Splitska policija provedenim je očevidom, kako smo neslužbeno doznali, utvrdila da u postupanju vozača automobila koji je u utorak navečer oko 21.20 sati u ulici Antofagaste u Splitu oborio maloljetnog dječaka, nema elemenata kaznenog djela.

Prevedeno, to znači da je vozač vozio prilagođenom brzinom od strane Poljuda u smjeru stadiona NK Split te da je prošao kroz zeleno svjetlo za svoj smjer kretanja.

Kako doznajemo, dječak kojeg je udario automobilom u tom je trenutku, dok mu je bilo označeno crveno svjetlo na semaforu za pješake, prelazio preko pješačkog prijelaza. Od posljedica udarca dječak je odbačen nekoliko metara te je prilikom pada zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede pa je prevezen u bolnicu gdje mu se liječnici još uvijek bore za život.

- Policijski su službenici obavili očevid te će o rezultatima istog nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu biti podneseno posebno izvješće - doznajemo u srijedu ujutro iz policije.

Spomenimo i da na navedenom semaforu postoji realan problem koji se odnosi na vrlo kratko trajanje zelenog svjetla za prijelaz pješaka od samo nekoliko sekundi dok pješaci moraju i po više od pet minuta čekati da im se isto svjetlo upali. Sve to ponekad stavlja na kušnju strpljivost onih koji čekaju da mogu prijeći preko pješačkog prijelaza, a posebno djece koja iz zgrada u ulici Antofagaste u velikom broju prelaze cestu prema školi Skalice.

Splitska policija provedenim je očevidom, kako smo neslužbeno doznali, utvrdila da u postupanju vozača automobila koji je u utorak navečer oko 21.20 sati u ulici Antofagaste u Splitu oborio maloljetnog dječaka, nema elemenata kaznenog djela.

Prevedeno, to znači da je vozač vozio prilagođenom brzinom od strane Poljuda u smjeru stadiona NK Split te da je prošao kroz zeleno svjetlo za svoj smjer kretanja.

Kako doznajemo, dječak kojeg je udario automobilom u tom je trenutku, dok mu je bilo označeno crveno svjetlo na semaforu za pješake, prelazio preko pješačkog prijelaza. Od posljedica udarca dječak je odbačen nekoliko metara te je prilikom pada zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede pa je prevezen u bolnicu gdje mu se liječnici još uvijek bore za život.

- Policijski su službenici obavili očevid te će o rezultatima istog nadležnom Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu biti podneseno posebno izvješće - doznajemo u srijedu ujutro iz policije.

Spomenimo i da na navedenom semaforu postoji realan problem koji se odnosi na vrlo kratko trajanje zelenog svjetla za prijelaz pješaka od samo nekoliko sekundi dok pješaci moraju i po više od pet minuta čekati da im se isto svjetlo upali. Sve to ponekad stavlja na kušnju strpljivost onih koji čekaju da mogu prijeći preko pješačkog prijelaza, a posebno djece koja iz zgrada u ulici Antofagaste u velikom broju prelaze cestu prema školi Skalice.

Splitska policija provedenim je očevidom, kako smo neslužbeno doznali, utvrdila da u postupanju vozača automobila koji je u utorak navečer oko 21.20 sati u ulici Antofagaste u Splitu oborio maloljetnog dječaka, nema elemenata kaznenog djela.

Prevedeno, to znači da je vozač vozio prilagođenom brzinom od strane Poljuda u smjeru stadiona NK Split te da je prošao kroz zeleno svjetlo za svoj smjer kretanja.

Kako doznajemo, dječak kojeg je udario automobilom u tom je trenutku, dok mu je bilo označeno crveno svjetlo na semaforu za pješake, prelazio preko pješačkog prijelaza. Od posljedica udarca dječak je odbačen nekoliko metara te je prilikom pada zadobio teške tjelesne ozljede pa je prevezen u bolnicu gdje mu se liječnici još uvijek bore za život.
