Grad Split je nakon 10 dana od upita "Slobodne Dalmacije" da nam dostavi podatke o najvećim dužnicima, crnu listu objavio na svojim službenim web stranicama.

Ne znamo jesu li se možda u Banovini zabunili za medij, ali prije toga je popis ovog vikenda osvanuo na jednom nacionalnom portalu, ali taj nije bio naš.

Tako unatoč obećanju Maje Đerek, savjetnice gradonačelnika za gradsku imovinu, od popisa dugovanja za poslovne prostore koji je danima čekala naša kolegica Gabrijela Radanović - ni pisma ni razglednice.

Kako bilo, lista je javna, a na neslavnom prvom mjestu dužnika nalazi se, kako je javnosti već poznato, tvrtka "Ultraviolet" koja u vlasništvu ima popularni klub "Ghetto" na Dosudu čije je dugovanje prema Gradu premašilo dva milijuna kuna.

Na drugom je mjestu Blaženko Bonomi, o kojem je "Slobodna" nedavno pisala u kontekstu otkrivanja i kompromitiranja lokacije kriznog centra za žene koju je odao zamjenik gradonačelnika Antonio Kuzmanić.

Naime, prvotna je ideja Grada bila na mjestu boutique hotela "Bačvice" na Šetalištu Bačvice organizirati krizni centar nakon što se gradski prostor isprazni. Najmoprimcu Bonomiju je 25. listopada poslana obavijest da Grad s njim ne namjerava potpisati novi ugovor te da u roku od 15 dana mora vratiti ključeve, jer će ga u protivnom Grad deložirati.

Prostor na Šetalištu Bačvice

Bonomi je kroz godine poslovanja "prikupio" 1,7 milijuna kuna prema Banovini za dva poslovna prostora - osim ovoga na Bačvicama, drugi je smješten u Ulici Domovinskog rata, a Grad je već preuzeo upravljanje nad tom nekretninom.

Na trećem mjestu je tvrtka "Galeb" d.d. s dugom od 1,33 milijuna kuna, koji je u kategoriji sumnjivih i spornih potraživanja, dok je na četvrtom Državni hidrometeorološki zavod koji je nakupio gotovo 927 tisuća duga.

Među prvih deset, osim navedenih, nalaze se tvrtke koje su ili brisane iz sudskog registra ili su u stečaju, tako da na naplatu takvih potraživanja Grad može zaboraviti.

Na sedmom mjestu po iznosu dugovanja našao se i Dom zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije koji je Gradu dužan preko 814.000 kuna!

Jedan od većih dužnika je svakako i tvrtka "Dalmacijakoncert" (radi se o tvrtki iz bivše Jugoslavije koja ne postoji već gotovo 30 godina, op.a.) kojoj se piše dugovanje od gotovo 600 tisuća kuna, ali i Centar za strane jezike s dugom od 553.771 kunom.

Nije naodmet navesti da je među onima koji nisu podmirili svoje obveze i gradska tvrtka "Parkovi i nasadi" koji su Gradu dužni skoro 104 tisuće kuna, kao i stranka HDZ s dugom od 41.368,75 kuna, pa Fakultet građevinarstva 37.634,70 kuna...

Grad Split je nakon 10 dana od upita "Slobodne Dalmacije" da nam dostavi podatke o najvećim dužnicima, crnu listu objavio na svojim službenim web stranicama.

Ne znamo jesu li se možda u Banovini zabunili za medij, ali prije toga je popis ovog vikenda osvanuo na jednom nacionalnom portalu, ali taj nije bio naš.

Tako unatoč obećanju Maje Đerek, savjetnice gradonačelnika za gradsku imovinu, od popisa dugovanja za poslovne prostore koji je danima čekala naša kolegica Gabrijela Radanović - ni pisma ni razglednice.

Kako bilo, lista je javna, a na neslavnom prvom mjestu dužnika nalazi se, kako je javnosti već poznato, tvrtka "Ultraviolet" koja u vlasništvu ima popularni klub "Ghetto" na Dosudu čije je dugovanje prema Gradu premašilo dva milijuna kuna.

Na drugom je mjestu Blaženko Bonomi, o kojem je "Slobodna" nedavno pisala u kontekstu otkrivanja i kompromitiranja lokacije kriznog centra za žene koju je odao zamjenik gradonačelnika Antonio Kuzmanić.

Naime, prvotna je ideja Grada bila na mjestu boutique hotela "Bačvice" na Šetalištu Bačvice organizirati krizni centar nakon što se gradski prostor isprazni. Najmoprimcu Bonomiju je 25. listopada poslana obavijest da Grad s njim ne namjerava potpisati novi ugovor te da u roku od 15 dana mora vratiti ključeve, jer će ga u protivnom Grad deložirati.

Bonomi je kroz godine poslovanja "prikupio" 1,7 milijuna kuna prema Banovini za dva poslovna prostora - osim ovoga na Bačvicama, drugi je smješten u Ulici Domovinskog rata, a Grad je već preuzeo upravljanje nad tom nekretninom.

Na trećem mjestu je tvrtka "Galeb" d.d. s dugom od 1,33 milijuna kuna, koji je u kategoriji sumnjivih i spornih potraživanja, dok je na četvrtom Državni hidrometeorološki zavod koji je nakupio gotovo 927 tisuća duga.

Među prvih deset, osim navedenih, nalaze se tvrtke koje su ili brisane iz sudskog registra ili su u stečaju, tako da na naplatu takvih potraživanja Grad može zaboraviti.

Na sedmom mjestu po iznosu dugovanja našao se i Dom zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije koji je Gradu dužan preko 814.000 kuna!

Jedan od većih dužnika je svakako i tvrtka "Dalmacijakoncert" (radi se o tvrtki iz bivše Jugoslavije koja ne postoji već gotovo 30 godina, op.a.) kojoj se piše dugovanje od gotovo 600 tisuća kuna, ali i Centar za strane jezike s dugom od 553.771 kunom.

Nije naodmet navesti da je među onima koji nisu podmirili svoje obveze i gradska tvrtka "Parkovi i nasadi" koji su Gradu dužni skoro 104 tisuće kuna, kao i stranka HDZ s dugom od 41.368,75 kuna, pa Fakultet građevinarstva 37.634,70 kuna...
