Ivica Čikeš, nacionalni operni prvak, našao se na popisu imena kojima će Grad Split uručiti otkaz ugovora o najmu gradskog stana površine 60,17 m2.

Razlog tome je, kako nam je već ranije kazala Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu je kršenje Pravilnika o davanju stanova u najam.

Kako su izvijestili iz Banovine, Čikeš je prodao stan u Splitu, površine 57,16 m2 koji je naslijedio iza smrti majke. Ugovor o kupoprodaji je sklopljen dana 12. siječnja 2022. godine. Uz to, Đerek navodi kako ima i dug u iznosu od 1.380,65 eura.

- U ovom trenutku nisam upoznat s pojedinostima tako da ne mogu komentirati takve navode - rekao je Čikeš za "Slobodnu", uz pojašnjenje kako još uvijek nije dobio nikakav dokument iz Grada.

No, dodao je da zato može komentirati kako je izvedbom u Verdijevoj operi "Simon Boccanegra" dobio Nagradu hrvatskog glumišta 2022. godine, koja se dodjeljuje za najveća umjetnička dostignuća u hrvatskom kazalištu. Naime, Čikeš je kao nacionalni operni prvak bas proglašen najboljim opernim pjevačem.

Rekao je kako je to 30. nagrada koju je dobio, što je svojevrstan orijentir za pravo na korištenje kadrovskog stana koji su se dodjeljivali osobama s osobitim zaslugama za Grad Split.

Naglasio je kako ga 2. svibnja očekuje premijera opere "Mila Gojsalića", koja, podsjetimo, 10. ožujka zbog njegove iznenadne bolesti nije nastavljena nakon prvog čina.

Ivica Čikeš, nacionalni operni prvak, našao se na popisu imena kojima će Grad Split uručiti otkaz ugovora o najmu gradskog stana površine 60,17 m2.

Razlog tome je, kako nam je već ranije kazala Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu je kršenje Pravilnika o davanju stanova u najam.

Kako su izvijestili iz Banovine, Čikeš je prodao stan u Splitu, površine 57,16 m2 koji je naslijedio iza smrti majke. Ugovor o kupoprodaji je sklopljen dana 12. siječnja 2022. godine. Uz to, Đerek navodi kako ima i dug u iznosu od 1.380,65 eura.

- U ovom trenutku nisam upoznat s pojedinostima tako da ne mogu komentirati takve navode - rekao je Čikeš za "Slobodnu", uz pojašnjenje kako još uvijek nije dobio nikakav dokument iz Grada.

No, dodao je da zato može komentirati kako je izvedbom u Verdijevoj operi "Simon Boccanegra" dobio Nagradu hrvatskog glumišta 2022. godine, koja se dodjeljuje za najveća umjetnička dostignuća u hrvatskom kazalištu. Naime, Čikeš je kao nacionalni operni prvak bas proglašen najboljim opernim pjevačem.

Rekao je kako je to 30. nagrada koju je dobio, što je svojevrstan orijentir za pravo na korištenje kadrovskog stana koji su se dodjeljivali osobama s osobitim zaslugama za Grad Split.

Naglasio je kako ga 2. svibnja očekuje premijera opere "Mila Gojsalića", koja, podsjetimo, 10. ožujka zbog njegove iznenadne bolesti nije nastavljena nakon prvog čina.
