R. Kelly izgubio je parnicu protiv Heather Williams koja ga je tužila zbog seksualnog zlostavljanja koje se odvijalo kada joj je bilo svega šesnaest godina.

Pedesetdvogodišnji reper nije se pojavio na saslušanju, a njegovi odvjetnici žele da se slučaj ponovno uzme u razmatranje i to zbog toga što R.Kelly - ne može čitati. 

Naime, Zaid Abdallah i Raed Shalabi tvrde da Kelly nije znao što točno stoji u sudskim spisima te nije dobro pripremio svoju obranu, a sve zbog toga što ima problem s učenjem zbog kojeg nije u mogućnosti čitati, prenosi portal TMZ.

Osim toga, odvjetnici  kažu da reperu nije mogao biti uručen poziv na saslušanju jer je u to vrijeme bio u zatvoru zbof toga što nije plaćao alimentaciji bivšoj supruzi Andrei Lee.

Kellyjev tim sada traži od suda da odustane od presude kako bi se reper ovaj put mogao propisno pripremiti, piše TMZ.

R. Kelly izgubio je parnicu protiv Heather Williams koja ga je tužila zbog seksualnog zlostavljanja koje se odvijalo kada joj je bilo svega šesnaest godina.

Pedesetdvogodišnji reper nije se pojavio na saslušanju, a njegovi odvjetnici žele da se slučaj ponovno uzme u razmatranje i to zbog toga što R.Kelly - ne može čitati. 

Naime, Zaid Abdallah i Raed Shalabi tvrde da Kelly nije znao što točno stoji u sudskim spisima te nije dobro pripremio svoju obranu, a sve zbog toga što ima problem s učenjem zbog kojeg nije u mogućnosti čitati, prenosi portal TMZ.

Osim toga, odvjetnici  kažu da reperu nije mogao biti uručen poziv na saslušanju jer je u to vrijeme bio u zatvoru zbof toga što nije plaćao alimentaciji bivšoj supruzi Andrei Lee.

Kellyjev tim sada traži od suda da odustane od presude kako bi se reper ovaj put mogao propisno pripremiti, piše TMZ.
