Gisele Bündchen (43) borila se s teškom depresijom i napadima panike u svojim 20-ima. Problem je bio njezin životni stil, naknadno je otkrila. Manekenka je, između ostalog, svoje probleme s mentalnim zdravljem stavila pod kontrolu promjenom prehrane.

Gostujući u emisiji "The View", rekla je da se uspjela osloboditi "teške depresije i napadaja panike" u 20-ima promjenom načina života. "Nisam imala pojma da je to povezano s mojim načinom života i hrana je bila veliki dio toga", rekla je manekenka u emisiji. "Nisam obraćala pažnju na to. Samo sam išla brzinom od 160 km/h."

Nakon što je godinu i pol dana prolazila kroz "jedno od najgorih razdoblja u mom životu" i savjetovala se sa svim stručnjacima, Gisele nije znala što učiniti - i konačno je otišla naturopatu. Rekao joj je da mora promijeniti prehranu. Njezina prva reakcija bila je nevjerica: "Prehrana? Kakve to veze ima s napadima panike?", prisjetila se. "A on je rekao: ‘To ima sve veze s tim.‘"

Gisele je rekla "užasno sam jela cijeli dan", pila kavu i pušila u to vrijeme. Na kraju je, kaže, shvatila da joj životni stil uništava zdravlje i "uzrokuje stanje u kojem se nalazim". Nakon toga sve se promijenilo: "Postala sam druga osoba. Počela sam meditirati. Počela sam vježbati jogu. Počela sam raditi vježbe disanja. Bilo je to dugo putovanje." Danas joj je hrana lijek.

Nedavno je Gisele podijelila svoju prehranu i rutinu vježbanja s Wall Street Journalom. Ujutro pije mlaku vodu s limunom i keltskom soli. Ponekad i smoothie. Nakon treninga jede jaja. Ali postoji jedan sastojak koji Gisele izbjegava pod svaku cijenu: bijeli šećer, koji ona naziva "otrovom". Neki od sportova kojima se redovito bavi uključuju pilates, dizanje utega i trening izdržljivosti, otkrila je Gisele.

Gisele Bündchen (43) borila se s teškom depresijom i napadima panike u svojim 20-ima. Problem je bio njezin životni stil, naknadno je otkrila. Manekenka je, između ostalog, svoje probleme s mentalnim zdravljem stavila pod kontrolu promjenom prehrane.

Gostujući u emisiji "The View", rekla je da se uspjela osloboditi "teške depresije i napadaja panike" u 20-ima promjenom načina života. "Nisam imala pojma da je to povezano s mojim načinom života i hrana je bila veliki dio toga", rekla je manekenka u emisiji. "Nisam obraćala pažnju na to. Samo sam išla brzinom od 160 km/h."

Ali postoji jedan sastojak koji Gisele izbjegava pod svaku cijenu: bijeli šećer, koji ona naziva "otrovom". Gisele Bündchen (43) borila se s teškom depresijom i napadima panike u svojim 20-ima. Problem je bio njezin životni stil, naknadno je otkrila. Manekenka je, između ostalog, svoje probleme s mentalnim zdravljem stavila pod kontrolu promjenom prehrane.

Gostujući u emisiji "The View", rekla je da se uspjela osloboditi "teške depresije i napadaja panike" u 20-ima promjenom načina života. "Nisam imala pojma da je to povezano s mojim načinom života i hrana je bila veliki dio toga", rekla je manekenka u emisiji. "Nisam obraćala pažnju na to. Samo sam išla brzinom od 160 km/h."
