Nakon što je dobio "razglednicu" od Maje Đerek, gradske pročelnice za imovinu, da mora iseliti iz ateljea, slobodni umjetnik Ante Kuštre počeo je skupljati novac kako bi Gradu moga platiti dug i ostati u prostoru. Na Facebooku objavljuje uplatnice za sredstva koja uplati Banovini.

No, Maja Đerek je ustrajna, kako piše Dalmatinski portal, da je Ante Kuštre, bez pravne osnove u ateljeu, da mora iseliti, te da natječajem može dobiti drugu priliku.

Umjetnik je za isti portal na to odmah reagirao i kazao da je iseljenje nemoguće iz subjektivnog i objektivnog razloga jer je toliki broj djela na svim zidovima u ateljeu koje je nemoguće igdje smjestiti, osim u neki muzej, koji ne postoji.

- I taj zahtjev je apsurdan jer podrazumijeva ponovno useljenje, ako prođem na natječaju. A ne vidim razloga da ne bi, plus činjenica nastavka umjetničkog djelovanja u istom prostoru, u čijem sam korištenju 15-ak godina - navodi.

Iako je ugovor istekao, navodi, sve je godine primao redovno račune za zakup i komunalnu naknadu koja sama iznosi oko 380 kuna te ih je plaćao kad je i koliko je mogao.

-  A od kada sam u umjetničkoj mirovini od 230 eura plaćam i jedno i drugo gotovo 100 posto redovito - kaže nam.

Pročelnici je pisao i naveo kako se vraćanje duga skoro svakodnevno smanjuje i na današnji dan iznosi još oko 555 eura. 

- Sve to zahvaljujući širokom odazivu mojih kolega umjetnika, prijatelja i znanaca, koji uplaćuju donacije. Kupuju moja umjetnička djela, čija aukcija je u tijeku. Očekujem da sljedeći tjedan cijeli dug bude isplaćen - najavljuje.

Napominje pročelnici kako se sve odvija u vrlo stresnoj situaciji pa se radi velikoga pritiska morao obratiti i psihijatru za pomoć.

Iznio je dvije bolne životne situacije koje su prethodile šoku obavijesti o iseljenju.

- Dodamo li svemu tomu i dvije godine pandemijske situacije, koja je nama umjetnicima onemogućivala javno djelovanje, pa onda i primanje honorara, jasno je da je negdje moralo doći do propusta. I institucije Grada su bile donekle blokirane, a pravnica je dugo bila na bolovanju pa se nisam mogao ni s njom konzultirati - obrazložio je u pismu.

Ukratko, podvlači, bio je to pravi pakao kroz koji je prolazio.

- Usred svega toga napravio sam što sam mogao, a i sada to radim, do potpune isplate svoga duga.

- Spreman sam čekati posebnu odluku Grada u svezi davanja prostora za kulturu, sukladno novom Zakonu o financiranju javnih potreba u kulturi te sudjelovati na tom natječaju, kako bih i dalje nastavio svoje umjetničko djelovanje, koje meni život znači - piše.

Napominje da je u prostoru i sjedište udruge Raddar, o čijem je djelovanju proteklih 10 godina može i detaljno informirati, da vidi opseg i značaj kulturnih i umjetničkih djela, događanja i manifestacija koje je obavila za to vrijeme - piše Dalmatinski portal.

Nakon što je dobio "razglednicu" od Maje Đerek, gradske pročelnice za imovinu, da mora iseliti iz ateljea, slobodni umjetnik Ante Kuštre počeo je skupljati novac kako bi Gradu moga platiti dug i ostati u prostoru. Na Facebooku objavljuje uplatnice za sredstva koja uplati Banovini.

No, Maja Đerek je ustrajna, kako piše Dalmatinski portal, da je Ante Kuštre, bez pravne osnove u ateljeu, da mora iseliti, te da natječajem može dobiti drugu priliku.

Umjetnik je za isti portal na to odmah reagirao i kazao da je iseljenje nemoguće iz subjektivnog i objektivnog razloga jer je toliki broj djela na svim zidovima u ateljeu koje je nemoguće igdje smjestiti, osim u neki muzej, koji ne postoji.

- I taj zahtjev je apsurdan jer podrazumijeva ponovno useljenje, ako prođem na natječaju. A ne vidim razloga da ne bi, plus činjenica nastavka umjetničkog djelovanja u istom prostoru, u čijem sam korištenju 15-ak godina - navodi.

Iako je ugovor istekao, navodi, sve je godine primao redovno račune za zakup i komunalnu naknadu koja sama iznosi oko 380 kuna te ih je plaćao kad je i koliko je mogao.

-  A od kada sam u umjetničkoj mirovini od 230 eura plaćam i jedno i drugo gotovo 100 posto redovito - kaže nam.

Pročelnici je pisao i naveo kako se vraćanje duga skoro svakodnevno smanjuje i na današnji dan iznosi još oko 555 eura. 

- Sve to zahvaljujući širokom odazivu mojih kolega umjetnika, prijatelja i znanaca, koji uplaćuju donacije. Kupuju moja umjetnička djela, čija aukcija je u tijeku. Očekujem da sljedeći tjedan cijeli dug bude isplaćen - najavljuje.

Napominje pročelnici kako se sve odvija u vrlo stresnoj situaciji pa se radi velikoga pritiska morao obratiti i psihijatru za pomoć.

Iznio je dvije bolne životne situacije koje su prethodile šoku obavijesti o iseljenju.

- Dodamo li svemu tomu i dvije godine pandemijske situacije, koja je nama umjetnicima onemogućivala javno djelovanje, pa onda i primanje honorara, jasno je da je negdje moralo doći do propusta. I institucije Grada su bile donekle blokirane, a pravnica je dugo bila na bolovanju pa se nisam mogao ni s njom konzultirati - obrazložio je u pismu.

Ukratko, podvlači, bio je to pravi pakao kroz koji je prolazio.

- Usred svega toga napravio sam što sam mogao, a i sada to radim, do potpune isplate svoga duga.

- Spreman sam čekati posebnu odluku Grada u svezi davanja prostora za kulturu, sukladno novom Zakonu o financiranju javnih potreba u kulturi te sudjelovati na tom natječaju, kako bih i dalje nastavio svoje umjetničko djelovanje, koje meni život znači - piše.

Napominje da je u prostoru i sjedište udruge Raddar, o čijem je djelovanju proteklih 10 godina može i detaljno informirati, da vidi opseg i značaj kulturnih i umjetničkih djela, događanja i manifestacija koje je obavila za to vrijeme - piše Dalmatinski portal.
