Savjete za lakši oporavak od prekida donosi portal Teen385, ali podsjetnik protiv destruktivnih obrambenih mehanizama nije naodmet ni starijim čitateljima, budući da slomljeno srce u svakoj dobi jednako boli. Evo što nikako ne smijete činiti nakon prekida.

1. Ostati u kontaktu s bivšim

Teško je jednostavno odrezati iz života nekoga s kim si provodio sate, dijelio tajne, vodio duge telefonske razgovore... Ali ostanak u kontaktu samo će produljiti agoniju. Koliko god se tome željeli oduprijeti, potajno ćete se možda nadati da ćete mu promijeniti mišljenje ili da će se nakon nekog vremena stvari same od sebe vratiti na staro. U 99% slučajeva to se neće dogoditi. 

2. Predugo ostati u fazi žaljenja

Nakon tjedana, pa i mjeseci tugovanja, mogli biste primijetiti da stari hobiji, izlasci s prijateljima i svakodnevne obveze još uvijek iziskuju previše truda... U redu je uzeti si kratak period za slušanje tužnih pjesama i gledanje ljubavnih komedija, pa čak i za tješenje slatkim, ali ako to potraje mjesecima, učinit ćete si golemu štetu. Nema pravila koje određuje koji je vremenski rok u redu, ali više od mjesec dana nikako nije preporučljivo. Nakon mjesec dana (samosa)žaljenja mora početi novi period, u kojem se hvatate u koštac s teškim zadacima i emocije držite pod kontrolom.

3. Radiš ludosti koje nisu tipične za tebe

"Lude stvari", odnosno impulzivne odluke, treba izbjegavati, osobito u fazi nakon prekida kada smo posebno emocionalno ranjivi, i kad se na neki način želimo riješiti okova koji su nas prethodno ograničavali. Loše odluke donesene u tom periodu mogle bi vas proganjati i desetljećima kasnije, posebno ako ih netko iz vaše ekipe ovjekovječi u virtualnom prostoru. Avanture za jednu noć, neobuzdana shopping terapija, provokativne fotografije na Instagramu... S odmakom od nekoliko mjeseci mogli biste požaliti zbog takvih odluka.

4. Odmah skačeš u novu vezu

Prelazak na novu vezu tek što je prethodna završila najčešće se događa iz straha - straha od samoće, odbačenosti, dosade, vlastitih misli i zahtjevnih emocija. Treba pričekati i najprije poraditi na sebi prije nego što možemo drugome pružiti ono što zaslužuje.

5. Odustaješ od veza zauvijek

To je druga krajnost. Ako je propala ljubav na kojoj ste temeljili viziju svoje budućnosti ili romansa vrijedna Disneyeva filma, normalno je pomisliti kako nikad više nećete imati nešto slično. Ali ne treba se zatvoriti, jer iznenadili biste se koliko zanimljivih ljudi ima na svijetu. Uskoro biste se čak mogli opet zaljubiti.

Savjete za lakši oporavak od prekida donosi portal Teen385, ali podsjetnik protiv destruktivnih obrambenih mehanizama nije naodmet ni starijim čitateljima, budući da slomljeno srce u svakoj dobi jednako boli. Evo što nikako ne smijete činiti nakon prekida.

1. Ostati u kontaktu s bivšim

Teško je jednostavno odrezati iz života nekoga s kim si provodio sate, dijelio tajne, vodio duge telefonske razgovore... Ali ostanak u kontaktu samo će produljiti agoniju. Koliko god se tome željeli oduprijeti, potajno ćete se možda nadati da ćete mu promijeniti mišljenje ili da će se nakon nekog vremena stvari same od sebe vratiti na staro. U 99% slučajeva to se neće dogoditi. 

2. Predugo ostati u fazi žaljenja

Nakon tjedana, pa i mjeseci tugovanja, mogli biste primijetiti da stari hobiji, izlasci s prijateljima i svakodnevne obveze još uvijek iziskuju previše truda... U redu je uzeti si kratak period za slušanje tužnih pjesama i gledanje ljubavnih komedija, pa čak i za tješenje slatkim, ali ako to potraje mjesecima, učinit ćete si golemu štetu. Nema pravila koje određuje koji je vremenski rok u redu, ali više od mjesec dana nikako nije preporučljivo. Nakon mjesec dana (samosa)žaljenja mora početi novi period, u kojem se hvatate u koštac s teškim zadacima i emocije držite pod kontrolom.

3. Radiš ludosti koje nisu tipične za tebe

"Lude stvari", odnosno impulzivne odluke, treba izbjegavati, osobito u fazi nakon prekida kada smo posebno emocionalno ranjivi, i kad se na neki način želimo riješiti okova koji su nas prethodno ograničavali. Loše odluke donesene u tom periodu mogle bi vas proganjati i desetljećima kasnije, posebno ako ih netko iz vaše ekipe ovjekovječi u virtualnom prostoru. Avanture za jednu noć, neobuzdana shopping terapija, provokativne fotografije na Instagramu... S odmakom od nekoliko mjeseci mogli biste požaliti zbog takvih odluka.

4. Odmah skačeš u novu vezu

Prelazak na novu vezu tek što je prethodna završila najčešće se događa iz straha - straha od samoće, odbačenosti, dosade, vlastitih misli i zahtjevnih emocija. Treba pričekati i najprije poraditi na sebi prije nego što možemo drugome pružiti ono što zaslužuje.

5. Odustaješ od veza zauvijek

To je druga krajnost. Ako je propala ljubav na kojoj ste temeljili viziju svoje budućnosti ili romansa vrijedna Disneyeva filma, normalno je pomisliti kako nikad više nećete imati nešto slično. Ali ne treba se zatvoriti, jer iznenadili biste se koliko zanimljivih ljudi ima na svijetu. Uskoro biste se čak mogli opet zaljubiti.

Savjete za lakši oporavak od prekida donosi portal Teen385, ali podsjetnik protiv destruktivnih obrambenih mehanizama nije naodmet ni starijim čitateljima, budući da slomljeno srce u svakoj dobi jednako boli. Evo što nikako ne smijete činiti nakon prekida.

1. Ostati u kontaktu s bivšim

Teško je jednostavno odrezati iz života nekoga s kim si provodio sate, dijelio tajne, vodio duge telefonske razgovore... Ali ostanak u kontaktu samo će produljiti agoniju. Koliko god se tome željeli oduprijeti, potajno ćete se možda nadati da ćete mu promijeniti mišljenje ili da će se nakon nekog vremena stvari same od sebe vratiti na staro. U 99% slučajeva to se neće dogoditi. 

2. Predugo ostati u fazi žaljenja
