Na naplatnm kućicama u Lučkom kaže mi je jednom prigodom poznanik, kojega sam, na njegovu zamolbu, odvezao iz Splita do Zagreba: "Blago tebi, autoput ti je mukte"...
Vidio čovjek da sam umjesto kuna dao samo karticu koja me, u mome slučaju kao 90-postotnog invalida, oslobađa plaćanja cestarine.
"Slušaj, možeš je i ti dobiti – sjedi za upravljač automobila ili zajaši motorkotač, dodaj gasa i zabij se u nešto tvrdo. Ako preživiš, i ti ćeš imati isti "benefit" kao i ja – nećeš plaćati HAC-u cestarinu, a dobiti ćeš i karton sa svojom sličicom i oznakom invalidskih kolica."
" A jeb*, ne bih baš to!"
"A jeb*, ne bih ni ja ovo...", odgovorio sam mu iznenađujuće mirno, a najrađe bih ga bio izbacio iz auta u Lučkom, a dalje do Zagreba neka se snalazi.
E sad, ovo je tek uvod u priču o vozačkim pravima invalida. Priču koju svakodnevno proživljavam u svome gradu – Splitu.

Svakodnevno, ali bukvalno svakodnevno, kao ozebao sunce tražim parkirna mjesta označena žutim linijama, nad kojima stoji znak upozorenja "Želiš li se mijenjati za mjesto'". I čini mi se da bi se popriličan broj splitskih vozač(ic)a bez invaliditeta, "mijenjao"!?
Najčešće uključe sva četiri žmigavca, kao, "brzo ću ja, samo da nešto kratko obavim..." Ili u automobilu ostave ženu, muža, dijete..., jer neće pauk i ljude odnositi, a komunalnom redaru, ako slučajno naiđe, lako je reći "evo, sad će moj Mate, moja Mare...", skočili su samo da bankarskog automata, do ljekarne, do pošte...
A ti se, moj invalidu, vozaj okolo i po pola sata čekajući da tvoje, zakonom osigurano parkirno mjesto, bešćutni gradski homo sapiens oslobodi... Ako ne uspiješ, traži dalje, ponekad i gotovo kilometar od željenoga mjesta, pa cotaj, bez štaka ili sa štakama, ili se dovezi u kolicima.
Znam da će mnogi reći kako se invalidske kartice za parkiranje često zlorabe, da ih neki vozači nelegalno posjeduju, ali ljudi moji, vjerujte - ima puno, baš puno i stvarnih invalida kojima je mjesto koje mu oduzimate nužno!
I dok sjedite tako, čili i zdravi, u automobilu, s uključena sva četiri žmigavca, i čekate svoga Matu, Maru..., barem se pogledajte u unutrašnji retrovizor ili u ogledalce na sjenilu za sunce i zapitajte se što vidite. Jeste li to vi ili homo sapiens otprije više tisuća godina?
Zapitajte se kako biste reagirali da vam je, nedajbože, netko kućna vrata zabarikadirao vrećama smeća ili da vam pred ulaz u privatnu garažu parkira kombi. Kako biste reagirali?
Poslali biste ga psovkom na mjesto koje takvom majmunu i pripada, kao što i ja i brojni drugi stvarni invalidi šaljemo vas, zdrave i čile majmune, kad nam svojim automobilima okupirate prostor između one dvije spasonosne žute linije.

Na naplatnm kućicama u Lučkom kaže mi je jednom prigodom poznanik, kojega sam, na njegovu zamolbu, odvezao iz Splita do Zagreba: "Blago tebi, autoput ti je mukte"...
Vidio čovjek da sam umjesto kuna dao samo karticu koja me, u mome slučaju kao 90-postotnog invalida, oslobađa plaćanja cestarine.
"Slušaj, možeš je i ti dobiti – sjedi za upravljač automobila ili zajaši motorkotač, dodaj gasa i zabij se u nešto tvrdo. Ako preživiš, i ti ćeš imati isti "benefit" kao i ja – nećeš plaćati HAC-u cestarinu, a dobiti ćeš i karton sa svojom sličicom i oznakom invalidskih kolica."
" A jeb*, ne bih baš to!"
"A jeb*, ne bih ni ja ovo...", odgovorio sam mu iznenađujuće mirno, a najrađe bih ga bio izbacio iz auta u Lučkom, a dalje do Zagreba neka se snalazi.
E sad, ovo je tek uvod u priču o vozačkim pravima invalida. Priču koju svakodnevno proživljavam u svome gradu – Splitu.

Svakodnevno, ali bukvalno svakodnevno, kao ozebao sunce tražim parkirna mjesta označena žutim linijama, nad kojima stoji znak upozorenja "Želiš li se mijenjati za mjesto'". I čini mi se da bi se popriličan broj splitskih vozač(ic)a bez invaliditeta, "mijenjao"!?
Najčešće uključe sva četiri žmigavca, kao, "brzo ću ja, samo da nešto kratko obavim..." Ili u automobilu ostave ženu, muža, dijete..., jer neće pauk i ljude odnositi, a komunalnom redaru, ako slučajno naiđe, lako je reći "evo, sad će moj Mate, moja Mare...", skočili su samo da bankarskog automata, do ljekarne, do pošte...
A ti se, moj invalidu, vozaj okolo i po pola sata čekajući da tvoje, zakonom osigurano parkirno mjesto, bešćutni gradski homo sapiens oslobodi... Ako ne uspiješ, traži dalje, ponekad i gotovo kilometar od željenoga mjesta, pa cotaj, bez štaka ili sa štakama, ili se dovezi u kolicima.
Znam da će mnogi reći kako se invalidske kartice za parkiranje često zlorabe, da ih neki vozači nelegalno posjeduju, ali ljudi moji, vjerujte - ima puno, baš puno i stvarnih invalida kojima je mjesto koje mu oduzimate nužno!
I dok sjedite tako, čili i zdravi, u automobilu, s uključena sva četiri žmigavca, i čekate svoga Matu, Maru..., barem se pogledajte u unutrašnji retrovizor ili u ogledalce na sjenilu za sunce i zapitajte se što vidite. Jeste li to vi ili homo sapiens otprije više tisuća godina?
Zapitajte se kako biste reagirali da vam je, nedajbože, netko kućna vrata zabarikadirao vrećama smeća ili da vam pred ulaz u privatnu garažu parkira kombi. Kako biste reagirali?
Poslali biste ga psovkom na mjesto koje takvom majmunu i pripada, kao što i ja i brojni drugi stvarni invalidi šaljemo vas, zdrave i čile majmune, kad nam svojim automobilima okupirate prostor između one dvije spasonosne žute linije.
