Jede vam se nešto slatko, ali nekako ne možete odlučiti što biste točno... S jedne strane, čini vam se, baš bi vam dobro sjelo nešto citrusno, možda ste se upravo domogli kojeg kilograma dobrih, friških, domaćih naranača, a s druge strane, čokoladi jednostavno ne znate reći "ne".

Ovu vam dvojbu ne znamo i ne možemo pomoći razriješiti jer i sami se često nađemo u sličnoj. No, srećom, postoji rješenje: određene slastice baš lijepo kombiniraju čokoladu s osvježavajućim okusima južnog voća, sjetite se samo popularnih Jaffa keksa.

Na sličnom je tragu, što se spajanja okusa tiče, no u svakom drugom pogledu svjetlosnim godinama ispred spomenute grickalice, torta koju smo pronašli na Instagram profilu Woodie Foodie, iza kojeg stoji Josip Gavran.

Mladi zaljubljenik u slastičarstvo oduševio je društvene mreže svojim golim tortama (nema tu nikakvog skidanja, riječ je o posebnoj vrsti slastica o kojoj smo vam već pisali - ovdje se možete podsjetiti), a ova mu je, po našem sudu, jedna od najboljih. Marcipan torta

Sastojci:

Biskvit:

2 bjelanjka
⅓ žličice soli
2 žumanjka
100g šećera
100g glatkog brašna
1½ žlličica praška za pecivo
30 g kakaa
korica jedne naranče
30 ml ulja
100 ml soka od naramče

Marcipan krema:

200 g marcipana
40 g bijele čokolade
250 g mliječnog vrhnja za šlag

Krema od tamne čokolade:

500 g mascarpone krem sira
200 g tamne čokolade za kuhanje

Curd od naranče:

korica 1 naranče
sok 1/2 naranče
60 g šećera
25 g maslaca
1 jaje

Priprema:

Curd od naranče pripremite nekoliko sati prije pripreme slastica, kako bi se uspio ohladiti. Sok, koricu, šećer i maslac stavite kuhati na paru, na vatru srednje jačine. Povremeno promiješajte, a kada se maslac otopi, umiješajte jaje koje ste prethodno izmiksali. Kuhajte na pari uz konstantno miješanje, otprilike 10 minuta. Posudu stavite sa strane i pokrijte prijanjajućom folijom, kako bi se curd ohladio na sobnu temperaturu, nakon čega može u hladnjak. Prije konzumiranja promiješajte.

Za biskvit bjelanjke i sol izmiksajte u čvrsti snijeg, pa posudu odložite na stranu. U drugoj posudi žumanjke i šećer miksajte dvije minute, kako biste dobili gustu smjesu. U smjesu žumanjaka dodajte sok i ulje, pa kratko izmiksajte. Dodajte potom mješavinu glatkog brašna, praška za pecivo, kakaa i korice, pa špatulom lagano umiješajte.

Za kraj, lagano špatulom umiješajte i snijeg. Smjesu ulijte u kalup promjera 18cm, čije ste dno prethodno prekrili papirom za pečenje. Ubacite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu na 180°C, na otprilike 30 minuta. Biskvit ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi kako bi se ohladio, nakon čega ga možete prerezati na dva dijela.

Marcipan nasjeckajte na sitne komade. Nakon toga, na laganoj vatri zagrijte 60ml vrhnja, dodajte čokoladu i otopite je laganim miješanjem. Dodajte potom i marcipan, pa miješajte dok se smjesa ne sjedini. U drugoj posudi u šlag umiksajte ostatak vrhnja, dodajte ga prethodno dobivenoj smjesi, pa sjedinite miješanjem.

Za kremu na pari otopite čokoladu, pa je sjedinite s mascarpone krem sirom.

Jede vam se nešto slatko, ali nekako ne možete odlučiti što biste točno... S jedne strane, čini vam se, baš bi vam dobro sjelo nešto citrusno, možda ste se upravo domogli kojeg kilograma dobrih, friških, domaćih naranača, a s druge strane, čokoladi jednostavno ne znate reći "ne".

Ovu vam dvojbu ne znamo i ne možemo pomoći razriješiti jer i sami se često nađemo u sličnoj. No, srećom, postoji rješenje: određene slastice baš lijepo kombiniraju čokoladu s osvježavajućim okusima južnog voća, sjetite se samo popularnih Jaffa keksa.

Na sličnom je tragu, što se spajanja okusa tiče, no u svakom drugom pogledu svjetlosnim godinama ispred spomenute grickalice, torta koju smo pronašli na Instagram profilu Woodie Foodie, iza kojeg stoji Josip Gavran.

Mladi zaljubljenik u slastičarstvo oduševio je društvene mreže svojim golim tortama (nema tu nikakvog skidanja, riječ je o posebnoj vrsti slastica o kojoj smo vam već pisali - ovdje se možete podsjetiti), a ova mu je, po našem sudu, jedna od najboljih. Dopustio nam je da prenesemo recept s njegovog bloga pa evo vam ga. Sigurni smo da ćete uživati u rezultatu.

Marcipan torta

Sastojci:

Biskvit:

2 bjelanjka
⅓ žličice soli
2 žumanjka
100g šećera
100g glatkog brašna
1½ žlličica praška za pecivo
30 g kakaa
korica jedne naranče
30 ml ulja
100 ml soka od naramče

Marcipan krema:

200 g marcipana
40 g bijele čokolade
250 g mliječnog vrhnja za šlag

Krema od tamne čokolade:

500 g mascarpone krem sira
200 g tamne čokolade za kuhanje

Curd od naranče:

korica 1 naranče
sok 1/2 naranče
60 g šećera
25 g maslaca
1 jaje

Priprema:

Curd od naranče pripremite nekoliko sati prije pripreme slastica, kako bi se uspio ohladiti. Sok, koricu, šećer i maslac stavite kuhati na paru, na vatru srednje jačine. Povremeno promiješajte, a kada se maslac otopi, umiješajte jaje koje ste prethodno izmiksali. Kuhajte na pari uz konstantno miješanje, otprilike 10 minuta. Posudu stavite sa strane i pokrijte prijanjajućom folijom, kako bi se curd ohladio na sobnu temperaturu, nakon čega može u hladnjak. Prije konzumiranja promiješajte.

Za biskvit bjelanjke i sol izmiksajte u čvrsti snijeg, pa posudu odložite na stranu. U drugoj posudi žumanjke i šećer miksajte dvije minute, kako biste dobili gustu smjesu. U smjesu žumanjaka dodajte sok i ulje, pa kratko izmiksajte. Dodajte potom mješavinu glatkog brašna, praška za pecivo, kakaa i korice, pa špatulom lagano umiješajte.

Za kraj, lagano špatulom umiješajte i snijeg. Smjesu ulijte u kalup promjera 18cm, čije ste dno prethodno prekrili papirom za pečenje. Ubacite u prethodno zagrijanu pećnicu na 180°C, na otprilike 30 minuta. Biskvit ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi kako bi se ohladio, nakon čega ga možete prerezati na dva dijela.

Marcipan nasjeckajte na sitne komade. Nakon toga, na laganoj vatri zagrijte 60ml vrhnja, dodajte čokoladu i otopite je laganim miješanjem. Dodajte potom i marcipan, pa miješajte dok se smjesa ne sjedini. U drugoj posudi u šlag umiksajte ostatak vrhnja, dodajte ga prethodno dobivenoj smjesi, pa sjedinite miješanjem.

Za kremu na pari otopite čokoladu, pa je sjedinite s mascarpone krem sirom.
