Nakon dugo, dugo vremena, te puno i previše otpalog fasadnog materijala sa srednjoškolske zgrade čiji su učenici i djelatnici, ali i obični prolaznici drhtali pred svakom najavom jače bure ili juga, konačno je u tijeku sanacija oštećenog pročelja Zdravstvene škole.
Srednjoškolska institucija u Šoltanskoj ulici otvorena je prije gotovo sedam godina za oko 700 učenika koji pohađaju zdravstvene obrazovne smjerove, a izvođač radova bila je tvrtka "Osijek Koteks" koja, očito, nije temeljito odradila svoj posao pa su tako uvodne rečenice teksta objavljene na stranicama naše rubrike prije točno šest mjeseci glasile:
– Prije nekoliko godina platili smo je 50 milijuna kuna, a danas je opasna za učenike i prolaznike. Zbog nečijeg propusta sada moramo dati još 2,3 milijuna.
Dugo vremena se čekalo na sanaciju pročelja. Nakon otvaranja zgrade, fasada se srušila već nakon prve bure. Stanje je s vremenom postajalo sve gore, nakon svakog jačeg refula vjetra, s istočne strane zgrade ponovno su otpadali komadi fasadnog i izolacijskog materijala, ali na sreću nitko od učenika i radnika škole, kao i slučajnih prolaznika nije nastradao.
U obrazovni objekt se ulazilo isključivo sa zapadne strane, a pred školom je stajala zaštitna ograda s upozorenjem o mogućem otpadanju materijala. U svakom slučaju, radovi traju već tri mjeseca i trebali bi biti gotovi do kraja rujna.

Dio novca za ovu fazu radova osiguran je iz proračuna Ministarstva obrazovanja, dok je ostatak u nadležnosti Županije kao osnivača i vlasnika škole. Između ukupno četiri pristigle ponude na projektu su angažirani radnici tvrtke "Emplastrum" iz Dicma, koja je s cijenom od 2,3 milijuna kuna odabrana kao ekonomski najpovoljnija, a ostali natjecatelji bili su "Eding" iz Zagreba, "Crivac" iz Solina i "MGA nekretnine".
Školska zgrada se ujedno i dograđuje, zbog interesa mladih za upisivanjem zdravstvenih smjerova, postoji potreba za još trima učionicama. Mirjana Kurtović, ravnateljica škole, kaže kako se radi punom parom:
– Radnici su vrijedni i sve se odvija prema planu. Vrijeme sanacije se možda oduži nešto sitno, ali mislim da do toga neće doći. Učenici će u devetom mjesecu napokon sjesti u svoje školske klupe bez da strahuju hoće li im koji dio škole pasti na glavu – zaključila je Kurtović.
Sudeći po nazivu tvrtke koja je izradila aktualni projekt sanacije Zdravstvene škole, a riječ je o splitskoj "Stabilnosti", budućnost ove obrazovne ustanove trebala bi biti obećavajuća. Nadamo se samo da će Dicmanjani kvalitetnije obaviti posao od Slavonaca...

Nakon dugo, dugo vremena, te puno i previše otpalog fasadnog materijala sa srednjoškolske zgrade čiji su učenici i djelatnici, ali i obični prolaznici drhtali pred svakom najavom jače bure ili juga, konačno je u tijeku sanacija oštećenog pročelja Zdravstvene škole.
Srednjoškolska institucija u Šoltanskoj ulici otvorena je prije gotovo sedam godina za oko 700 učenika koji pohađaju zdravstvene obrazovne smjerove, a izvođač radova bila je tvrtka "Osijek Koteks" koja, očito, nije temeljito odradila svoj posao pa su tako uvodne rečenice teksta objavljene na stranicama naše rubrike prije točno šest mjeseci glasile:
– Prije nekoliko godina platili smo je 50 milijuna kuna, a danas je opasna za učenike i prolaznike. Zbog nečijeg propusta sada moramo dati još 2,3 milijuna.
Dugo vremena se čekalo na sanaciju pročelja. Nakon otvaranja zgrade, fasada se srušila već nakon prve bure. Stanje je s vremenom postajalo sve gore, nakon svakog jačeg refula vjetra, s istočne strane zgrade ponovno su otpadali komadi fasadnog i izolacijskog materijala, ali na sreću nitko od učenika i radnika škole, kao i slučajnih prolaznika nije nastradao.
U obrazovni objekt se ulazilo isključivo sa zapadne strane, a pred školom je stajala zaštitna ograda s upozorenjem o mogućem otpadanju materijala. U svakom slučaju, radovi traju već tri mjeseca i trebali bi biti gotovi do kraja rujna.

Dio novca za ovu fazu radova osiguran je iz proračuna Ministarstva obrazovanja, dok je ostatak u nadležnosti Županije kao osnivača i vlasnika škole. Između ukupno četiri pristigle ponude na projektu su angažirani radnici tvrtke "Emplastrum" iz Dicma, koja je s cijenom od 2,3 milijuna kuna odabrana kao ekonomski najpovoljnija, a ostali natjecatelji bili su "Eding" iz Zagreba, "Crivac" iz Solina i "MGA nekretnine".
Školska zgrada se ujedno i dograđuje, zbog interesa mladih za upisivanjem zdravstvenih smjerova, postoji potreba za još trima učionicama. Mirjana Kurtović, ravnateljica škole, kaže kako se radi punom parom:
– Radnici su vrijedni i sve se odvija prema planu. Vrijeme sanacije se možda oduži nešto sitno, ali mislim da do toga neće doći. Učenici će u devetom mjesecu napokon sjesti u svoje školske klupe bez da strahuju hoće li im koji dio škole pasti na glavu – zaključila je Kurtović.
Sudeći po nazivu tvrtke koja je izradila aktualni projekt sanacije Zdravstvene škole, a riječ je o splitskoj "Stabilnosti", budućnost ove obrazovne ustanove trebala bi biti obećavajuća. Nadamo se samo da će Dicmanjani kvalitetnije obaviti posao od Slavonaca...
