Božićno vrijeme je u znaku darivanja, a Adris grupa i tvrtke u njenom sastavu (Maistra, Croatia osiguranje, Cromaris i Abilia) i ove će godine, u skladu s kolektivnim ugovorima i ostvarenim rezultatima, svojim zaposlenicima isplatiti božićnicu i dar za djecu. Tako će Adris grupa za božićnice i darove za djecu do 15 godina starosti te nagrade za ostvarene rezultate ove godine ukupno isplatiti 3,2 milijuna eura.

Adris grupa iz Rovinja, Splićanima je najpoznatija kao investitor obnove hotela "Marjan" na Zapadnoj obali čije rušenje redovito prate. Riječ je o radovima vrijednim više od 100 milijuna eura, a kako su nam kazali iz Adris grupe sve se odvija po planu. 

Nakon što je dovršeno uklanjanje nižeg dijela objekta i demontaže staklene fasade tornja, u tijeku su radovi na uklanjanju samog tornja uz pomoć manjih bagera na samoj građevini.

Pitali smo ih i kada očekuju završetak radova i prve goste, kao i kada se Splićani mogu nadati novim natječajima za posao. 

– U skladu s planovima, dovršetak hotela očekuje se sredinom 2026. godine. Investicija je vrijedna više od 100 milijuna eura i zacijelo je jedna od najvećih pojedinačnih investicija u hrvatskom turizmu. Po završetku obnove, hotel "Marjan" bit će kategorije 5 zvjezdica i imat će 285 smještajnih jedinica. Novi hotel će otvoriti i više od 300 novih radnih mjesta. U skladu s bogatim dosadašnjim Adrisovim i Maistrinim iskustvom uvođenja novih proizvoda najviše kategorije na tržište, s preopening aktivnostima povezanima s radnom snagom započinje se i godinu dana prije otvaranja samog objekta.

U skladu pak s Maistrinim iskustvima u usporedivim destinacijama i cjelogodišnjim hotelima u portfelju, gdje je i nadalje gotovo 90 posto domaće radne snage, aktivnosti regrutacije i selekcije kadrova za potrebe hotela "Marjan" bit će usmjerene na lokalno stanovništvo i zaposlenike iz neposrednog okruženja – odgovorili su nam iz Adris grupe. 

Podsjetimo, novi hotel će imati 15 katova, od podruma, preko prizemlja, koje zajedno s dva kata i krovnom etažom čini bazu hotela, te vertikale tornja. Prema projektu to će biti luksuzan hotel s 285 smještajnih jedinica. U prizemlju će biti dva atrija, dok će hotel sadržavati i kongresnu dvoranu i dva restorana s ukupno 650 sjedećih mjesta te hotelski lobi. U podrumu će biti smještena garaža s 285 parkirnih mjesta.

Nije loše, nije loše

Zaposlenici Croatia osiguranja ove će godine dobiti božićnicu vrijednu 250 eura kao i 80 eura dara za svako dijete do 15 godina starosti.

Božićnicu u iznosu od 265,51 euro, dar u naravi vrijedan 39,83 eura, Cromarisove proizvode te 132,73 eura za svako dijete dobit će zaposlenici Cromarisa.

Turističke tvrtke Maistra d.d. i HUP Zagreb d.d. zaposlenicima će isplatiti božićnicu u iznosu do 300 eura. Zaposlenici koji su radili cijelu godinu dobit će puni iznos božićnice, a ostali ovisno o dužini rada tijekom godine. Pravo na isplatu ostvaruju i zaposlenici koji na dan 17. prosinca 2023. godine nisu u radnom odnosu, ali su tijekom sezone 2023. radili najmanje dva mjeseca, a posao će im biti ponuđen i u 2024. godini. Isplatit će se i dar djetetu do 15 godina starosti u iznosu od 132,73 eura. S obzirom na ostvarene rezultate Maistra će, nakon što je dio nagrade već isplaćen u ljetnim mjesecima, svojim zaposlenicima do kraja godine isplatiti i nagradu u iznosu do 500 eura, ovisno o dužini rada tijekom godine.

Zaposlenici Adris grupe d.d. i Abilije dobit će božićnicu u iznosu od 332 eura i dar za svako dijete do 15 godina starosti u iznosu od 80 eura. Također, tradicionalni božićni dar u naravi vrijedan 67 eura dobit će i umirovljenici Adrisa.

Božićno vrijeme je u znaku darivanja, a Adris grupa i tvrtke u njenom sastavu (Maistra, Croatia osiguranje, Cromaris i Abilia) i ove će godine, u skladu s kolektivnim ugovorima i ostvarenim rezultatima, svojim zaposlenicima isplatiti božićnicu i dar za djecu. Tako će Adris grupa za božićnice i darove za djecu do 15 godina starosti te nagrade za ostvarene rezultate ove godine ukupno isplatiti 3,2 milijuna eura.

Adris grupa iz Rovinja, Splićanima je najpoznatija kao investitor obnove hotela "Marjan" na Zapadnoj obali čije rušenje redovito prate. Riječ je o radovima vrijednim više od 100 milijuna eura, a kako su nam kazali iz Adris grupe sve se odvija po planu. 

Nakon što je dovršeno uklanjanje nižeg dijela objekta i demontaže staklene fasade tornja, u tijeku su radovi na uklanjanju samog tornja uz pomoć manjih bagera na samoj građevini.

Pitali smo ih i kada očekuju završetak radova i prve goste, kao i kada se Splićani mogu nadati novim natječajima za posao. 

– U skladu s planovima, dovršetak hotela očekuje se sredinom 2026. godine. Investicija je vrijedna više od 100 milijuna eura i zacijelo je jedna od najvećih pojedinačnih investicija u hrvatskom turizmu. Po završetku obnove, hotel "Marjan" bit će kategorije 5 zvjezdica i imat će 285 smještajnih jedinica. Novi hotel će otvoriti i više od 300 novih radnih mjesta. U skladu s bogatim dosadašnjim Adrisovim i Maistrinim iskustvom uvođenja novih proizvoda najviše kategorije na tržište, s preopening aktivnostima povezanima s radnom snagom započinje se i godinu dana prije otvaranja samog objekta.

U skladu pak s Maistrinim iskustvima u usporedivim destinacijama i cjelogodišnjim hotelima u portfelju, gdje je i nadalje gotovo 90 posto domaće radne snage, aktivnosti regrutacije i selekcije kadrova za potrebe hotela "Marjan" bit će usmjerene na lokalno stanovništvo i zaposlenike iz neposrednog okruženja – odgovorili su nam iz Adris grupe. 

Podsjetimo, novi hotel će imati 15 katova, od podruma, preko prizemlja, koje zajedno s dva kata i krovnom etažom čini bazu hotela, te vertikale tornja. Prema projektu to će biti luksuzan hotel s 285 smještajnih jedinica. U prizemlju će biti dva atrija, dok će hotel sadržavati i kongresnu dvoranu i dva restorana s ukupno 650 sjedećih mjesta te hotelski lobi. U podrumu će biti smještena garaža s 285 parkirnih mjesta.

Nije loše, nije loše

Zaposlenici Croatia osiguranja ove će godine dobiti božićnicu vrijednu 250 eura kao i 80 eura dara za svako dijete do 15 godina starosti.

Božićnicu u iznosu od 265,51 euro, dar u naravi vrijedan 39,83 eura, Cromarisove proizvode te 132,73 eura za svako dijete dobit će zaposlenici Cromarisa.

Turističke tvrtke Maistra d.d. i HUP Zagreb d.d. zaposlenicima će isplatiti božićnicu u iznosu do 300 eura. Zaposlenici koji su radili cijelu godinu dobit će puni iznos božićnice, a ostali ovisno o dužini rada tijekom godine. Pravo na isplatu ostvaruju i zaposlenici koji na dan 17. prosinca 2023. godine nisu u radnom odnosu, ali su tijekom sezone 2023. radili najmanje dva mjeseca, a posao će im biti ponuđen i u 2024. godini. Isplatit će se i dar djetetu do 15 godina starosti u iznosu od 132,73 eura. S obzirom na ostvarene rezultate Maistra će, nakon što je dio nagrade već isplaćen u ljetnim mjesecima, svojim zaposlenicima do kraja godine isplatiti i nagradu u iznosu do 500 eura, ovisno o dužini rada tijekom godine.

Zaposlenici Adris grupe d.d. i Abilije dobit će božićnicu u iznosu od 332 eura i dar za svako dijete do 15 godina starosti u iznosu od 80 eura. Također, tradicionalni božićni dar u naravi vrijedan 67 eura dobit će i umirovljenici Adrisa.
