. U utorak, 1. kolovoza, dogodila se još jedna teška ozljeda na radu.

Naš radnik je zadobio višestruku povredu tijela (fraktura kosti pri zglobu ruke, nagnječenje potkoljenice i bedra, rane na nosu). Nezgoda se dogodila spletom nesretnih okolnosti i uslijed teško pristupačnog terena, lošeg makadamskog puta (adresa Pet bunara) kada je tijekom rada uslijed vožnje po neravnom terenu radnik izgubio ravnotežu i pao sa stope specijalnog vozila – odgovorili su nam iz gradske tvrtke “Čistoća”.

Prekovremeni sati

Istaknuli su da su obje nesreće prijavljene nadležnim tijelima od strane njihove Službe zaštite na radu. Na naš upit koliko su nesreća na radu zabilježili od početka ove godine, iz “Čistoće” su nam odgovorili da je bilo šest nesreća na radu, četiri s lakšim ozljedama i dvije s težim.

– Kako bi “Čistoća” izvršila obvezu pružanja javne usluge sakupljanja komunalnog otpada, a zbog velikog broja izostanaka djelatnika zbog bolovanja, dio radnika je odrađivao dodatni rad na zamjeni odsutnih djelatnika, što je i razlog da pojedini radnici imaju veći broj prekovremenih sati.

Važno je istaknuti da djelatnici na zahtjev Operativne službe “Čistoće” nisu obvezni obaviti dodatni prekovremeni rad i svi tom radu pristupaju svojevoljno te je za pohvaliti izuzetan trud da se u interesu građana korisnika usluge odvoza komunalnog otpada, svi radni zadaci obave.

Djelatnici koji su doživjeli nesreće su vrlo vrijedni i sve svoje radne zadatke obavljaju kvalitetno te pripadaju skupini radnika koji su gotovo uvijek na dispoziciji za dodatni rad, također, vozači predmetnih vozila svoje radne zadatke obavljaju vrlo savjesno – odgovorili su nam iz “Čistoće”.

Na redakcijski mail dobili smo pritužbu djelatnika gradske tvrtke “Čistoća” da su se u razmaku od desetak dana dogodile dvije teške nesreće na radu.

Djelatnik tvrdi da je u oba slučaja uglavnom uzrok prekovremeni sati i nezakoniti rad. Tragom te vijesti poslali smo upit “Čistoći” kako bismo doznali što se točno dogodilo.

– Dana 20. srpnja imali smo tešku ozljedu na radu. Radilo se o amputaciji tri vrha prsta radnika, a nezgoda se dogodila spletom nespretnih okolnosti i neopreznosti prilikom pražnjenja spremnika za staklo. U utorak, 1. kolovoza, dogodila se još jedna teška ozljeda na radu.

Naš radnik je zadobio višestruku povredu tijela (fraktura kosti pri zglobu ruke, nagnječenje potkoljenice i bedra, rane na nosu). Nezgoda se dogodila spletom nesretnih okolnosti i uslijed teško pristupačnog terena, lošeg makadamskog puta (adresa Pet bunara) kada je tijekom rada uslijed vožnje po neravnom terenu radnik izgubio ravnotežu i pao sa stope specijalnog vozila – odgovorili su nam iz gradske tvrtke “Čistoća”.

Prekovremeni sati

Istaknuli su da su obje nesreće prijavljene nadležnim tijelima od strane njihove Službe zaštite na radu. Na naš upit koliko su nesreća na radu zabilježili od početka ove godine, iz “Čistoće” su nam odgovorili da je bilo šest nesreća na radu, četiri s lakšim ozljedama i dvije s težim.

– Kako bi “Čistoća” izvršila obvezu pružanja javne usluge sakupljanja komunalnog otpada, a zbog velikog broja izostanaka djelatnika zbog bolovanja, dio radnika je odrađivao dodatni rad na zamjeni odsutnih djelatnika, što je i razlog da pojedini radnici imaju veći broj prekovremenih sati.

Važno je istaknuti da djelatnici na zahtjev Operativne službe “Čistoće” nisu obvezni obaviti dodatni prekovremeni rad i svi tom radu pristupaju svojevoljno te je za pohvaliti izuzetan trud da se u interesu građana korisnika usluge odvoza komunalnog otpada, svi radni zadaci obave.

Djelatnici koji su doživjeli nesreće su vrlo vrijedni i sve svoje radne zadatke obavljaju kvalitetno te pripadaju skupini radnika koji su gotovo uvijek na dispoziciji za dodatni rad, također, vozači predmetnih vozila svoje radne zadatke obavljaju vrlo savjesno – odgovorili su nam iz “Čistoće”.
