Imam jedrilicu Beneteau Oceanis 311 iz 1999. godine na kojoj sam nedavno mijenjao sarče jer su jednoj počele pucati niti, a ni ostale nisu izgledale zdravo i pouzdano. Kako povremeno rekreativno s prijateljima sudjelujem u regatama krstaša, molio bih nekoliko savjeta za optimalno centriranje i trimanje jarbola. Nakon promjene sarči zatezanje smo obavili odoka i nisam siguran da je postavljen i nategnut po pravilima?

Dobro je da ste primijetili kako su vam sarče u lošem stanju, premda ih je po tim simptomima trebalo promijeniti i dosta ranije. Mnogi ih vlasnici uzimaju zdravo za gotovo, a njihove istrošenosti su svjesni tek kada im padne jarbol. Naravno, to se u pravilu događa uglavnom u plovidbi po nešto snažnijem vjetru i nemirnom moru. Provjeru stanja jarbola, pripona i opreme jarbola trebalo bi obaviti barem jednom godišnje, podići se uz jarbol ili s igle i kontrolirati njihovo opće stanje i sve spojeve. Primijeti li se išta sumnjivo, jarbol je potrebno skinuti s jedrilice, postaviti na kavalete, svaki dio detaljno pregledati i sve anomalije sanirati. Mnogi će se ovome začuditi jer na svojoj jedrilici imaju pripone i starije od trideset godina, međutim, na cruising jedrilicama smatraju se sigurnima do starosti od deset godina, a na nekim regatnim i manje od četiri.

Alarmantan znak

Zbog naprezanja vremenom mogu postati krhke i pucati bez upozorenja, a bilo kakvo iskrivljenje ili izobličenje pojedine niti već je alarmantan znak. Što se tiče trimanja jarbola na vašem brodu i nema baš puno prostora. Pretpostavljam kako na pramčanom štraju imate roler i dužina te sajle je definirana, a zateže se i popušta krmenim štrajem. Sa svake strane imate po dvije bočne pripone, jednu s vrha jarbola i jednu s hvatištem ispod krožete, križa. Jarbol mora biti u sredini. Na gindac, podigač, glavnog jedra privežite metar ili neku nerastezljivu uzicu, podignite do vrha i time mjerite je li vrh jarbola jednako udaljen od lijevog i desnog hvatišta bočnih pripona. Donje pripone zatežite tako da vam utor za jedro bude potpuno ravan.

Centriranje jarbola precizan je posao

Kada bočne pripone nisu dovoljno pritegnute, tada je i pramčani štraj, leto, opušteniji. Jedreći oštro uz vjetar prednji porub genoe čini duboki luk i jedrilica ne može prihvatiti kurs oštro u vjetar već znatno opada. Nije zanemariv ni problem s rolerom genoe. Odmotavanjem ili kupljenjem genoe u plovidbi os vrtnje nije ravna, pa su opterećenja na cijeli sistem znatno veća. Upravo to je najčešći razlog kvara rolera. Jarbolima kojima je pramčani štraj do vrha, tenzija na bočnim priponama treba biti 15 - 20 posto opterećenja u odnosu na točku pucanja.

Paralelna zatezanja

Postoji metoda kojom se prilikom zatezanja to opterećenje može mjeriti običnim metrom, ali sprave za mjerenje tenzije sajle su jednostavnije i pouzdanije. Naravno, sva zatezanja se rade paralelno s lijeve i desne strane, prateći da jarbol ostane u centru. Koliko je to dobro obavljeno može se vidjeti jedreći oštro u vjetar po mirnom moru, dok je jedrilica nagnuta oko 15 - 20 stupnjeva. Zavjetrinska bočna pripona se olabavi i može imati hod između 2,5 i 5 centimetara. Ovakvo paušalno mjerenje je prihvatljivo, a sve oscilacije upućuju na nedovoljnu ili pretjeranu zategnutost bočnih pripona. Imajte na umu i da se nove sajle neko vrijeme rastežu i potrebno ih je dotezati. Svaki put kada završite sa zatezanjem sajli obavezno osigurajte štirante od samoodvijanja.

Ipak, kako nemate iskustva možda bi bilo bolje da te radove povjerite nekome ko se ovim bavi profesionalno. Oni za obavljeni posao daju i nekakve garancije.

Imam jedrilicu Beneteau Oceanis 311 iz 1999. godine na kojoj sam nedavno mijenjao sarče jer su jednoj počele pucati niti, a ni ostale nisu izgledale zdravo i pouzdano. Kako povremeno rekreativno s prijateljima sudjelujem u regatama krstaša, molio bih nekoliko savjeta za optimalno centriranje i trimanje jarbola. Nakon promjene sarči zatezanje smo obavili odoka i nisam siguran da je postavljen i nategnut po pravilima?

Dobro je da ste primijetili kako su vam sarče u lošem stanju, premda ih je po tim simptomima trebalo promijeniti i dosta ranije. Mnogi ih vlasnici uzimaju zdravo za gotovo, a njihove istrošenosti su svjesni tek kada im padne jarbol. Naravno, to se u pravilu događa uglavnom u plovidbi po nešto snažnijem vjetru i nemirnom moru. Provjeru stanja jarbola, pripona i opreme jarbola trebalo bi obaviti barem jednom godišnje, podići se uz jarbol ili s igle i kontrolirati njihovo opće stanje i sve spojeve. Primijeti li se išta sumnjivo, jarbol je potrebno skinuti s jedrilice, postaviti na kavalete, svaki dio detaljno pregledati i sve anomalije sanirati. Mnogi će se ovome začuditi jer na svojoj jedrilici imaju pripone i starije od trideset godina, međutim, na cruising jedrilicama smatraju se sigurnima do starosti od deset godina, a na nekim regatnim i manje od četiri.

Alarmantan znak

Zbog naprezanja vremenom mogu postati krhke i pucati bez upozorenja, a bilo kakvo iskrivljenje ili izobličenje pojedine niti već je alarmantan znak. Što se tiče trimanja jarbola na vašem brodu i nema baš puno prostora. Pretpostavljam kako na pramčanom štraju imate roler i dužina te sajle je definirana, a zateže se i popušta krmenim štrajem. Sa svake strane imate po dvije bočne pripone, jednu s vrha jarbola i jednu s hvatištem ispod krožete, križa. Jarbol mora biti u sredini. Na gindac, podigač, glavnog jedra privežite metar ili neku nerastezljivu uzicu, podignite do vrha i time mjerite je li vrh jarbola jednako udaljen od lijevog i desnog hvatišta bočnih pripona. Donje pripone zatežite tako da vam utor za jedro bude potpuno ravan.

Kada bočne pripone nisu dovoljno pritegnute, tada je i pramčani štraj, leto, opušteniji. Jedreći oštro uz vjetar prednji porub genoe čini duboki luk i jedrilica ne može prihvatiti kurs oštro u vjetar već znatno opada. Nije zanemariv ni problem s rolerom genoe. Odmotavanjem ili kupljenjem genoe u plovidbi os vrtnje nije ravna, pa su opterećenja na cijeli sistem znatno veća. Upravo to je najčešći razlog kvara rolera. Jarbolima kojima je pramčani štraj do vrha, tenzija na bočnim priponama treba biti 15 - 20 posto opterećenja u odnosu na točku pucanja.

Paralelna zatezanja

Postoji metoda kojom se prilikom zatezanja to opterećenje može mjeriti običnim metrom, ali sprave za mjerenje tenzije sajle su jednostavnije i pouzdanije. Naravno, sva zatezanja se rade paralelno s lijeve i desne strane, prateći da jarbol ostane u centru. Koliko je to dobro obavljeno može se vidjeti jedreći oštro u vjetar po mirnom moru, dok je jedrilica nagnuta oko 15 - 20 stupnjeva. Zavjetrinska bočna pripona se olabavi i može imati hod između 2,5 i 5 centimetara. Ovakvo paušalno mjerenje je prihvatljivo, a sve oscilacije upućuju na nedovoljnu ili pretjeranu zategnutost bočnih pripona. Imajte na umu i da se nove sajle neko vrijeme rastežu i potrebno ih je dotezati. Svaki put kada završite sa zatezanjem sajli obavezno osigurajte štirante od samoodvijanja.

Ipak, kako nemate iskustva možda bi bilo bolje da te radove povjerite nekome ko se ovim bavi profesionalno. Oni za obavljeni posao daju i nekakve garancije.
