Split je godinama bio na zlu glasu kao grad čiji su centar okupirali fast-food objekti, no stvari se pomalo mijenjaju i to nas jako veseli. Zapravo, promijenilo se u tolikoj mjeri da su nam pored obilja novih ili barem novijih zanimljivih restorana potrebne sasvim nove preporuke. Tim povodom obratili smo se Margiti Miličić, blogerici koju možete pratiti na Instagramu Dining affairs, punom dobrih recepata, recenzija i raznih korisnih savjeta.
Pa evo koje restorane u Splitu Margita osobito cijeni, a objasnila je i zašto.

1. Bokamorra
Jedna od boljih, ako ne i najboljih pizzerija u gradu, a uz to se uvijek pobrinu i za najbolju atmosferu. Izbor pizza je odličan, ali ipak ne toliko velik da bi se čovjek izgubio u moru izbora. Pizze su im jako sočne, tijesto mekano, ako ostane mjesta za slatko svima bih sugerirala da probaju slatku pizzu tzv. Slatkizzu. Tijesto s rogačevim brašnom u kombinaciji s bijelom čokoladom, malinama, pistacijom, stracciatella i parmigia reggiano sirom je za prste polizati!

2. Corto Maltese
Da me bilo tko pita što probati pri prvom dolasku u Corto Maltese, moj odgovor bi bio rižot Pič... dim. Da, stvarno se tako zove, a mislim da su za ime dobili inspiraciju iz samih sastojaka jer ovaj poznati rižoto dolazi u kombinaciji s dimljenim pizdicama (ili pedočama) i kozicama. "Staple piece" jelo s razlogom.

3. Kinoteka
Kinoteka ima predivan ambijent smješten u unutrašnjem dvorištu među uskim ulicama u samom centru Splita. Jelovnik je prepun gurmanskih jela, imaju i degustacijske jelovnike od kojih su neki stvarno kreativni, kako u prezentaciji, tako i u okusu. Malo drugačije mjesto za one koji žele probati nešto novo.

4. Artičok
U ovom restoranu jednostavno nisam još imala priliku probati loše jelo. Svaki put do sad kad sam posjetila ovaj restoran, a posjetila sam ga zaista dosta puta u posljednje tri godine, bila sam jako zadovoljna raznim jelima, desertima, ali i uslugom. Konzistentno dobra hrana je najbolja odlika restorana.

5. Maka Maka
Ukusno, kvalitetna hrana, svjež okus. Jako mi se sviđa nov jelovnik, a ambijent i usluga su također odlični. Svježina ribe u sushi rolicama je bila besprijekorna. Probala sam sushi na raznim mjestima po svijetu pa čak i u Japanu, stoga mogu reći da mislim kako je MakaMaka na dobrom putu da stoji uz rame nekim od najboljih koje sam probala. Po meni su trenutno najbolji sushi restoran u Splitu.

Margita nam je od objekata koji se ne nalaze u Splitu preporučila konobu Vinko u Konjevratima. "Ambijent, hrana, atmosfera i usluga su odlični. Jela sam više verzija skradinskog rižota, ali da budem iskrena, ništa se ne može mjeriti s rižotom konobe Vinko. Teleće meso se topilo u kremastom rižotu koji je oduševljavao svakim novim zalogajem". Od objekata van Hrvatske, ali ipak dovoljno blizu za jednodnevni izlet, izdvojila je restoran Bezdan 21 u Grudama.

Split je godinama bio na zlu glasu kao grad čiji su centar okupirali fast-food objekti, no stvari se pomalo mijenjaju i to nas jako veseli. Zapravo, promijenilo se u tolikoj mjeri da su nam pored obilja novih ili barem novijih zanimljivih restorana potrebne sasvim nove preporuke. 1. Bokamorra
Jedna od boljih, ako ne i najboljih pizzerija u gradu, a uz to se uvijek pobrinu i za najbolju atmosferu. Izbor pizza je odličan, ali ipak ne toliko velik da bi se čovjek izgubio u moru izbora. Pizze su im jako sočne, tijesto mekano, ako ostane mjesta za slatko svima bih sugerirala da probaju slatku pizzu tzv. Slatkizzu. Da me bilo tko pita što probati pri prvom dolasku u Corto Maltese, moj odgovor bi bio rižot Pič... dim. Da, stvarno se tako zove, a mislim da su za ime dobili inspiraciju iz samih sastojaka jer ovaj poznati rižoto dolazi u kombinaciji s dimljenim pizdicama (ili pedočama) i kozicama. "Staple piece" jelo s razlogom.

3. Kinoteka
Kinoteka ima predivan ambijent smješten u unutrašnjem dvorištu među uskim ulicama u samom centru Splita. Jelovnik je prepun gurmanskih jela, imaju i degustacijske jelovnike od kojih su neki stvarno kreativni, kako u prezentaciji, tako i u okusu. Malo drugačije mjesto za one koji žele probati nešto novo.

4. Artičok
U ovom restoranu jednostavno nisam još imala priliku probati loše jelo. Svaki put do sad kad sam posjetila ovaj restoran, a posjetila sam ga zaista dosta puta u posljednje tri godine, bila sam jako zadovoljna raznim jelima, desertima, ali i uslugom. Konzistentno dobra hrana je najbolja odlika restorana.

5. Maka Maka
Ukusno, kvalitetna hrana, svjež okus. Jako mi se sviđa nov jelovnik, a ambijent i usluga su također odlični. Svježina ribe u sushi rolicama je bila besprijekorna. Probala sam sushi na raznim mjestima po svijetu pa čak i u Japanu, stoga mogu reći da mislim kako je MakaMaka na dobrom putu da stoji uz rame nekim od najboljih koje sam probala. Po meni su trenutno najbolji sushi restoran u Splitu.

Margita nam je od objekata koji se ne nalaze u Splitu preporučila konobu Vinko u Konjevratima. "Ambijent, hrana, atmosfera i usluga su odlični. Jela sam više verzija skradinskog rižota, ali da budem iskrena, ništa se ne može mjeriti s rižotom konobe Vinko. Teleće meso se topilo u kremastom rižotu koji je oduševljavao svakim novim zalogajem". Od objekata van Hrvatske, ali ipak dovoljno blizu za jednodnevni izlet, izdvojila je restoran Bezdan 21 u Grudama.
