Pomoćnici u nastavi zaposleni u školama koje su u nadležnosti Splitsko-dalmatinske županije mogu malo odahnuti!
Kako smo već ranije pisali, Grad Split još je prije povećao satnicu pomoćnicima u nastavi zaposlenim u školama u nadležnosti Grada Splita.
Asistenti u nadležnosti Grada uspjeli su dogovoriti s gradonačelnikom povećanje od 2023. godine, u iznosu od 35 kuna neto uz malu razliku za asistente u nastavi iz Centra za autizam.
Sa Županijom to nije bio slučaj.
Iz Županije su do nedavno bili protiv, tvrdeći da novaca za asistente - nema.
Sada ipak preokret.
Nova runda pregovora sa Blaženskom Bobanom održana je u utorak.
Uz Bobana sastanku je nazočio i Mate Šimundić, predsjednik Skupštine Splitsko-dalmatinske županije te oni koji su cijelu priču i pokrenuli - pomoćnici u nastavi - Kate Kalebić, Branimira Škarica, Tomislava Marinac Akrap i Petra Dragičević.
Kao vrijedna podrška pomoćnicima sastanku je nazočila i gospođa Anita Hrnkaš, majka djeteta s teškoćama u razvoju.
- Osigurana su nam sredstva za isplatu od 500 kuna mjesečno za svakog pomoćnika kao trošak prehrane radnika.
Ne ulazi nam u osnovicu, međutim na taj način su nas izjednačili sa povišicom pomoćnika zaposlenih preko grada Splita.
Složili su se oko isplate plaća, i to na temelju broja školskih sati, što je naravno za nas izuzetno bitno.
Isplata od 500 kuna mjesečno plus razlika koja se stvara svaki mjesec između sunčanih i školskih sati, bit će isplaćena retroaktivno za rujan, listopad, studeni, a potom i za prosinac.

Osim toga dobit ćemo božićnice u iznosu od 1000 kuna, a posebno smo sretni zbog dara za dijete koji će nam po prvi put ikad biti isplaćen - kazala nam je Petra Dragičević, asistentica u nastavu nakon održanog sastanka.
Zahvalni su na svemu Blaženku Bobanu, naglašavaju.
-Izuzetno smo sretni i ponosni što smo uspjeli u borbi za prava i poboljšanje statusa, ali moramo naglasiti da je ovo samo početak i da ostajemo i dalje pri svojim zahtjevima.
Ne odustajemo mi tako lako.
Želimo svakako povećanje cijene satnice te ugovor koji se neće prekidati zadnjim danom svake školske godine - dodala je.
Ovim putem apeliraju, kaže Dragičević, na Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja te ministra Radovana Fuchsa da se uhvate u koštac pa napokon riješe probleme koje pomoćnike zabrinjavaju već 15 godina.
Krajnje je vrijeme da nadležne institucije odrade svoj posao, objasnila je Dragičević.
Očekuju da će do kraja ove kalendarske godine Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja obratiti pozornost te napraviti sve što se nije odradilo prethodnih godina.
- Očekujemo da se naš status napokon regulira, da ne živimo na margini i da nas plate za naš rad pošteno, jer to zaslužujemo.
Činjenica da na probleme nadležni zatvaraju oči godinama, ne znači da će on i nestati.
U ovom slučaju problemi se samo gomilaju - kaže Dragičević.
Pomoćnici, dobro je poznato, do nedavno su radili za plaću od oko 2200 – 2800 kuna.
Plaće su im bile mizerija, sami su nebrojeno puta isticali, uvjeti nikakvi, podrške niotkud, ugovori za ‘plakat‘.
Borili su se i još se bore s nizom drugih problema - kada završi školska godina asistenti idu na biro, nemaju nikakvu sigurnost, nemaju čak ni svoje mjesto ni u zbornici ili unutar škole.
Riječ je o izrazito neadekvatnim uvjetima za rad s obzirom na težinu posla koji obavljaju.
Poštovani ministre Fuchs, učinite nešto za pomoćnike u nastavi i za djecu s teškoćama, poručuju asistenti ministru Fuchsu na kraju.

Pomoćnici u nastavi zaposleni u školama koje su u nadležnosti Splitsko-dalmatinske županije mogu malo odahnuti!
Kako smo već ranije pisali, Grad Split još je prije povećao satnicu pomoćnicima u nastavi zaposlenim u školama u nadležnosti Grada Splita.
Asistenti u nadležnosti Grada uspjeli su dogovoriti s gradonačelnikom povećanje od 2023. godine, u iznosu od 35 kuna neto uz malu razliku za asistente u nastavi iz Centra za autizam.
Sa Županijom to nije bio slučaj.
Iz Županije su do nedavno bili protiv, tvrdeći da novaca za asistente - nema.
Sada ipak preokret.
Nova runda pregovora sa Blaženskom Bobanom održana je u utorak.
Uz Bobana sastanku je nazočio i Mate Šimundić, predsjednik Skupštine Splitsko-dalmatinske županije te oni koji su cijelu priču i pokrenuli - pomoćnici u nastavi - Kate Kalebić, Branimira Škarica, Tomislava Marinac Akrap i Petra Dragičević.
Kao vrijedna podrška pomoćnicima sastanku je nazočila i gospođa Anita Hrnkaš, majka djeteta s teškoćama u razvoju.
- Osigurana su nam sredstva za isplatu od 500 kuna mjesečno za svakog pomoćnika kao trošak prehrane radnika.
Ne ulazi nam u osnovicu, međutim na taj način su nas izjednačili sa povišicom pomoćnika zaposlenih preko grada Splita.
Složili su se oko isplate plaća, i to na temelju broja školskih sati, što je naravno za nas izuzetno bitno.
Isplata od 500 kuna mjesečno plus razlika koja se stvara svaki mjesec između sunčanih i školskih sati, bit će isplaćena retroaktivno za rujan, listopad, studeni, a potom i za prosinac.
Zahvala Bobanu
Osim toga dobit ćemo božićnice u iznosu od 1000 kuna, a posebno smo sretni zbog dara za dijete koji će nam po prvi put ikad biti isplaćen - kazala nam je Petra Dragičević, asistentica u nastavu nakon održanog sastanka.
Zahvalni su na svemu Blaženku Bobanu, naglašavaju.
-Izuzetno smo sretni i ponosni što smo uspjeli u borbi za prava i poboljšanje statusa, ali moramo naglasiti da je ovo samo početak i da ostajemo i dalje pri svojim zahtjevima.
Ne odustajemo mi tako lako.
Želimo svakako povećanje cijene satnice te ugovor koji se neće prekidati zadnjim danom svake školske godine - dodala je.
Ovim putem apeliraju, kaže Dragičević, na Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja te ministra Radovana Fuchsa da se uhvate u koštac pa napokon riješe probleme koje pomoćnike zabrinjavaju već 15 godina.
Krajnje je vrijeme da nadležne institucije odrade svoj posao, objasnila je Dragičević.
Očekuju da će do kraja ove kalendarske godine Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja obratiti pozornost te napraviti sve što se nije odradilo prethodnih godina.
- Očekujemo da se naš status napokon regulira, da ne živimo na margini i da nas plate za naš rad pošteno, jer to zaslužujemo.
Činjenica da na probleme nadležni zatvaraju oči godinama, ne znači da će on i nestati.
U ovom slučaju problemi se samo gomilaju - kaže Dragičević.
Pomoćnici, dobro je poznato, do nedavno su radili za plaću od oko 2200 – 2800 kuna.
Plaće su im bile mizerija, sami su nebrojeno puta isticali, uvjeti nikakvi, podrške niotkud, ugovori za ‘plakat‘.
Borili su se i još se bore s nizom drugih problema - kada završi školska godina asistenti idu na biro, nemaju nikakvu sigurnost, nemaju čak ni svoje mjesto ni u zbornici ili unutar škole.
Riječ je o izrazito neadekvatnim uvjetima za rad s obzirom na težinu posla koji obavljaju.
Poštovani ministre Fuchs, učinite nešto za pomoćnike u nastavi i za djecu s teškoćama, poručuju asistenti ministru Fuchsu na kraju.
