Nakon što je dr. Antonio Alujević za Slobodnu Dalmaciju kazao da je obdukciju prerano preminulog novinara Vladimira Matijanića obavila bolnička patologinja koja nije ovlaštena ni školovana za uzimanje uzoraka za toksikologiju, reagirao je prof. prim. dr. sc. Šimun Anđelinović, predstojnik Kliničkog zavoda za patologiju, sudsku medicinu i citologiju splitskog KBC-a.
Šef Odjela za sudsku medicinu KBC-a Split u šoku: Matijanićevu obdukciju je obavila neovlaštena patologinja, i to van radnog vremena! Bojim se da nije pravovaljana. Ovo se nije smjelo dogoditi!
Očitovanje prenosimo u cijelosti.
- Ovlaštena liječnica specijalist patolog, koja je i ovlašteni mrtvozornik grada Splita, je u sklopu mrtvozorničke službe 05. kolovoza 2022. u 16,11 sati zaprimila poziv na službeni mrtvozornički mobitel kojim je obaviještena da je g. Vladimir Matijanić preminuo na adresi u Splitu.
Odlučila je da je za utvrđivanje točnog uzroka smrti potrebna obdukcija.
Prema Pravilniku o mrtvozorstvu s obdukcijom i utvrđivanjem uzroka smrti obdukcija se mora napraviti što prije, osobito jer se radilo o Covid pozitivnom pacijentu.
Liječnica je obdukciju obavila 06. kolovoza 2022., o čemu je prethodno obavijestila Voditelja Odjela za sudsku medicinu i Pročelnika zavoda za patologiju, sudsku medicinu i citologiju.
Obdukcija je napravljena kao mrtvozornička obdukcija i ista je obavljena sukladno svim pravilima struke.
Držimo potrebnim napomenuti i kako će se temeljem naloga Općinskog državnog odvjetništva Split tkiva uzeta prilikom obdukcije dostaviti centru za forenzična ispitivanja Ivan Vučetić na daljnja vještačenja, dok će se tkiva organa dodatno histološki analizirati te će se nakon svih provedenih analiza dati konačni uzrok smrti - piše u očitovanju iz KBC-a Split.

Nakon što je dr. Antonio Alujević za Slobodnu Dalmaciju kazao da je obdukciju prerano preminulog novinara Vladimira Matijanića obavila bolnička patologinja koja nije ovlaštena ni školovana za uzimanje uzoraka za toksikologiju, reagirao je prof. prim. dr. sc. Šimun Anđelinović, predstojnik Kliničkog zavoda za patologiju, sudsku medicinu i citologiju splitskog KBC-a.
Šef Odjela za sudsku medicinu KBC-a Split u šoku: Matijanićevu obdukciju je obavila neovlaštena patologinja, i to van radnog vremena! Bojim se da nije pravovaljana. Ovo se nije smjelo dogoditi!
Očitovanje prenosimo u cijelosti.
- Ovlaštena liječnica specijalist patolog, koja je i ovlašteni mrtvozornik grada Splita, je u sklopu mrtvozorničke službe 05. kolovoza 2022. u 16,11 sati zaprimila poziv na službeni mrtvozornički mobitel kojim je obaviještena da je g. Vladimir Matijanić preminuo na adresi u Splitu.
Odlučila je da je za utvrđivanje točnog uzroka smrti potrebna obdukcija.
Prema Pravilniku o mrtvozorstvu s obdukcijom i utvrđivanjem uzroka smrti obdukcija se mora napraviti što prije, osobito jer se radilo o Covid pozitivnom pacijentu.
Liječnica je obdukciju obavila 06. kolovoza 2022., o čemu je prethodno obavijestila Voditelja Odjela za sudsku medicinu i Pročelnika zavoda za patologiju, sudsku medicinu i citologiju.
Obdukcija je napravljena kao mrtvozornička obdukcija i ista je obavljena sukladno svim pravilima struke.
Držimo potrebnim napomenuti i kako će se temeljem naloga Općinskog državnog odvjetništva Split tkiva uzeta prilikom obdukcije dostaviti centru za forenzična ispitivanja Ivan Vučetić na daljnja vještačenja, dok će se tkiva organa dodatno histološki analizirati te će se nakon svih provedenih analiza dati konačni uzrok smrti - piše u očitovanju iz KBC-a Split.
