Prije točno mjesec dana su svečano otvoreni moderni polupodzemni spremnici na Plokitama - prvom splitskom kvartu koji je imao čast zaprimiti ovu komunalnu inovaciju. 

- Vjerujem kako će stanovnici Plokita svojim primjerom pokazati ostalim splitskim kvartovima koji će tek dobiti polupodzemne spremnike, kako na jednostavan način odvajati otpad i tako pridonijeti čišćem i urednijem Splitu, na ponos sviju nas - tom prigodom je poručio gradonačelnik Puljak.

Ipak, to se nije dogodilo. Još. 

Naime, a kako je vidljivo iz priloženog, dio građanstva tog dijela grada svojim primjerom pokazuje nešto drugo od prvotno zamišljenog. Točnije, neki i dalje ostavljaju smeće na mjestu gdje su nekoć bili kontejneri.

Čak je i Čistoća, još pred Božić, ukazala na ovo, putem svoje Facebook stranice.

‘Iako je Čistoća Split odmah po dojavi uklonila nelegalno odložen otpad s tri lokacije na Plokitama, građani su ubrzo nakon toga ponovno odložili otpad na ista mjesta‘, napisali su. Ali, ni građani u komentarima nisu ostali dužni: ‘Nikakve obavijesti, podzemni kontejneri po stotinu metara udaljeni od zgrada.....Pa šta ste očekivali? Odnijeli ste obične kontejnere bez obavijesti...‘

Zbog toga su iz ove komunalne tvrtke na Staru godinu organizirali informativni štand na tržnici Plokite na kojem su zainteresirani mogli doznati sve o novom sustavu odvajanja otpada. Tom prilikom je gradonačelnik djelio kese za sortirati otpad. Čini se, nažalost, s umjerenim uspjehom.

Na spomenutoj prezentaciji najnovijih polupodzemnih akvizicija Čistoće je bio i Ivica Karoglan, direktor te firme. Tada je rekao: 

- Odlaganjem otpada u nove spremnike smanjit ćemo nered i neugodne mirise na javnim površinama, povećati količinu otpada kojeg možemo reciklirati i višestruko smanjiti neiskoristiv otpad koji se odlaže na Karepovac, koji je već sada preopterećen.

Ipak, to se nije dogodilo. Još.

Naime, a kako nam javljaju stanovnici kvarta, s ovih odlagališta se širi nesnosan miris, višestruko gori od onoga koji je krasio nekadašnju infrastrukturu. Točnije, smrdi za poludit.

Ovo nam je komentirao sami Karoglan.

- Iz iskustva znam da se neugodni mirisi manje šire iz polupodzemnih spremnika u odnosu na nadzemne spremnike. Međutim, ukolilo naš sugrađanin tvrdi drugačije, naravno da na to ima pravo - kazao je drektor, uz napomenu kako je iskustvo pokazalo da se polupodzemni spremnici prazne svaki dan. Međutim, s povečanjem postotka razvrstavanja, u Čistoći se nadaju rjeđem pražnjenju.

Inače, novi spremnici imaju pet puta veću zapremninu od kontejnera koje su zamijenili, a prazne se posebnim kamionom koji na sebi ima dizalicu za podizanje vreće iz spremnika te su opremljeni specijalnim senzorima pomoću kojih će se prikupljati podaci o otvaranju poklopaca u realnom vremenu, ali će se pratiti i dinamika punjenja, što će u budućnosti omogućiti optimizaciju odvoza otpada.

Direktor Čistoće je rekao i da se vrlo rijetko može sporadično pronaći koja vrećica s otpadom te da su svi stanovnici Plokita informirani putem letaka, radio emisija, usmenom predajom, kao i natpisima na portunima.

Upitali smo Karoglana i što misli i zagrebačkoj praksi u kojoj djelatnici Čistoće pretražuju odloženi kontejnerski otpad kako bi utvrdili ima li nepropisno odloženog sadržaja, pri čemu nastoje identificirati počinitelje.

- Apsolutno sam za tu praksu i razvidno je da u Zagrebu daje dobre rezultate - kazao je.

Uskoro će se u cijelom urbanijem dijelu grada postaviti mreža polupodzemnih kontejnera, a plan je do kraja sljedeće godine imati spremnike za miješani otpad, biootpad, plastiku i papir diljem grada, njih ukupno 400.

Konferencija za medije na temu odvajanja otpada u polupodzemne kontejnere odrzana je u Djakovackoj ulici u kotaru Plokite, govorili su gradonacelnik Ivica Puljak,direktor Cistoce Ivica Karoglan i predsjednik kotara Luka Celar.

Prije točno mjesec dana su svečano otvoreni moderni polupodzemni spremnici na Plokitama - prvom splitskom kvartu koji je imao čast zaprimiti ovu komunalnu inovaciju. 

- Vjerujem kako će stanovnici Plokita svojim primjerom pokazati ostalim splitskim kvartovima koji će tek dobiti polupodzemne spremnike, kako na jednostavan način odvajati otpad i tako pridonijeti čišćem i urednijem Splitu, na ponos sviju nas - tom prigodom je poručio gradonačelnik Puljak.

Ipak, to se nije dogodilo. Još. 

Naime, a kako je vidljivo iz priloženog, dio građanstva tog dijela grada svojim primjerom pokazuje nešto drugo od prvotno zamišljenog. Točnije, neki i dalje ostavljaju smeće na mjestu gdje su nekoć bili kontejneri.

Čak je i Čistoća, još pred Božić, ukazala na ovo, putem svoje Facebook stranice.

‘Iako je Čistoća Split odmah po dojavi uklonila nelegalno odložen otpad s tri lokacije na Plokitama, građani su ubrzo nakon toga ponovno odložili otpad na ista mjesta‘, napisali su. Ali, ni građani u komentarima nisu ostali dužni: ‘Nikakve obavijesti, podzemni kontejneri po stotinu metara udaljeni od zgrada.....Pa šta ste očekivali? Odnijeli ste obične kontejnere bez obavijesti...‘

Zbog toga su iz ove komunalne tvrtke na Staru godinu organizirali informativni štand na tržnici Plokite na kojem su zainteresirani mogli doznati sve o novom sustavu odvajanja otpada. Tom prilikom je gradonačelnik djelio kese za sortirati otpad. Čini se, nažalost, s umjerenim uspjehom.

Na spomenutoj prezentaciji najnovijih polupodzemnih akvizicija Čistoće je bio i Ivica Karoglan, direktor te firme. Tada je rekao: 

- Odlaganjem otpada u nove spremnike smanjit ćemo nered i neugodne mirise na javnim površinama, povećati količinu otpada kojeg možemo reciklirati i višestruko smanjiti neiskoristiv otpad koji se odlaže na Karepovac, koji je već sada preopterećen.

Ipak, to se nije dogodilo. Još.

Naime, a kako nam javljaju stanovnici kvarta, s ovih odlagališta se širi nesnosan miris, višestruko gori od onoga koji je krasio nekadašnju infrastrukturu. Točnije, smrdi za poludit.

Ovo nam je komentirao sami Karoglan.

- Iz iskustva znam da se neugodni mirisi manje šire iz polupodzemnih spremnika u odnosu na nadzemne spremnike. Međutim, ukolilo naš sugrađanin tvrdi drugačije, naravno da na to ima pravo - kazao je drektor, uz napomenu kako je iskustvo pokazalo da se polupodzemni spremnici prazne svaki dan. Međutim, s povečanjem postotka razvrstavanja, u Čistoći se nadaju rjeđem pražnjenju.

Inače, novi spremnici imaju pet puta veću zapremninu od kontejnera koje su zamijenili, a prazne se posebnim kamionom koji na sebi ima dizalicu za podizanje vreće iz spremnika te su opremljeni specijalnim senzorima pomoću kojih će se prikupljati podaci o otvaranju poklopaca u realnom vremenu, ali će se pratiti i dinamika punjenja, što će u budućnosti omogućiti optimizaciju odvoza otpada.

Direktor Čistoće je rekao i da se vrlo rijetko može sporadično pronaći koja vrećica s otpadom te da su svi stanovnici Plokita informirani putem letaka, radio emisija, usmenom predajom, kao i natpisima na portunima.

Upitali smo Karoglana i što misli i zagrebačkoj praksi u kojoj djelatnici Čistoće pretražuju odloženi kontejnerski otpad kako bi utvrdili ima li nepropisno odloženog sadržaja, pri čemu nastoje identificirati počinitelje.

- Apsolutno sam za tu praksu i razvidno je da u Zagrebu daje dobre rezultate - kazao je.

Uskoro će se u cijelom urbanijem dijelu grada postaviti mreža polupodzemnih kontejnera, a plan je do kraja sljedeće godine imati spremnike za miješani otpad, biootpad, plastiku i papir diljem grada, njih ukupno 400.
