Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo otvorilo je istragu protivJure Šundova, Kerumovog zamjenika u HGS-u i predsjednika Gradskog vijeća Splita. Šundov je ispitan u Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu nakon što ga je prije mjesec dana prijavila splitska policija za prevaru, odnosno, lažni 30-postotni invaliditet iz rata i štetu od 103 tisuća kuna.
Doneseno rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 57-godišnjaka zbog prijevare
Na svojim stranicama Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo je objavilo rješenje i provođenju istrage zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela prijevare iz članka 236. stavak 2. u svezi stavka 1. Kaznenog zakona/11. (17. 10. 2017.)
Splitska policija prijavila Juru Šundova: lažni invalid koji je od države izvukao više od 100 tisuća kuna je Kerumov zamjenik i predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća?!
Unatoč 13 potpisa za razrješenjem, Šundov ostaje predsjednik Gradskog vijeća: Ne možete mi vi suditi, ja sam Jure Šundov, znam tko sam i kamo idem!

Na temelju tog rješenja i rješenja donesenih u postupku nastavnog priznavanja istog statusa, koja su utemeljena na rješenju od 27. prosinca 2007., od l. siječnja 2006. do 31. ožujka 2017. okrivljeniku je isplaćen ukupan iznos od 20.655,00 kuna na ime osobne invalidnine, a od 2008. do 2016. godine zbog korištenja olakšice za hrvatskog ratnog vojnog invalida 30 posto pri utvrđivanju poreza na dohodak umanjene su godišnje obveze poreza i prireza u ukupnom iznosu od 248.120,73 kune.
Počinjenjem ovog kaznenog djela, okrivljenik je ostvario nepripadajuću imovinsku korist u ukupnom iznosu od 268.775,73 kune i time oštetio državni proračun Republike Hrvatske.
Rješenje o pokretanju istrage je nepravomoćno, a ako i kada postane pravomoćno, otpočet će i kazneni postupak

Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo otvorilo je istragu protivJure Šundova, Kerumovog zamjenika u HGS-u i predsjednika Gradskog vijeća Splita. Šundov je ispitan u Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu nakon što ga je prije mjesec dana prijavila splitska policija za prevaru, odnosno, lažni 30-postotni invaliditet iz rata i štetu od 103 tisuća kuna.
Doneseno rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv 57-godišnjaka zbog prijevare
Na svojim stranicama Općinsko Državno odvjetništvo je objavilo rješenje i provođenju istrage zbog osnovane sumnje na počinjenje kaznenog djela prijevare iz članka 236. stavak 2. u svezi stavka 1. Kaznenog zakona/11. (17. 10. 2017.)
Splitska policija prijavila Juru Šundova: lažni invalid koji je od države izvukao više od 100 tisuća kuna je Kerumov zamjenik i predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća?!
Unatoč 13 potpisa za razrješenjem, Šundov ostaje predsjednik Gradskog vijeća: Ne možete mi vi suditi, ja sam Jure Šundov, znam tko sam i kamo idem!
Nevjerojatna priča predsjednika splitskog Gradskog vijeća i desne ruke Željka Keruma: evo kako je Jure Šundov postao 'invalid' Domovinskog rata!
Na temelju tog rješenja i rješenja donesenih u postupku nastavnog priznavanja istog statusa, koja su utemeljena na rješenju od 27. prosinca 2007., od l. siječnja 2006. do 31. ožujka 2017. okrivljeniku je isplaćen ukupan iznos od 20.655,00 kuna na ime osobne invalidnine, a od 2008. do 2016. godine zbog korištenja olakšice za hrvatskog ratnog vojnog invalida 30 posto pri utvrđivanju poreza na dohodak umanjene su godišnje obveze poreza i prireza u ukupnom iznosu od 248.120,73 kune.
Počinjenjem ovog kaznenog djela, okrivljenik je ostvario nepripadajuću imovinsku korist u ukupnom iznosu od 268.775,73 kune i time oštetio državni proračun Republike Hrvatske.
Rješenje o pokretanju istrage je nepravomoćno, a ako i kada postane pravomoćno, otpočet će i kazneni postupak
