Obično kada pišemo o Hrvatskim željeznicama to je već ona stara klasična priča: HŽ možemo opisati kroz šalu u kojoj Google Chrome i Mozzila Firefox čestitaju 2024., dok Internet Explorer čestita 2014.! Nije pitanje hoće li kasniti vlakovi, već koliko će kasniti. Ovo ljeto smo tako, primjerice, pisali kako je vlaku iz Vukovara za Split trebalo 20 sati! U to vrijeme i sat više možeš odletjeti za – Australiju. Ajde, dobili su polovinu vrijednosti karte natrag, ali to je bilo jedno zanimljivo putovanje.

Od Nove godine naši dragi sugrađani treće životne dobi mogu uživati u svim blagodatima željezničkog prijevoza u Hrvatskoj besplatno do kraja godine. Kako to obično biva s našim državnim gigantom na tračnicama, opet je došlo do: kašnjenja. Kažu oni da je to zbog velikog interesa. Tako da do kraja ovog mjeseca umirovljenici iznad 65. mogu putovati samo uz osobnu. IZ HŽ-a su nam potvrdili kako se na kartice ponekad čeka i dulje od sedam dana zbog, je l‘, velikog interesa. Zbog velikog interesa djelatnici na šalterima ”pucaju po šavu” od posla i ”pucaju na živce” od papirologije s kojom se moraju nositi svakog radnog dana, kažu nam. S nama nisu htjeli pričati jer ih je strah od gubitka posla, ali nam je jedna od njih potvrdila riječi svog muža. Ako je naravno moguće izgubiti posao u Hrvatskoj u državnoj tvrtki.
- Žali mi se svaki dan kako im dolazi veliki broj umirovljenika osobno i trebalo bi im 10 dana da u miru mogu riješiti to sve. To je jedina blagajna za prodaju karata, ali većina ih dolazi samo radi zahtjeva. Ispuniti formulare, osobne podatke, fotokopirat osobne, unijeti u kompjuter... Znale su kolegice uletjet u drugu smjenu jer uglavnom cijeli radni dan provedu na tim zahtjevima – požalio nam se Splićanin prenoseći riječi svoje umorne, ali plašljive zaposlenice HŽ-a.
Je li to zaista tako odlučili smo provjeriti s njihovim poslodavcem HŽ Putničkim Prijevozom. Rekli su oni nama kako je izdano 4.921 zahtjev i obradu čeka još njih 267 dok se zahtjevi u Dalmaciji izdaju na dva kolodvora u Splitu, Šibeniku i Kninu i na bilo kojoj blagajni u RH. Interes je splasnuo, čini nam se po brojkama, ali njihov odgovor otkrio je neku drugu zanimljivost.

Od tri blagajnika HŽ-a koji rade u dvije smjene, na jednu od njih je došlo više pritužbi za neprofesionalnu komunikaciju! Zbog toga se državna tvrtka ispričala svojim klijentima. Tko je onda tu pukao?
- Dobili smo pritužbe vezane uz neprofesionalnu komunikaciju blagajnice u Splitu. Blagajnica je upozorena na profesionalnu komunikaciju prema korisnicima usluge te se nadamo da se takve situacije više neće ponavljati, a korisnicima se najiskrenije ispričavamo zbog neprimjerene komunikacije – kazali su iz HŽ-a.
Neka se nitko ne naljuti, ali valjalo bi radit svoj posal profesionalno unatoč maloj plaći za koju smo čuli da je od 700 do 800 eura. Bilo nam je kasnije neugodno iti pitat čovika je li baš njegova žena upozorena. Možda uopće ni ne zna...

Obično kada pišemo o Hrvatskim željeznicama to je već ona stara klasična priča: HŽ možemo opisati kroz šalu u kojoj Google Chrome i Mozzila Firefox čestitaju 2024., dok Internet Explorer čestita 2014.! Nije pitanje hoće li kasniti vlakovi, već koliko će kasniti. Ovo ljeto smo tako, primjerice, pisali kako je vlaku iz Vukovara za Split trebalo 20 sati! U to vrijeme i sat više možeš odletjeti za – Australiju. Ajde, dobili su polovinu vrijednosti karte natrag, ali to je bilo jedno zanimljivo putovanje.

Od Nove godine naši dragi sugrađani treće životne dobi mogu uživati u svim blagodatima željezničkog prijevoza u Hrvatskoj besplatno do kraja godine. Kako to obično biva s našim državnim gigantom na tračnicama, opet je došlo do: kašnjenja. Kažu oni da je to zbog velikog interesa. Tako da do kraja ovog mjeseca umirovljenici iznad 65. mogu putovati samo uz osobnu. IZ HŽ-a su nam potvrdili kako se na kartice ponekad čeka i dulje od sedam dana zbog, je l‘, velikog interesa. Zbog velikog interesa djelatnici na šalterima ”pucaju po šavu” od posla i ”pucaju na živce” od papirologije s kojom se moraju nositi svakog radnog dana, kažu nam. S nama nisu htjeli pričati jer ih je strah od gubitka posla, ali nam je jedna od njih potvrdila riječi svog muža. Ako je naravno moguće izgubiti posao u Hrvatskoj u državnoj tvrtki.
- Žali mi se svaki dan kako im dolazi veliki broj umirovljenika osobno i trebalo bi im 10 dana da u miru mogu riješiti to sve. To je jedina blagajna za prodaju karata, ali većina ih dolazi samo radi zahtjeva. Ispuniti formulare, osobne podatke, fotokopirat osobne, unijeti u kompjuter... Znale su kolegice uletjet u drugu smjenu jer uglavnom cijeli radni dan provedu na tim zahtjevima – požalio nam se Splićanin prenoseći riječi svoje umorne, ali plašljive zaposlenice HŽ-a.
Je li to zaista tako odlučili smo provjeriti s njihovim poslodavcem HŽ Putničkim Prijevozom. Rekli su oni nama kako je izdano 4.921 zahtjev i obradu čeka još njih 267 dok se zahtjevi u Dalmaciji izdaju na dva kolodvora u Splitu, Šibeniku i Kninu i na bilo kojoj blagajni u RH. Interes je splasnuo, čini nam se po brojkama, ali njihov odgovor otkrio je neku drugu zanimljivost.

Od tri blagajnika HŽ-a koji rade u dvije smjene, na jednu od njih je došlo više pritužbi za neprofesionalnu komunikaciju! Zbog toga se državna tvrtka ispričala svojim klijentima. Tko je onda tu pukao?
- Dobili smo pritužbe vezane uz neprofesionalnu komunikaciju blagajnice u Splitu. Blagajnica je upozorena na profesionalnu komunikaciju prema korisnicima usluge te se nadamo da se takve situacije više neće ponavljati, a korisnicima se najiskrenije ispričavamo zbog neprimjerene komunikacije – kazali su iz HŽ-a.
Neka se nitko ne naljuti, ali valjalo bi radit svoj posal profesionalno unatoč maloj plaći za koju smo čuli da je od 700 do 800 eura. Bilo nam je kasnije neugodno iti pitat čovika je li baš njegova žena upozorena. Možda uopće ni ne zna...
