Konačno smo se pozdravili s turbulentnom 2020. i zakoračili u novu godinu. Velik broj ljudi se početkom godine odlučuje za donošenje novogodišnjih odluka i želja. Portal MojPosao je istraživanjem u kojem je sudjelovalo više od 2200 ispitanika doznao s kakvim su željama i odlukama naši sugrađani ušli u 2021. godinu.

Prema istraživanju, tri četvrtine građana (74%) je donijelo novogodišnju odluku, a velika većina njih je vezana uz posao i karijeru (79%).

Najzastupljenija novogodišnja odluka je pronalazak novog (i boljeg) posla, za koju se odlučilo 69% sudionika istraživanja, a potom slijede povećanje mjesečnih prihoda (40%), profesionalno usavršavanje i pohađanje edukacija (38%) te uspostavljanje ravnoteže poslovnog i privatnog života (19%).

Dio građana se nada pokretanju vlastitog biznisa ili pronalasku dodatnog posla, širenju mreže poslovnih kontakata te uspostavljanju kvalitetnijih odnosa s kolegama, a jedan manji dio ljudi razmišlja o odlasku u inozemstvo.

Žene nešto češće nego muškarci donose novogodišnje odluke (77% žena naprema 71% muškaraca), baš kao i mlađi ispitanici te nezaposlene osobe.

Na pitanje jesu li ispunili svoju prošlogodišnju novogodišnju odluku vezanu uz karijeru, svega 30% ispitanika odgovorilo je potvrdno, što predstavlja pad u odnosu na 2019. godinu (38%).

Većina osoba (45%) je podbacila u ispunjavanju svoje prošlogodišnje odluke jer nisu računali na zapreke na putu, u prvom redu na epidemiju koronavirusa.

S druge strane, svakom trećem ispitaniku donesena odluka nije bila dovoljno važna kako bi uložili trud potreban za njeno ostvarenje, petina ispitanika ističe kako se njihova odluka izjalovila jer nije bila dovoljno dobro isplanirana, dok svaka deseta osoba za sve krivi ''nedovoljnu podršku okoline''.

Također, jedan manji dio ljudi je zaboravio koju odluku su donijeli pa je stoga nisu niti mogli ostvariti.

Konačno smo se pozdravili s turbulentnom 2020. i zakoračili u novu godinu. Velik broj ljudi se početkom godine odlučuje za donošenje novogodišnjih odluka i želja. Portal MojPosao je istraživanjem u kojem je sudjelovalo više od 2200 ispitanika doznao s kakvim su željama i odlukama naši sugrađani ušli u 2021. godinu.

Prema istraživanju, tri četvrtine građana (74%) je donijelo novogodišnju odluku, a velika većina njih je vezana uz posao i karijeru (79%).

Najzastupljenija novogodišnja odluka je pronalazak novog (i boljeg) posla, za koju se odlučilo 69% sudionika istraživanja, a potom slijede povećanje mjesečnih prihoda (40%), profesionalno usavršavanje i pohađanje edukacija (38%) te uspostavljanje ravnoteže poslovnog i privatnog života (19%).

Dio građana se nada pokretanju vlastitog biznisa ili pronalasku dodatnog posla, širenju mreže poslovnih kontakata te uspostavljanju kvalitetnijih odnosa s kolegama, a jedan manji dio ljudi razmišlja o odlasku u inozemstvo.

Žene nešto češće nego muškarci donose novogodišnje odluke (77% žena naprema 71% muškaraca), baš kao i mlađi ispitanici te nezaposlene osobe.

Na pitanje jesu li ispunili svoju prošlogodišnju novogodišnju odluku vezanu uz karijeru, svega 30% ispitanika odgovorilo je potvrdno, što predstavlja pad u odnosu na 2019. godinu (38%).

Većina osoba (45%) je podbacila u ispunjavanju svoje prošlogodišnje odluke jer nisu računali na zapreke na putu, u prvom redu na epidemiju koronavirusa.

S druge strane, svakom trećem ispitaniku donesena odluka nije bila dovoljno važna kako bi uložili trud potreban za njeno ostvarenje, petina ispitanika ističe kako se njihova odluka izjalovila jer nije bila dovoljno dobro isplanirana, dok svaka deseta osoba za sve krivi ''nedovoljnu podršku okoline''.

Također, jedan manji dio ljudi je zaboravio koju odluku su donijeli pa je stoga nisu niti mogli ostvariti.

Većina Hrvata donijela je svoju novogodišnju odluku, a balans poslovnog i privatnog života tek im je na 4. mjestu. Ovo ipak najviše priželjkuju

Konačno smo se pozdravili s turbulentnom 2020. i zakoračili u novu godinu. Velik broj ljudi se početkom godine odlučuje za donošenje novogodišnjih odluka i želja. Portal MojPosao je istraživanjem u kojem je sudjelovalo više od 2200 ispitanika doznao s kakvim su željama i odlukama naši sugrađani ušli u 2021. godinu.

Prema istraživanju, tri četvrtine građana (74%) je donijelo novogodišnju odluku, a velika većina njih je vezana uz posao i karijeru (79%).

Najzastupljenija novogodišnja odluka je pronalazak novog (i boljeg) posla, za koju se odlučilo 69% sudionika istraživanja, a potom slijede povećanje mjesečnih prihoda (40%), profesionalno usavršavanje i pohađanje edukacija (38%) te uspostavljanje ravnoteže poslovnog i privatnog života (19%).
