Prošlo je desetljeće otkada se Splitu dogodio turizam velikih brojki. To je, između ostalog, dovelo do "eksplozije" ugostiteljskih objekata u povijesnoj jezgri. Kafići, restorani, kiosci s brzom hranom..., nicali su i niču na sve strane, a štekati im dođu kao neka vrsta ekstenzija jer ispada da se bez stolova u "bašti" ne da (pozitivno) poslovati.

Zato su brojni štekati iskočili iz svojih gabarita jer su vlasnici ilegalno širili objekte, a gradske vlasti u pravilu žmirile na činjenicu da se javne površine koriste nezakonito. No, aktualna je splitska vlada predvođena zamjenikom gradonačelnika Bojanom Ivoševićem, odlučila uvesti red, što je pozitivno, i oko čega ama baš nitko ne dvoji, no apsurdno je da "čišćenje ilegalaca" neće ugroziti samo ugostitelje koji su kršili zakon, već i one koji su se držali reda?! I takvima će se, u nekim slučajevima, bitno smanjiti kapaciteti, što bi ih u konačnici moglo odvesti u bankrot.

Stari pravilnik

Štošta se promijenilo u gradu, ali pravila o korištenju javnih površina pisana prije "nove ere" (čitaj: Booking.coma i Airbnba, niskobudžetnih aviokompanija) - ne. To bi moglo rezultirati velikim problemima s ugostiteljskim uslugama idućeg ljeta. Sve evidencije pokazuju da broj turista raste, a mi smanjujemo ugostiteljske kapacitete. I to junački! To je blesavo i štetno za gradske financije i radna mjesta, a u konačnici dovodi u pitanje i cjelokupnu turističku ponudu grada.

- Mi već imamo situaciju da nam ljeti gosti čekaju u redovima da bi večerali jer ih nemamo gdje uslužiti. Da apsurd bude veći, unutra vam često prostor zjapi prazan, a vani se očajnički traži stol više. To u konačnici odbija ljude da uopće dolaze u restorane i kafiće u centru Splita. E, sad, promislite što će se tek dogoditi kad smanjimo broj mjesta u restoranima i kafićima ljeti, a broj gostiju se iduće godine, što je realno očekivati - poveća.

Bojim se da će gužve u gradu biti još veće, jer ćete imati turiste na ulicama koji će dugo čekati pred restoranima i kafićima da bi sjeli na večeru ili piće. Naravno da treba uvesti red i poštivati zakone i propise, ali i prilagođavati pravilnike o korištenju javnih površina sukladno vremenu u kojem živimo jer su se s turizmom koji danas imamo u Splitu, stvari u bitnome promijenile. Često je baš gastronomija ta zbog koje se stiže u Split.

Ljudi se prvo dive kulturnoj baštini, a onda žele uživati u jelu i piću ovog podneblja. Svaki ugostitelj kojeg izgubimo jer je ostao bez štekata pa sutra više neće moći raditi je jedan ambasador splitskog turizma manje, jer često smo upravo mi oni koji ih upoznaju s našim jelima, vinima, gradom, a plašim se da će nas iduće godine biti puno manje. Mnogi kolege koji su ostali bez štekata, najavljuju pretvaranje svojih objekata u objekte brze prehrane, a to za ukupnu turističku ponudu Splita jednostavno nije dobro - kaže Danijel Nikolla iz Udruženja ugostitelja grada Splita.    

Režemo granu na kojoj sjedimo

Rješenje je, veli, u dijalogu. Ništa se ne bi smjelo prelamati preko koljena.

- Razmotrimo ako treba svaki slučaj posebno i nađimo rješenje koje će biti na korist Gradu, građanima, ugostiteljima ali i našim domaćim i stranim gostima. Javna savjetovanja su dobar put koji moramo slijediti. Iskreno govoreći, mi smo poduzetnici nerijetko žrtve stalnih mijenjanja pravila. Danas nabavite jednu vrstu ugostiteljske opreme, a već iduće godine ona ne udovoljava propisima pa je ne možete više ni prodati ni darovati, jer kao takva nikome ne treba. Takve nas odluke skupo koštaju - kaže Nikolla.

Kad su se kao problem pojavili mirisi iz ugostiteljskih kuhinja koji su se širili gradskom jezgrom i smetali stanarima, mnogi vlasnici odlučili su nabaviti skupu restoransku opremu kako bi to riješili, no danas, bez štekata pred objektom, osuđeni su na zatvaranje.

- I to ne samo da košta, već je procedura koja vas na tom putu čeka jako komplicirana. Znači, ima ugostitelja koji su sve to prošli, da bi sad bili u situaciji da zbog smanjivanja kapaciteta razmišljaju o napuštanju ovog posla. Treba razumjeti i te ljude. Rat protiv nelegalnih štekata ne smije se pretvoriti u lov na vještice - poručuje Danijel Nikolla. 

To bi u konačnici značilo gubitak radnih mjesta i manje prihode za Grad i državu.         

- Ponavljam još jednom, nitko od splitskih ugostitelja nije protiv komunalnog reda u gradskoj jezgri jer i nama to olakšava posao, ali s velikim oprezom treba pristupati svakom slučaju jer ne smijemo rezati granu na kojoj sjedimo. U Split se dolazi i zbog izvrsne hrane, i svi smo svjedoci da je u tom smislu ponuda kudikamo bolja nego što je bila prije desetak godina, pa to ne smijemo uništiti, već i dalje raditi na tome da kvaliteta ponude raste na korist Splićanima i strancima, cijeloj lokalnoj zajednici i ugostiteljima - zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Pokretni štekati

Umjesto ostakljenih štekata "u komadu", ugostitelji sada stavljaju pokretne, čija stakla spuštaju do dozvoljene razine, pa ih opet podižu uvis kako bi dobili zatvorene prostore u slučaju lošeg vremena. I to je jedan od apsurda koji je na djelu: "akvariji lete ća", a zamijenit će ih mobilni staklenici s kojima ugostitelji barataju po potrebi, a da bi udovoljili inspekciji s jedne, i gostima koji se ne žele smrzavati s druge strane. Ispada da će od svega najviše profitirati trgovci ugostiteljskom opremom.

Prošlo je desetljeće otkada se Splitu dogodio turizam velikih brojki. To je, između ostalog, dovelo do "eksplozije" ugostiteljskih objekata u povijesnoj jezgri. Kafići, restorani, kiosci s brzom hranom..., nicali su i niču na sve strane, a štekati im dođu kao neka vrsta ekstenzija jer ispada da se bez stolova u "bašti" ne da (pozitivno) poslovati.

Zato su brojni štekati iskočili iz svojih gabarita jer su vlasnici ilegalno širili objekte, a gradske vlasti u pravilu žmirile na činjenicu da se javne površine koriste nezakonito. No, aktualna je splitska vlada predvođena zamjenikom gradonačelnika Bojanom Ivoševićem, odlučila uvesti red, što je pozitivno, i oko čega ama baš nitko ne dvoji, no apsurdno je da "čišćenje ilegalaca" neće ugroziti samo ugostitelje koji su kršili zakon, već i one koji su se držali reda?! I takvima će se, u nekim slučajevima, bitno smanjiti kapaciteti, što bi ih u konačnici moglo odvesti u bankrot.

Stari pravilnik

Štošta se promijenilo u gradu, ali pravila o korištenju javnih površina pisana prije "nove ere" (čitaj: Booking.coma i Airbnba, niskobudžetnih aviokompanija) - ne. To bi moglo rezultirati velikim problemima s ugostiteljskim uslugama idućeg ljeta. Sve evidencije pokazuju da broj turista raste, a mi smanjujemo ugostiteljske kapacitete. I to junački! To je blesavo i štetno za gradske financije i radna mjesta, a u konačnici dovodi u pitanje i cjelokupnu turističku ponudu grada.

- Mi već imamo situaciju da nam ljeti gosti čekaju u redovima da bi večerali jer ih nemamo gdje uslužiti. Da apsurd bude veći, unutra vam često prostor zjapi prazan, a vani se očajnički traži stol više. To u konačnici odbija ljude da uopće dolaze u restorane i kafiće u centru Splita. E, sad, promislite što će se tek dogoditi kad smanjimo broj mjesta u restoranima i kafićima ljeti, a broj gostiju se iduće godine, što je realno očekivati - poveća.

Bojim se da će gužve u gradu biti još veće, jer ćete imati turiste na ulicama koji će dugo čekati pred restoranima i kafićima da bi sjeli na večeru ili piće. Naravno da treba uvesti red i poštivati zakone i propise, ali i prilagođavati pravilnike o korištenju javnih površina sukladno vremenu u kojem živimo jer su se s turizmom koji danas imamo u Splitu, stvari u bitnome promijenile. Često je baš gastronomija ta zbog koje se stiže u Split.

Ljudi se prvo dive kulturnoj baštini, a onda žele uživati u jelu i piću ovog podneblja. Svaki ugostitelj kojeg izgubimo jer je ostao bez štekata pa sutra više neće moći raditi je jedan ambasador splitskog turizma manje, jer često smo upravo mi oni koji ih upoznaju s našim jelima, vinima, gradom, a plašim se da će nas iduće godine biti puno manje. Mnogi kolege koji su ostali bez štekata, najavljuju pretvaranje svojih objekata u objekte brze prehrane, a to za ukupnu turističku ponudu Splita jednostavno nije dobro - kaže Danijel Nikolla iz Udruženja ugostitelja grada Splita.    

Režemo granu na kojoj sjedimo

Rješenje je, veli, u dijalogu. Ništa se ne bi smjelo prelamati preko koljena.

- Razmotrimo ako treba svaki slučaj posebno i nađimo rješenje koje će biti na korist Gradu, građanima, ugostiteljima ali i našim domaćim i stranim gostima. Javna savjetovanja su dobar put koji moramo slijediti. Iskreno govoreći, mi smo poduzetnici nerijetko žrtve stalnih mijenjanja pravila. Danas nabavite jednu vrstu ugostiteljske opreme, a već iduće godine ona ne udovoljava propisima pa je ne možete više ni prodati ni darovati, jer kao takva nikome ne treba. Takve nas odluke skupo koštaju - kaže Nikolla.

Kad su se kao problem pojavili mirisi iz ugostiteljskih kuhinja koji su se širili gradskom jezgrom i smetali stanarima, mnogi vlasnici odlučili su nabaviti skupu restoransku opremu kako bi to riješili, no danas, bez štekata pred objektom, osuđeni su na zatvaranje.

- I to ne samo da košta, već je procedura koja vas na tom putu čeka jako komplicirana. Znači, ima ugostitelja koji su sve to prošli, da bi sad bili u situaciji da zbog smanjivanja kapaciteta razmišljaju o napuštanju ovog posla. Treba razumjeti i te ljude. Rat protiv nelegalnih štekata ne smije se pretvoriti u lov na vještice - poručuje Danijel Nikolla. 

To bi u konačnici značilo gubitak radnih mjesta i manje prihode za Grad i državu.         

- Ponavljam još jednom, nitko od splitskih ugostitelja nije protiv komunalnog reda u gradskoj jezgri jer i nama to olakšava posao, ali s velikim oprezom treba pristupati svakom slučaju jer ne smijemo rezati granu na kojoj sjedimo. U Split se dolazi i zbog izvrsne hrane, i svi smo svjedoci da je u tom smislu ponuda kudikamo bolja nego što je bila prije desetak godina, pa to ne smijemo uništiti, već i dalje raditi na tome da kvaliteta ponude raste na korist Splićanima i strancima, cijeloj lokalnoj zajednici i ugostiteljima - zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Pokretni štekati

Umjesto ostakljenih štekata "u komadu", ugostitelji sada stavljaju pokretne, čija stakla spuštaju do dozvoljene razine, pa ih opet podižu uvis kako bi dobili zatvorene prostore u slučaju lošeg vremena. I to je jedan od apsurda koji je na djelu: "akvariji lete ća", a zamijenit će ih mobilni staklenici s kojima ugostitelji barataju po potrebi, a da bi udovoljili inspekciji s jedne, i gostima koji se ne žele smrzavati s druge strane. Ispada da će od svega najviše profitirati trgovci ugostiteljskom opremom.
