Pismo je, osim vatre i kotača, a trenutačno i zaštitnih maskica, temelj civiliziranog društva.

Osnova modernog civiliziranog društva je i depresija te cinizam, ali ipak ćemo nastaviti s nešto lepršavijim i vedrijim tonom te izbjeći alarmantne brojke.

Pitate se koliko čitaju stanovnici Smojina grada? Što najviše čitaju i je li se književni odabir promijenio u doba korona-krize, saznali smo u razgovoru s knjižničarima iz Gradske knjižnice "Marko Marulić" te smo porazgovarali s nekoliko knjigoljubaca ili po naški "knjiških moljaca".

– Ako mene pitate, kao svaka prava studentica psihologije, najviše volim knjige mentalne tematike. Zaljubljenica san u Martina Selingmana i Jorgea Bucaya, ali i djela Gabriela Garcíe Márqueza​ teško ispuštam iz ruku – govori nam simpatična sugovornica Antica Mimica i dodaje kako joj se čini da su mladi sve više skloni drugim medijima, a sve manje posežu za dobrim, kvalitetnim, papirnatim štivom.

Kako bi smo saznali gole činjenice o afinitetima naših sugrađana, upitali smo knjižničare Gradske knjižnice "Marko Marulić" koje knjige Splićani najviše "gutaju".

Sve više mladih članova

– Velik dio članova su djeca i mladi do 18 godina i taj je broj u porastu, posebice otkad smo 2018. godine za tu kategoriju korisnika smanjili iznos godišnje članarine sa 100 na 60 kuna.

Nastojimo njegovati i zadržati stečenu ljubav prema knjigama izvan lektire pa smo tako za one "nonšalantnije" članove odlučili odabrati jedan dan u mjesecu studenom kako bismo im omogućili da vrate knjigu a da ne plate zakasninu – kaže nam knjižničarka i dodaje kako se od neobvezne literature čita najčešće neobvezna forma stripa.

Da je Broj 1 iz "Alana Forda" svaki put dobio novčić kada je puhnuo svjećicu na torti, sigurno bi dio honorara utrošio na preuređenje cvjećarnice.

Djeca najviše čitaju književni serijal "Darcy Burdock" britanske spisateljice​Laure Dockrill, sve naslove Davida Williamsa, Geronima Stiltona, a "Harry Potter" i dalje odgaja mlade generacije...

Aktualni su i dječji krimići Hrvoja Kovačevića, Anice i Jakova​, a roditelji vole birati spoznajne slikovnice za svoju djecu – tvrdi nam knjižničarka odjela za djecu i mlade te domeće kako su lektire uvijek aktualne.

Odrasli su udubljeni, kako tvrde, u nešto ozbiljniju tematiku.

Na odjelima za odrasle korisnike trenutačno se najviše bira, već godinama, četiri nastavka knjige "Genijalne prijateljice" talijanske autorice Elene Ferrante te je vrlo tražena turska spisateljica Elif Shafak.

Među deset najtraženijih naslova našlo se i djelo "U malu je uša đava" naše Tisje Kljaković Braić.

Za sve one koji kao izliku koriste onu "nemam ja novca za kulturno uzdizanje" prenijeli bismo citat Austina Phelpsa: "Nosi stari kaput i kupi novu knjigu".

Pismo je, osim vatre i kotača, a trenutačno i zaštitnih maskica, temelj civiliziranog društva.

Osnova modernog civiliziranog društva je i depresija te cinizam, ali ipak ćemo nastaviti s nešto lepršavijim i vedrijim tonom te izbjeći alarmantne brojke.

Pitate se koliko čitaju stanovnici Smojina grada? Što najviše čitaju i je li se književni odabir promijenio u doba korona-krize, saznali smo u razgovoru s knjižničarima iz Gradske knjižnice "Marko Marulić" te smo porazgovarali s nekoliko knjigoljubaca ili po naški "knjiških moljaca".

– Ako mene pitate, kao svaka prava studentica psihologije, najviše volim knjige mentalne tematike. Zaljubljenica san u Martina Selingmana i Jorgea Bucaya, ali i djela Gabriela Garcíe Márqueza​ teško ispuštam iz ruku – govori nam simpatična sugovornica Antica Mimica i dodaje kako joj se čini da su mladi sve više skloni drugim medijima, a sve manje posežu za dobrim, kvalitetnim, papirnatim štivom.

Kako bi smo saznali gole činjenice o afinitetima naših sugrađana, upitali smo knjižničare Gradske knjižnice "Marko Marulić" koje knjige Splićani najviše "gutaju".

Sve više mladih članova

– Velik dio članova su djeca i mladi do 18 godina i taj je broj u porastu, posebice otkad smo 2018. godine za tu kategoriju korisnika smanjili iznos godišnje članarine sa 100 na 60 kuna.

Nastojimo njegovati i zadržati stečenu ljubav prema knjigama izvan lektire pa smo tako za one "nonšalantnije" članove odlučili odabrati jedan dan u mjesecu studenom kako bismo im omogućili da vrate knjigu a da ne plate zakasninu – kaže nam knjižničarka i dodaje kako se od neobvezne literature čita najčešće neobvezna forma stripa.

Da je Broj 1 iz "Alana Forda" svaki put dobio novčić kada je puhnuo svjećicu na torti, sigurno bi dio honorara utrošio na preuređenje cvjećarnice.

Djeca najviše čitaju književni serijal "Darcy Burdock" britanske spisateljice​Laure Dockrill, sve naslove Davida Williamsa, Geronima Stiltona, a "Harry Potter" i dalje odgaja mlade generacije...

Aktualni su i dječji krimići Hrvoja Kovačevića, Anice i Jakova​, a roditelji vole birati spoznajne slikovnice za svoju djecu – tvrdi nam knjižničarka odjela za djecu i mlade te domeće kako su lektire uvijek aktualne.

Odrasli su udubljeni, kako tvrde, u nešto ozbiljniju tematiku.

Na odjelima za odrasle korisnike trenutačno se najviše bira, već godinama, četiri nastavka knjige "Genijalne prijateljice" talijanske autorice Elene Ferrante te je vrlo tražena turska spisateljica Elif Shafak.

Među deset najtraženijih naslova našlo se i djelo "U malu je uša đava" naše Tisje Kljaković Braić.

Za sve one koji kao izliku koriste onu "nemam ja novca za kulturno uzdizanje" prenijeli bismo citat Austina Phelpsa: "Nosi stari kaput i kupi novu knjigu".
