Bila tematska sjednica splitskog Gradskog vijeća o turizmu. Tercijarnoj djelatnosti koja je u ovom gradu postala primarna i određuje sav život i neživot. Naprimjer, sezonski full život i nesezonsku agoniju.

Bila sjednica i prošla sjednica. Bez zaključka, a što bi se tu uopće zaključiti moglo? Stvar je jasna. Kakav je grad za njegove građane, takav je i za turizam. Čistiš radi građana, a ne radi turista, kreiraš sadržaje radi građana, a ne radi turizma, komunališ radi građana, brineš se o javnom dobru radi građana, paziš na zagađeni zrak i vodu radi građana, tako održavaš i zelenilo, ceste, kupališta. Jer sve ono što ne funkcionira građanima, neće funkcionirati ni turistima.

A je li zaista tako? Kao u znak s nebesa čekamo što će turisti reći na naše visoke cijene. Jesu li i njima visoke ili ipak nisu... Oni to zorno pokazuju, radije se zadržavaju oko fast foodova i dućana, alkoholnih shopova, na ulicama, nego u skupim restoranima. Vidjeli su od građana. Imamo turizam onakav kakva nam je vizija grada, dakle.

Eno je predsjednica kotara Grad iznijela stav u ime stanovnika kotara. Kaže, njima nikad nisu smetali štekati, ali im smetaju škovace i buka. Može biti da je ovo rekla samo zato što se u raskolu nezavisnih u tom kotaru priklonila antiivoševićevskoj struji. Bojan im više nije napet pa su ga uboli gdje najviše boli. A to je skroz krivo. Jer smanjivanje broja štekata u gradskoj jezgri nije bilo radi Ivoševića, niti je povijesna jezgra njegova prćija. Niti su javni prostori tamo zbog štekata.

Zbog čega bi, molim vas lijepo, na svaki metar kvadratni slobodnog prostora u Dioklecijanovoj palači i bližoj okolici trebali naleći samo i jedino štekati? Ako je išta nakon pustih godina zasjalo nakon ove intervencije potaknute konzervatorskim smjernicama, onda je to Pjaca. Nikad nije bila ljepša. A samo je dobila zraka i postala ono što jest – trg. Zar smo zaboravili ona ljeta kad je preko Pjace vijao samo jedan uski koridor za prolaz, a sve ostalo bilo je potaracano katrigama i stolovima. Kratko ljudi pamte.

No da se nadovežemo na tvrdnju predsjednice kotara, onda bi se moglo reći ovako: Ako stanovnicima kotara Grad ne smetaju štekati, nego buka i smeće, onda svima nama ostalim građanima Splita ne smetaju buka i škovace u gradskoj jezgri, nego nam smetaju - štekati. I di smo onda? Jer Dioklecijanova palača nije baština samo stanara kotara Grad, nego svih građana. I još šire: budući da je riječ o prostoru koji štiti UNESCO, on je i službeno svjetska baština, pripada cijelom svijetu. A ne samo stanarima, turistima, ugostiteljima i štekatima.

Inače, čula se i jedna zanimljiva brojka, šefica Udruženja ugostitelja Jelena Tabak rekla je da je u povijesnoj jezgri 88 ugostiteljskih objekata i 68 u kontakt zoni. To je 156 ugostiteljstava na vrlo malom prostoru, u manje od deset minuta ga prođete na noge. Kaže Tabak kako ljudi nemaju gdje jesti jer je manje štekata pa jedu na ulici. Da možda ne jedu na ulici jer im je tako jefitnije? A zbog čega ne bi jeli u ostalim dijelovima Splita, kao što se radi u cijelom turističkom svijetu. Zbog čega i ostali gradski ugostitelji ne bi ubrali nešto od milijuna eura koji se slijevaju u grad, bez obzira što su u drugoj, trećoj ili petoj zoni?

Naravno, splitski ugostitelji se žale. Jeste li primijetili da se ijedna struka u Splitu toliko žali koliko ugostitelji? I to najžešće baš oni iz centra. Koji sebi mogu priuštiti da zatvore u listopadu i otvore u svibnju? Tko može zaraditi u par mjeseci toliko da tako može živjeti? Da ne bi slučajno spustili cijene izvan sezone pa i osiromašenim sugrađanima omogućili da se omaste u zajedničkoj nam povijesnoj baštini. Je, drž tvrdo, lansiraju odjeb cijelome svijetu kad završi turistička žetva. Pa kad radiš samo par mjeseci godišnje, onda je i logično da ti treba svaki centimetar kako bi ga poštekatao.

Teško je, preteško održati takav standard. Bidni.

Bila tematska sjednica splitskog Gradskog vijeća o turizmu. Tercijarnoj djelatnosti koja je u ovom gradu postala primarna i određuje sav život i neživot. Naprimjer, sezonski full život i nesezonsku agoniju.

Bila sjednica i prošla sjednica. Bez zaključka, a što bi se tu uopće zaključiti moglo? Stvar je jasna. Kakav je grad za njegove građane, takav je i za turizam. Čistiš radi građana, a ne radi turista, kreiraš sadržaje radi građana, a ne radi turizma, komunališ radi građana, brineš se o javnom dobru radi građana, paziš na zagađeni zrak i vodu radi građana, tako održavaš i zelenilo, ceste, kupališta. Jer sve ono što ne funkcionira građanima, neće funkcionirati ni turistima.

A je li zaista tako? Kao u znak s nebesa čekamo što će turisti reći na naše visoke cijene. Jesu li i njima visoke ili ipak nisu... Oni to zorno pokazuju, radije se zadržavaju oko fast foodova i dućana, alkoholnih shopova, na ulicama, nego u skupim restoranima. Vidjeli su od građana. Imamo turizam onakav kakva nam je vizija grada, dakle.

Eno je predsjednica kotara Grad iznijela stav u ime stanovnika kotara. Kaže, njima nikad nisu smetali štekati, ali im smetaju škovace i buka. Može biti da je ovo rekla samo zato što se u raskolu nezavisnih u tom kotaru priklonila antiivoševićevskoj struji. Bojan im više nije napet pa su ga uboli gdje najviše boli. A to je skroz krivo. Jer smanjivanje broja štekata u gradskoj jezgri nije bilo radi Ivoševića, niti je povijesna jezgra njegova prćija. Niti su javni prostori tamo zbog štekata.

Zbog čega bi, molim vas lijepo, na svaki metar kvadratni slobodnog prostora u Dioklecijanovoj palači i bližoj okolici trebali naleći samo i jedino štekati? Ako je išta nakon pustih godina zasjalo nakon ove intervencije potaknute konzervatorskim smjernicama, onda je to Pjaca. Nikad nije bila ljepša. A samo je dobila zraka i postala ono što jest – trg. Zar smo zaboravili ona ljeta kad je preko Pjace vijao samo jedan uski koridor za prolaz, a sve ostalo bilo je potaracano katrigama i stolovima. Kratko ljudi pamte.

No da se nadovežemo na tvrdnju predsjednice kotara, onda bi se moglo reći ovako: Ako stanovnicima kotara Grad ne smetaju štekati, nego buka i smeće, onda svima nama ostalim građanima Splita ne smetaju buka i škovace u gradskoj jezgri, nego nam smetaju - štekati. I di smo onda? Jer Dioklecijanova palača nije baština samo stanara kotara Grad, nego svih građana. I još šire: budući da je riječ o prostoru koji štiti UNESCO, on je i službeno svjetska baština, pripada cijelom svijetu. A ne samo stanarima, turistima, ugostiteljima i štekatima.

Inače, čula se i jedna zanimljiva brojka, šefica Udruženja ugostitelja Jelena Tabak rekla je da je u povijesnoj jezgri 88 ugostiteljskih objekata i 68 u kontakt zoni. To je 156 ugostiteljstava na vrlo malom prostoru, u manje od deset minuta ga prođete na noge. Kaže Tabak kako ljudi nemaju gdje jesti jer je manje štekata pa jedu na ulici. Da možda ne jedu na ulici jer im je tako jefitnije? A zbog čega ne bi jeli u ostalim dijelovima Splita, kao što se radi u cijelom turističkom svijetu. Zbog čega i ostali gradski ugostitelji ne bi ubrali nešto od milijuna eura koji se slijevaju u grad, bez obzira što su u drugoj, trećoj ili petoj zoni?

Naravno, splitski ugostitelji se žale. Jeste li primijetili da se ijedna struka u Splitu toliko žali koliko ugostitelji? I to najžešće baš oni iz centra. Koji sebi mogu priuštiti da zatvore u listopadu i otvore u svibnju? Tko može zaraditi u par mjeseci toliko da tako može živjeti? Da ne bi slučajno spustili cijene izvan sezone pa i osiromašenim sugrađanima omogućili da se omaste u zajedničkoj nam povijesnoj baštini. Je, drž tvrdo, lansiraju odjeb cijelome svijetu kad završi turistička žetva. Pa kad radiš samo par mjeseci godišnje, onda je i logično da ti treba svaki centimetar kako bi ga poštekatao.

Teško je, preteško održati takav standard. Bidni.
