Nešto više od mjesec dana nakon potpisanog ugovora, gotovo šokantnog za naše prilike, stanje s ‘prometom u mirovanju‘ na istočnoj granici splitskog gradskog kotara Trstenik je - vrlo dobro!
Previše zanimljivosti u samo jednoj rečenici, potrebno je preciznije elaborirati o čemu je riječ. Makar stanovnici Papandopulove i obližnjih ulica, ali i oni najzapadniji stanovnici Mertojaka, vrlo dobro znaju što je na stvari.
Kako već neko vrijeme traju radovi na izgradnji Kauflandovog prodajnog centra u onoj nekadašnjoj ‘rupi‘ uz Poljičku, odmah iznad zgrade bivšeg Uzora, tako su stanari ostali bez jednog 30-40 mjesta za parkiranje na makadamskoj, neuređenoj površini. Kako je, svi znamo, manjak parkirališta glavni problem u gradu, tako je početak radova značio za toliko još manje mjesta za limene ljubimce...

Slaba je utjeha stanarima bila činjenica da u cijelom projektu izgradnje trgovačkog centra sudjeluje i Banovina, točnije u dijelu izgradnje javnih garaža. Uz Kaufland i parkiralište koje će biti besplatno za kupce tog trgovačkog centra, na istoj lokaciji Grad Split sudjeluje u projektu sa sedam milijuna eura koliko vrijedi izgradnja javnih garaža sa gotovo 300 novih mjesta!
Najavljeni rok za dovršenje javne garaže (s javnim sadržajima na vrhu po uzoru na garažu na Lokvama, najavili su iz gradske uprave) je godinu dana, dakle negdje u prosincu ove godine bi trebalo sve biti završeno, plus koji mjesec jer loše vrijeme produljuje rok...

U međuvremenu se, međutim, dogodilo pravo čudo. Na privatnoj parceli preko puta Velebitske, malo ispod Doma zdravlja Mertojak, niknuo je uređeni makadamski parking za najmanje stotinjak automobila! Kako je prije mjesec dana objavio čelni čovjek kotara Trstenik Damir Barbir, također nezavisni gradski vijećnik, Grad Split i tvrtka Zdenac d.o.o. nekadašnjeg vlasnika Studenca Josipa Milavića (dakle vlasnici ove parcele) potpisali su ugovor o besplatnom ustupanju tog vrijednog zemljišta Gradu Splitu na godinu dana, upravo kako bi se uredilo privremeno parkiralište za stanare okolnih zgrada.

I doista, taj prostor je praktički svakodnevno pun vozila, što je kako doznajemo od nekoliko stanara Papandopulove, značajno olakšalo parkiranje.
- Pogotovo nakon završetka radnog vremena ili navečer, prije smo gotovo satima kružili tražeći mjesto, a sada praktički uvijek ima slobodno neko mjesto za parking - prezadovoljni su stanari s kojima smo razgovarali.

Pohvale dakle zaslužuju praktički svi u ovoj priči, od predsjednika kotara Barbira, preko gradske uprave, do možda i najvelikodušnijeg u ovom slučaju (dobro, još ostaje vidjeti hoće li se nekad u budućnosti pozvati na ovaj ustupak), vlasnika zemljišta...
Iz Banovine smo neslužbeno doznali kako radovi na javnim garažama u sklopu Kauflanda napreduju očekivanim tempom, no sve i ako se neplanirano oduži izgradnja, čini se da postoji načelni dogovor i volja da se privremeni parking na parceli bivšeg vlasnika Studenca koristi i nakon ugovorenih godinu dana.

Nešto više od mjesec dana nakon potpisanog ugovora, gotovo šokantnog za naše prilike, stanje s ‘prometom u mirovanju‘ na istočnoj granici splitskog gradskog kotara Trstenik je - vrlo dobro!
Previše zanimljivosti u samo jednoj rečenici, potrebno je preciznije elaborirati o čemu je riječ. Makar stanovnici Papandopulove i obližnjih ulica, ali i oni najzapadniji stanovnici Mertojaka, vrlo dobro znaju što je na stvari.
Kako već neko vrijeme traju radovi na izgradnji Kauflandovog prodajnog centra u onoj nekadašnjoj ‘rupi‘ uz Poljičku, odmah iznad zgrade bivšeg Uzora, tako su stanari ostali bez jednog 30-40 mjesta za parkiranje na makadamskoj, neuređenoj površini. Kako je, svi znamo, manjak parkirališta glavni problem u gradu, tako je početak radova značio za toliko još manje mjesta za limene ljubimce...

Slaba je utjeha stanarima bila činjenica da u cijelom projektu izgradnje trgovačkog centra sudjeluje i Banovina, točnije u dijelu izgradnje javnih garaža. Uz Kaufland i parkiralište koje će biti besplatno za kupce tog trgovačkog centra, na istoj lokaciji Grad Split sudjeluje u projektu sa sedam milijuna eura koliko vrijedi izgradnja javnih garaža sa gotovo 300 novih mjesta!
Najavljeni rok za dovršenje javne garaže (s javnim sadržajima na vrhu po uzoru na garažu na Lokvama, najavili su iz gradske uprave) je godinu dana, dakle negdje u prosincu ove godine bi trebalo sve biti završeno, plus koji mjesec jer loše vrijeme produljuje rok...

U međuvremenu se, međutim, dogodilo pravo čudo. Na privatnoj parceli preko puta Velebitske, malo ispod Doma zdravlja Mertojak, niknuo je uređeni makadamski parking za najmanje stotinjak automobila! Kako je prije mjesec dana objavio čelni čovjek kotara Trstenik Damir Barbir, također nezavisni gradski vijećnik, Grad Split i tvrtka Zdenac d.o.o. nekadašnjeg vlasnika Studenca Josipa Milavića (dakle vlasnici ove parcele) potpisali su ugovor o besplatnom ustupanju tog vrijednog zemljišta Gradu Splitu na godinu dana, upravo kako bi se uredilo privremeno parkiralište za stanare okolnih zgrada.

I doista, taj prostor je praktički svakodnevno pun vozila, što je kako doznajemo od nekoliko stanara Papandopulove, značajno olakšalo parkiranje.
- Pogotovo nakon završetka radnog vremena ili navečer, prije smo gotovo satima kružili tražeći mjesto, a sada praktički uvijek ima slobodno neko mjesto za parking - prezadovoljni su stanari s kojima smo razgovarali.

Pohvale dakle zaslužuju praktički svi u ovoj priči, od predsjednika kotara Barbira, preko gradske uprave, do možda i najvelikodušnijeg u ovom slučaju (dobro, još ostaje vidjeti hoće li se nekad u budućnosti pozvati na ovaj ustupak), vlasnika zemljišta...
Iz Banovine smo neslužbeno doznali kako radovi na javnim garažama u sklopu Kauflanda napreduju očekivanim tempom, no sve i ako se neplanirano oduži izgradnja, čini se da postoji načelni dogovor i volja da se privremeni parking na parceli bivšeg vlasnika Studenca koristi i nakon ugovorenih godinu dana.
