Ranije sam ljetne odmore provodio na unajmljenim brodovima, a prije dvije sezone nabavio sam rabljenu motornu brodicu u jako dobrom stanju. Dosad nisam imao problema, ali znam da se motori kvare i da ih je uz redoviti servis potrebno povremeno provjeravati. Do sada je to bio problem firme kod koje bih brodicu unajmio, a sada je moj. Zanima me kada i što sve trebam provjeriti kako bih se osjećao sigurnije.

Dobro je da dosad niste imali nikakvih problema, ni ranije kad ste plovilo unajmljivali, a posebno sada na vašem plovilu, kad prema vašem pitanju vidim da tijekom sezone nitko nije vodio brigu o motoru.

Redovitim pregledom motora neke se anomalije mogu uočiti i tako na vrijeme spriječiti kasnije veće, ozbiljnije, kompliciranije i znatno skuplje kvarove. Iskusniji skiperi to znaju pa prije nego što se s gostima upute u plovidbu provjere neke osnovne stvari na motoru, a isto rade i tijekom tjedna, barem svaka dva-tri dana.

Već prvim vizualnim pregledom mogu provjeriti ima li na motoru tragova curenja neke tekućine i jesu li santine ispod motora čiste. Brzim pregledom kontroliraju i stanje braga na svim priključnim crijevima i sve električne kontakte. Kod redovito održavanih motora ovo bi sve trebalo biti u redu, a svi kasniji pregledi uspoređuju se s ovim stanjem.

Rutinski pregledi

Prije startanja provjerite razinu ulja u motoru, a kod motora sa zatvorenim sustavom hlađenja i razinu rashladne tekućine. Ako kasnije primijetite kako je ulja ili rashladne tekućine manje, a da se ne sliva ispod motora, to upućuje na ozbiljniji problem s motorom i obavezno kontaktirajte svojeg servisera. Također kontrolirajte razinu i stanje ulja u kopči. Naravno, ova se mjerenja rade kad je motor hladan.

Ako primijetite da vam je razina ulja viša, to ukazuje na to da se sustav za podmazivanje motora negdje miješa s vodom, a tada ćete vjerojatno na čepu za ulijevanje ulja moći vidjeti i prve svijetle kapljice emulzije. Ovo je također razlog za razgovor sa serviserom. Tragovi sitne špene, metalne strugotine, ne moraju biti alarmantni, ali svakako nisu dobar znak.

Dok ste u krmi, provjerite je li područje oko šupernice suho. Stariji tipovi statvene cijevi na brodicama imaju lojanu pletenicu s mazalicom. Prokapa li uz osovinu, dovoljno ju je malo zategnuti, naravno, ako u njoj ima dovoljno masti, a dotrajale pletenice zamijene se novima.

Novije gumene šupernice, oblika manžete i često nazivane volvo ležaj, jednokratne se. Kad prokapa, to je znak da ih uskoro treba mijenjati. Ovo nije opasno, ali svakako treba imati pod kontrolom.

Najveći je problem ako prilikom posljednjeg spuštanja plovila u more niste pustili zrak iz statvene cijevi. Naime, hladi se morem i ako je zrak ostao zarobljen, guma se ne hladi, otvrdne i više ne brtvi.

Promjena zvuka

Prije pokretanja motora provjerite je li glavna sklopka uključena, je li ventil goriva otvoren i imate li dovoljno goriva. Bilo bi dobro povremeno na filtru, separatoru, provjeriti i ispustiti eventualno sakupljenu vodu. Isto tako, provjerite je li otvoren ventil usisa mora, pa i stanje u filtru morske vode. Eventualnu začepljenost na rešetki usisa možete povremeno kontrolirati dok se kupate i ronite oko plovila.

Sve modernije brodice imaju ugrađenu ventilaciju strojarnice koja se pali uključivanjem kontakta. Tada se pale i sve kontrolne lampice i alarmi, pa je dobro imati naviku obratiti pažnju i na njih prije startanja motora. Tijekom plovidbe svakako povremeno provjeravajte instrumente za kontrolu rada motora. Tome oni i služe.

Osim toga, s vremenom ćete se naviknuti na zvuk rada vašeg motora, pa će i svaka promjena tog zvuka upozoriti na to da se s motorom nešto događa.

Kad vam ovakve provjere jednom postanu rutina, pouzdanje u vaš motor bit će veće, a mogućnost većih kvarova motora svakako manja.

Ranije sam ljetne odmore provodio na unajmljenim brodovima, a prije dvije sezone nabavio sam rabljenu motornu brodicu u jako dobrom stanju. Dosad nisam imao problema, ali znam da se motori kvare i da ih je uz redoviti servis potrebno povremeno provjeravati. Do sada je to bio problem firme kod koje bih brodicu unajmio, a sada je moj. Zanima me kada i što sve trebam provjeriti kako bih se osjećao sigurnije.

Dobro je da dosad niste imali nikakvih problema, ni ranije kad ste plovilo unajmljivali, a posebno sada na vašem plovilu, kad prema vašem pitanju vidim da tijekom sezone nitko nije vodio brigu o motoru.

Redovitim pregledom motora neke se anomalije mogu uočiti i tako na vrijeme spriječiti kasnije veće, ozbiljnije, kompliciranije i znatno skuplje kvarove. Iskusniji skiperi to znaju pa prije nego što se s gostima upute u plovidbu provjere neke osnovne stvari na motoru, a isto rade i tijekom tjedna, barem svaka dva-tri dana.

Već prvim vizualnim pregledom mogu provjeriti ima li na motoru tragova curenja neke tekućine i jesu li santine ispod motora čiste. Brzim pregledom kontroliraju i stanje braga na svim priključnim crijevima i sve električne kontakte. Kod redovito održavanih motora ovo bi sve trebalo biti u redu, a svi kasniji pregledi uspoređuju se s ovim stanjem.

Rutinski pregledi

Prije startanja provjerite razinu ulja u motoru, a kod motora sa zatvorenim sustavom hlađenja i razinu rashladne tekućine. Ako kasnije primijetite kako je ulja ili rashladne tekućine manje, a da se ne sliva ispod motora, to upućuje na ozbiljniji problem s motorom i obavezno kontaktirajte svojeg servisera. Također kontrolirajte razinu i stanje ulja u kopči. Naravno, ova se mjerenja rade kad je motor hladan.

Ako primijetite da vam je razina ulja viša, to ukazuje na to da se sustav za podmazivanje motora negdje miješa s vodom, a tada ćete vjerojatno na čepu za ulijevanje ulja moći vidjeti i prve svijetle kapljice emulzije. Ovo je također razlog za razgovor sa serviserom. Tragovi sitne špene, metalne strugotine, ne moraju biti alarmantni, ali svakako nisu dobar znak.

Dok ste u krmi, provjerite je li područje oko šupernice suho. Stariji tipovi statvene cijevi na brodicama imaju lojanu pletenicu s mazalicom. Prokapa li uz osovinu, dovoljno ju je malo zategnuti, naravno, ako u njoj ima dovoljno masti, a dotrajale pletenice zamijene se novima.

Novije gumene šupernice, oblika manžete i često nazivane volvo ležaj, jednokratne se. Kad prokapa, to je znak da ih uskoro treba mijenjati. Ovo nije opasno, ali svakako treba imati pod kontrolom.

Najveći je problem ako prilikom posljednjeg spuštanja plovila u more niste pustili zrak iz statvene cijevi. Naime, hladi se morem i ako je zrak ostao zarobljen, guma se ne hladi, otvrdne i više ne brtvi.

Promjena zvuka

Prije pokretanja motora provjerite je li glavna sklopka uključena, je li ventil goriva otvoren i imate li dovoljno goriva. Bilo bi dobro povremeno na filtru, separatoru, provjeriti i ispustiti eventualno sakupljenu vodu. Isto tako, provjerite je li otvoren ventil usisa mora, pa i stanje u filtru morske vode. Eventualnu začepljenost na rešetki usisa možete povremeno kontrolirati dok se kupate i ronite oko plovila.

Sve modernije brodice imaju ugrađenu ventilaciju strojarnice koja se pali uključivanjem kontakta. Tada se pale i sve kontrolne lampice i alarmi, pa je dobro imati naviku obratiti pažnju i na njih prije startanja motora. Tijekom plovidbe svakako povremeno provjeravajte instrumente za kontrolu rada motora. Tome oni i služe.

Osim toga, s vremenom ćete se naviknuti na zvuk rada vašeg motora, pa će i svaka promjena tog zvuka upozoriti na to da se s motorom nešto događa.

Kad vam ovakve provjere jednom postanu rutina, pouzdanje u vaš motor bit će veće, a mogućnost većih kvarova motora svakako manja.
