Svjedoci smo popunjavanja medijskih stupaca pričama o vlasnicima apartmana koji su svoje smještaje iznajmili po jednoj cijeni, a potom shvatili da mogu zaraditi više pa otkazali prvotnu rezervaciju.

Nemali broj puta tako su se na društvenim mrežama požalili prevareni gosti, iskazali nezadovoljstvo i razočarenje tom praksom. Gosti često ni nemaju izbora nego se vratiti kući ili pristati na alternativu koju im ponudi vlasnik apartmana (u slučaju da im je ponudi).

To se dogodilo i aktericama naše priče, koje su umjesto apartmana u blizini Kampusa u Splitu koji su rezervirale, smještene u nedovršenu, prljavu sobu u suterenu koja im je naplaćena kao da su odsjele u apartmanu koji su prvotno rezervirale. 

- Još sredinom srpnja smo rezervirale apartman putem Bookinga za kolovoz te smo uplatile akontaciju. Kada smo došle na adresu, nikoga nismo mogle naći. Zvale smo na broj telefona, a prvih nekoliko puta nitko se nije javljao.

Gospođa koja se naposljetku javila rekla nam je da mjesta nema te da su kapaciteti popunjeni - priča nam akterica priče čiji su podaci poznati redakciji, a koja je svoje tvrdnje potkrijepila fotografijama.

Potom ih je smjestila u alternativni "apartman". 

- U sobi se osjetio smrad po boji i lakovima, kao da smo u radionici. Prozor se nije mogao zatvoriti tako da je u principu, dok nas nema, mogao ući tko god je htio - nastavlja naša sugovornica.

Zašto se djevojke nisu okrenule i otišle, pitanje je koje se nameće. Odgovor je jednostavan, a o njemu su mediji nekolicinu puta pisali. Slobodnog smještaja u Splitu i okolici jednostavno - nije bilo.

Djevojke su, tvrde, morale platiti cijenu prvotno rezerviranog smještaja, iako mu ovaj nimalo nije nalik. Osobne dokumente, vlasnica je, pričaju nam, tražila tek posljednju večer pa je pitanje je li ih dotična uopće prijavila turističkoj zajednici. 

- "Apartman", odnosno soba bez kuhinje u radovima definitivno je bila nepripremljena za boravak ljudi. Vjerojatno nije ni prijavljen službeno kao apartman jer su nam rekli da još nisu nikoga imali tu od turista - za kraj nam je rekla sugovornica.

Inače, Zakonom o Državnom inspektoratu propisano je da u području ugostiteljske djelatnosti, pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga, pružanju usluga u turizmu i boravišne odnosno turističke pristojbe obavlja turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata. To podrazumijeva, između ostalog, i inspekcijski nadzor neregistriranog pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga.

- Tijekom ove turističke sezone, turistička inspekcija zaprimila je ukupno 279 prijava kojima se ukazuje na možebitno neregistrirano pružanje usluga smještaja.  

Po obavljenim nadzorima temeljem zaprimljenih prijava  doneseno je ukupno 27 rješenja kojima  su turistički inspektori  zabranili pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga smještaja u domaćinstvu bez rješenja nadležnog upravnog tijela o odobrenju za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu, te su za utvrđene prekršaje poduzete prekršajne mjere.

Za određene prijave postupci su u tijeku kako bi se utvrdilo možebitno neregistrirano pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu - rekli su nam u Državnom inspektoratu.

Inače, prijavu Državnom inspektoratu moguće je podnijeti pisanim putem na adresu: Državni inspektorat, Šubićeva 29, 10 000 Zagreb ili online na njihovim stranicama.

Nadamo se da su ovakvi slučajevi zaista iznimka jer tko bi, pobogu, svoj godišnji odmor htio provesti u sobi u kojoj su radovi u tijeku, umjesto u apartmanu koji je rezervirao?

Gosti su manje zaštićeni ako smještaj dogovaraju isključivo s vlasnikom

 

Nataša Ljubičić, vlasnica turističke agencije  'Top Season' kojoj se klijenti obraćaju i zbog savjetovanja i pomoći oko registracije i promocije smještajnih jedinica, poručuje da bi se u ovakvim slučajevima gosti prvo trebali obratiti odgovornima na web platformi putem koje su smještaj i rezervirali. 

- Ja se s takvim slučajevima po pitanju svojih klijenata nisam susrela. Vjerujem da se radi o iznimkama, ali svakako bi prvi korak trebao biti obraćanje zaposlenicima na web platformi koji bi trebali zaštititi njihova prava. 

Gost je malo manje zaštićen, objašnjava, u slučaju da je smještaj rezervirao isključivo u dogovoru s vlasnikom jer u tom slučaju nema nikakvog ugovora, ali platforme poput spomenutog Bookinga trebale bi ovakve sporove riješiti na obostrano zadovoljstvo.

Svjedoci smo popunjavanja medijskih stupaca pričama o vlasnicima apartmana koji su svoje smještaje iznajmili po jednoj cijeni, a potom shvatili da mogu zaraditi više pa otkazali prvotnu rezervaciju.

Nemali broj puta tako su se na društvenim mrežama požalili prevareni gosti, iskazali nezadovoljstvo i razočarenje tom praksom. Gosti često ni nemaju izbora nego se vratiti kući ili pristati na alternativu koju im ponudi vlasnik apartmana (u slučaju da im je ponudi).

To se dogodilo i aktericama naše priče, koje su umjesto apartmana u blizini Kampusa u Splitu koji su rezervirale, smještene u nedovršenu, prljavu sobu u suterenu koja im je naplaćena kao da su odsjele u apartmanu koji su prvotno rezervirale. 

- Još sredinom srpnja smo rezervirale apartman putem Bookinga za kolovoz te smo uplatile akontaciju. Kada smo došle na adresu, nikoga nismo mogle naći. Zvale smo na broj telefona, a prvih nekoliko puta nitko se nije javljao.

Gospođa koja se naposljetku javila rekla nam je da mjesta nema te da su kapaciteti popunjeni - priča nam akterica priče čiji su podaci poznati redakciji, a koja je svoje tvrdnje potkrijepila fotografijama.

Potom ih je smjestila u alternativni "apartman". 

- U sobi se osjetio smrad po boji i lakovima, kao da smo u radionici. Prozor se nije mogao zatvoriti tako da je u principu, dok nas nema, mogao ući tko god je htio - nastavlja naša sugovornica.

Zašto se djevojke nisu okrenule i otišle, pitanje je koje se nameće. Odgovor je jednostavan, a o njemu su mediji nekolicinu puta pisali. Slobodnog smještaja u Splitu i okolici jednostavno - nije bilo.

Djevojke su, tvrde, morale platiti cijenu prvotno rezerviranog smještaja, iako mu ovaj nimalo nije nalik. Osobne dokumente, vlasnica je, pričaju nam, tražila tek posljednju večer pa je pitanje je li ih dotična uopće prijavila turističkoj zajednici. 

- "Apartman", odnosno soba bez kuhinje u radovima definitivno je bila nepripremljena za boravak ljudi. Vjerojatno nije ni prijavljen službeno kao apartman jer su nam rekli da još nisu nikoga imali tu od turista - za kraj nam je rekla sugovornica.

Inače, Zakonom o Državnom inspektoratu propisano je da u području ugostiteljske djelatnosti, pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga, pružanju usluga u turizmu i boravišne odnosno turističke pristojbe obavlja turistička inspekcija Državnog inspektorata. To podrazumijeva, između ostalog, i inspekcijski nadzor neregistriranog pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga.

- Tijekom ove turističke sezone, turistička inspekcija zaprimila je ukupno 279 prijava kojima se ukazuje na možebitno neregistrirano pružanje usluga smještaja.  

Po obavljenim nadzorima temeljem zaprimljenih prijava  doneseno je ukupno 27 rješenja kojima  su turistički inspektori  zabranili pružanja ugostiteljskih usluga smještaja u domaćinstvu bez rješenja nadležnog upravnog tijela o odobrenju za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu, te su za utvrđene prekršaje poduzete prekršajne mjere.

Za određene prijave postupci su u tijeku kako bi se utvrdilo možebitno neregistrirano pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga u domaćinstvu - rekli su nam u Državnom inspektoratu.

Inače, prijavu Državnom inspektoratu moguće je podnijeti pisanim putem na adresu: Državni inspektorat, Šubićeva 29, 10 000 Zagreb ili online na njihovim stranicama.

Nadamo se da su ovakvi slučajevi zaista iznimka jer tko bi, pobogu, svoj godišnji odmor htio provesti u sobi u kojoj su radovi u tijeku, umjesto u apartmanu koji je rezervirao?

Gosti su manje zaštićeni ako smještaj dogovaraju isključivo s vlasnikom

 

Nataša Ljubičić, vlasnica turističke agencije  'Top Season' kojoj se klijenti obraćaju i zbog savjetovanja i pomoći oko registracije i promocije smještajnih jedinica, poručuje da bi se u ovakvim slučajevima gosti prvo trebali obratiti odgovornima na web platformi putem koje su smještaj i rezervirali. 

- Ja se s takvim slučajevima po pitanju svojih klijenata nisam susrela. Vjerujem da se radi o iznimkama, ali svakako bi prvi korak trebao biti obraćanje zaposlenicima na web platformi koji bi trebali zaštititi njihova prava. 

Gost je malo manje zaštićen, objašnjava, u slučaju da je smještaj rezervirao isključivo u dogovoru s vlasnikom jer u tom slučaju nema nikakvog ugovora, ali platforme poput spomenutog Bookinga trebale bi ovakve sporove riješiti na obostrano zadovoljstvo.

Svjedoci smo popunjavanja medijskih stupaca pričama o vlasnicima apartmana koji su svoje smještaje iznajmili po jednoj cijeni, a potom shvatili da mogu zaraditi više pa otkazali prvotnu rezervaciju.

Nemali broj puta tako su se na društvenim mrežama požalili prevareni gosti, iskazali nezadovoljstvo i razočarenje tom praksom. Gosti često ni nemaju izbora nego se vratiti kući ili pristati na alternativu koju im ponudi vlasnik apartmana (u slučaju da im je ponudi).

To se dogodilo i aktericama naše priče, koje su umjesto apartmana u blizini Kampusa u Splitu koji su rezervirale, smještene u nedovršenu, prljavu sobu u suterenu koja im je naplaćena kao da su odsjele u apartmanu koji su prvotno rezervirale.
