Ekaterina Murashova, dječja psihologinja iz Sankt Peterburga, provela je 2013. godine vrlo zanimljiv eksperiment. Zamolila je 68 tinejdžera u dobi od 12 do 18 godina da se odreknu svih svojih elektroničkih uređaja; odnosno isključe mobitele, računala, televizore, tablete, video igrice i ne komuniciraju ni s kim.

Ono što su smjeli u tih osam sati bilo je pisati, crtati, čitati, pjevati, šetati i baviti se sličnim aktivnostima.

Autor eksperimenta želio je dokazati radnu hipotezu da se moderni tinejdžeri nisu u stanju da se zaokupiraju i da su potpuno nesvjesni svog unutarnjeg svijeta, piše kurir.rs.

Prema pravilima eksperimenta, sljedeći dan djeca su imala zadatak ispričati kako su doživjela ovaj test. Psihologinja je savjetovala svim sudionicima da prekinu eksperiment u slučaju pretjerane tjeskobe, nelagode ili napetosti te da zabilježe vrijeme i razlog prekida.

Rezultati su bili u najmanju ruku šokantni, a uzmite u obzir da je eksperiment proveden prije deset godina, kada je tehnologija još bila daleko manje rasprostranjena nego danas.

Od 68 sudionika samo je troje završilo eksperiment – ​​jedva djevojčica i dva dječaka. Tinejdžerica je osam sati zapisivala svoje osjećaje u dnevnik.

Jedan od dječaka osam je sati izrađivao maketu jedrenjaka, uz pauzu za ručak i šetnju psa. Drugi je prvo sortirao i sistematizirao svoje zbirke, a zatim se bavio presađivanjem cvijeća. Nitko od njih tijekom eksperimenta nije imao negativnih emocija i nije primijetio pojavu "čudnih" misli.

Troje sudionika eksperimenta prijavilo je "suicidalne misli", a petero ih je doživjelo napadaje panike. Kod 27 tinejdžera zabilježeni su simptomi poput mučnine, znojenja, vrtoglavice, valova vrućine, bolova u želucu... Gotovo svaki od njih prijavio je osjećaj straha i tjeskobe.

Zanimanje i uzbuđenje pred novonastalom situacijom i suočavanjem sa samim sobom splasnulo je kod gotovo svih sudionika do početka drugog ili trećeg sata. Samo deset tinejdžera koji su prekinuli eksperiment osjećalo se tjeskobno nakon tri ili više sati samoće.

Što su radili nakon eksperimenta?

Gotovo svatko je u nekom trenutku pokušao zaspati, ali nitko nije uspio iskorijeniti "glupe" misli koje su mu se opsesivno motale po glavi.

Nakon završetka eksperimenta, 14 tinejdžera odmah je pristupilo društvenim mrežama, 20 se javilo svojim prijateljima, troje roditeljima, a pet je otišlo u posjet prijateljima. Ostali su upalili televizore ili počeli igrati računalne igrice. Osim toga, gotovo svi su odmah uključili glazbu ili stavili slušalice na uši.

Svi strahovi i simptomi nestali su odmah nakon završetka eksperimenta. Zanimljivo je da su 63 tinejdžera eksperiment prepoznali kao koristan i zanimljiv za samospoznaju. Šestero sudionika i sami su ponovili eksperiment i tvrde da su uspjeli nakon nekoliko pokušaja.

Kada su tinejdžeri analizirali što im se dogodilo tijekom eksperimenta, 51 osoba koristila je fraze kao što su "ovisnost", "doza", "povlačenje", "ispada da ne mogu živjeti bez...", "Trebam cijelo vrijeme “ … Svi bez iznimke rekli su da su bili užasno iznenađeni mislima koje su im se javljale tijekom eksperimenta, ali nisu se mogli nositi s njima zbog pogoršanja općeg stanja.

Ekaterina Murashova, dječja psihologinja iz Sankt Peterburga, provela je 2013. godine vrlo zanimljiv eksperiment. Zamolila je 68 tinejdžera u dobi od 12 do 18 godina da se odreknu svih svojih elektroničkih uređaja; odnosno isključe mobitele, računala, televizore, tablete, video igrice i ne komuniciraju ni s kim.

Ono što su smjeli u tih osam sati bilo je pisati, crtati, čitati, pjevati, šetati i baviti se sličnim aktivnostima.

Autor eksperimenta želio je dokazati radnu hipotezu da se moderni tinejdžeri nisu u stanju da se zaokupiraju i da su potpuno nesvjesni svog unutarnjeg svijeta, piše kurir.rs.

Prema pravilima eksperimenta, sljedeći dan djeca su imala zadatak ispričati kako su doživjela ovaj test. Psihologinja je savjetovala svim sudionicima da prekinu eksperiment u slučaju pretjerane tjeskobe, nelagode ili napetosti te da zabilježe vrijeme i razlog prekida.

Rezultati su bili u najmanju ruku šokantni, a uzmite u obzir da je eksperiment proveden prije deset godina, kada je tehnologija još bila daleko manje rasprostranjena nego danas.

Od 68 sudionika samo je troje završilo eksperiment – ​​jedva djevojčica i dva dječaka. Tinejdžerica je osam sati zapisivala svoje osjećaje u dnevnik.

Jedan od dječaka osam je sati izrađivao maketu jedrenjaka, uz pauzu za ručak i šetnju psa. Drugi je prvo sortirao i sistematizirao svoje zbirke, a zatim se bavio presađivanjem cvijeća. Nitko od njih tijekom eksperimenta nije imao negativnih emocija i nije primijetio pojavu "čudnih" misli.

Troje sudionika eksperimenta prijavilo je "suicidalne misli", a petero ih je doživjelo napadaje panike. Kod 27 tinejdžera zabilježeni su simptomi poput mučnine, znojenja, vrtoglavice, valova vrućine, bolova u želucu... Gotovo svaki od njih prijavio je osjećaj straha i tjeskobe.

Zanimanje i uzbuđenje pred novonastalom situacijom i suočavanjem sa samim sobom splasnulo je kod gotovo svih sudionika do početka drugog ili trećeg sata. Samo deset tinejdžera koji su prekinuli eksperiment osjećalo se tjeskobno nakon tri ili više sati samoće.

Što su tinejdžeri radili tijekom eksperimenta?

jeli su

čitali su ili pokušavali čitati

radili su neke školske obveze (bilo je to za vrijeme praznika, a mnogi od njih su se iz očaja uhvatili udžbenika)

gledanjli su kroz prozor ili se ‘vukli‘ po stanu

izašli van, u dućan ili kafić (u eksperimentu je komunikacija bila zabranjena, ali je bilo dopušteno razmijeniti nekoliko potrebnih riječi s prodavačima ili blagajnicama)

sastavljali puzzle ili lego kocke

crtali ili pokušali crtati

igrali su se sa psom ili mačkom

pospremili sobu ili stan

kupali su se

bavi tjelesnom aktivnošću

zapisali njihove osjećaje ili misli

svirali klavir, gitaru ili flautu

tri su pisala poeziju ili prozu

jedan dječak putovao je gradom gotovo pet sati, mijenjajući autobuse

jedan dječak je otišao u lunapark, ali je nakon tri sata počeo povraćati

jedan dječak je prošetao cijelim gradom

jedan dječak je otišao u zoološki vrt

jedna djevojčica se molila

jedna djevojčica je otišla u muzej

Što su radili nakon eksperimenta?

Gotovo svatko je u nekom trenutku pokušao zaspati, ali nitko nije uspio iskorijeniti "glupe" misli koje su mu se opsesivno motale po glavi.

Nakon završetka eksperimenta, 14 tinejdžera odmah je pristupilo društvenim mrežama, 20 se javilo svojim prijateljima, troje roditeljima, a pet je otišlo u posjet prijateljima. Ostali su upalili televizore ili počeli igrati računalne igrice. Osim toga, gotovo svi su odmah uključili glazbu ili stavili slušalice na uši.

Svi strahovi i simptomi nestali su odmah nakon završetka eksperimenta. Zanimljivo je da su 63 tinejdžera eksperiment prepoznali kao koristan i zanimljiv za samospoznaju. Šestero sudionika i sami su ponovili eksperiment i tvrde da su uspjeli nakon nekoliko pokušaja.

Kada su tinejdžeri analizirali što im se dogodilo tijekom eksperimenta, 51 osoba koristila je fraze kao što su "ovisnost", "doza", "povlačenje", "ispada da ne mogu živjeti bez...", "Trebam cijelo vrijeme “ … Svi bez iznimke rekli su da su bili užasno iznenađeni mislima koje su im se javljale tijekom eksperimenta, ali nisu se mogli nositi s njima zbog pogoršanja općeg stanja.
