Grad Split se u ponedjeljak sastaje s "Hrvatskim cestama" na temu izmjene prometa u trajektnoj luci. Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak želi vratiti dvosmjerni promet kroz luku, a za takvu odluku je izrađen elaborat koji će se idući tjedan predstaviti "Hrvatskim cestama".

- Sigurnost je zaista smanjena kada se prometuje jednosmjerno. Da se nešto dogodi na Jadranskom mostu, sigurnost je ugrožena. Činjenica je i da je javni gradski prijevoz jako mnogo vremena potroši na prolazak kroz luku, a to se događa tijekom cijele godine, što je neefikasno za javni gradski prijevoz - obrazložio je Ivica Puljak.

Istaknuo je kako će takvo rješenje uzrokovati gužve koje su očekivane "tijekom nekoliko ljetnih dana", ali veli da ćemo se morati strpiti "tih dana" kako bi tijekom ostatka godine bio na snazi za njega bolji, dvosmjerni režim prometa.

- Do sada su "Hrvatske ceste" komunicirale takav stav da ono što odluči lokalna samouprava, oni će se složiti. Mislim da će biti tako - prognozira Puljak koji očekuje da će novi prometni režim zaživjeti do početka turističke sezone.

Što se tiče dugoročnih planova s autobusnim kolodvorom, u anketnom natječaju koji je bio raspisan u svrhu uređenja istočne obale, prihvaćeno da je da se mjestu trenutnog autobusnog kolodvora postavi autobusna stanica za putnike.

- Kolodvor bi bio u Kopilici, a rješenje za taj kolodvor ćemo tražiti kroz anketni i urbanistički natječaj - najavio je gradonačelnik.

Komentirao je i današnji prosvjed koji će se održati u Spinutu, te obavijest čelnika Spinuta Luke Kovača Levantina kako je kotar podnio upravnu tužbu kojom se želi preispitati zakonitost odluke Gradskog vijeća o postavljanju pres kontejnera u sportsko-rekreacijskoj zoni.

Ivica Puljak je odgovorio da svatko ima pravo koristiti pravne korake koji su na raspolaganju. Što se tiče ostavljanja pres kontejnera na Bačvicama, rekao je da za to postoji mogućnost ako se vrati dvosmjerni promet kroz trajektnu luku.

- Ako to uspijemo, onda kontejneri mogu ostati na istom mjestu gdje i sada - zaključio je.

Grad Split se u ponedjeljak sastaje s "Hrvatskim cestama" na temu izmjene prometa u trajektnoj luci. Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak želi vratiti dvosmjerni promet kroz luku, a za takvu odluku je izrađen elaborat koji će se idući tjedan predstaviti "Hrvatskim cestama".

- Sigurnost je zaista smanjena kada se prometuje jednosmjerno. Da se nešto dogodi na Jadranskom mostu, sigurnost je ugrožena. Činjenica je i da je javni gradski prijevoz jako mnogo vremena potroši na prolazak kroz luku, a to se događa tijekom cijele godine, što je neefikasno za javni gradski prijevoz - obrazložio je Ivica Puljak.

Istaknuo je kako će takvo rješenje uzrokovati gužve koje su očekivane "tijekom nekoliko ljetnih dana", ali veli da ćemo se morati strpiti "tih dana" kako bi tijekom ostatka godine bio na snazi za njega bolji, dvosmjerni režim prometa.

- Do sada su "Hrvatske ceste" komunicirale takav stav da ono što odluči lokalna samouprava, oni će se složiti. Mislim da će biti tako - prognozira Puljak koji očekuje da će novi prometni režim zaživjeti do početka turističke sezone.

Što se tiče dugoročnih planova s autobusnim kolodvorom, u anketnom natječaju koji je bio raspisan u svrhu uređenja istočne obale, prihvaćeno da je da se mjestu trenutnog autobusnog kolodvora postavi autobusna stanica za putnike.

- Kolodvor bi bio u Kopilici, a rješenje za taj kolodvor ćemo tražiti kroz anketni i urbanistički natječaj - najavio je gradonačelnik.

Komentirao je i današnji prosvjed koji će se održati u Spinutu, te obavijest čelnika Spinuta Luke Kovača Levantina kako je kotar podnio upravnu tužbu kojom se želi preispitati zakonitost odluke Gradskog vijeća o postavljanju pres kontejnera u sportsko-rekreacijskoj zoni.

Ivica Puljak je odgovorio da svatko ima pravo koristiti pravne korake koji su na raspolaganju. Što se tiče ostavljanja pres kontejnera na Bačvicama, rekao je da za to postoji mogućnost ako se vrati dvosmjerni promet kroz trajektnu luku.

- Ako to uspijemo, onda kontejneri mogu ostati na istom mjestu gdje i sada - zaključio je.
